2026 Toyota Highlander review
Like the Highlander. I purchased a platinum and got a lot of little extras, except for the one I really need. The easy exit and entry was taken out of the Highlander (at least the platinum). Because of my height (short), I have the seat very high, so I can see the front of the car. When I get out, I hit my knees against the steering wheel (because it doesn’t go up, just out). And getting in, I hit my head most of the time on the doorway. So I do not recommend this car for anyone 5’6” or shorter. If you are taller and can see the front of the hood without lifting the seat, then this is your car. Unfortunately, when I purchased the car my salesman and the dealership manager both thought that this car had this feature, they were wrong. The rest of the car is fine, nothing that I’m not used to in a Toyota.

I've had two excellent experiences with Shockley Honda when buying a car from them. The first was a little over a year ago and the second experience was last week. I found an excellent 2018 CR-V at a very reasonable price, but had a disabled trade-in over 65 miles away. Shockley not only gave me a fair amount for the trade-in, but also arranged to both deliver my "new" vehicle and pick up the "old" vehicle, saving me quite the effort to arrange things otherwise. My sales guy was Chris Collinson and handled everything from start to finish. There was no high-pressure sales or hidden add-ons. There was no pressure to use their financing when I told them I had my own. I appreciate the respectful way I was treated. It really seemed like I was his only customer that day when I knew I wasn't. Plus, it didn't stop there! Chris made the delivery from Frederick to Parkville himself and has followed up with me to make sure all is well and that I am happy with the car and his service. I highly recommend Shockley to anyone in the car market. You won't be disappointed! Be sure to ask for Chris!
2026 Honda Passport review
I've had the vehicle for 2 weeks. I like it but it's ridiculous the AC is not cold enough because it automatically keeps switching to "woke" mode. Meaning, Economy Drive mode. No way to switch it. Honda needs to fix this. The AC sucks in the 2026 Passport top model

2026 Ford Mustang review
We have had the Mustang Ecoboost for sbout two weeks. We love the way the car looks (people staring all the time), we love the way the car handles and drives and it it is surprisingly fast. The torque comes on quick and at low RPM. We drive in SPORT mode all the time for very spirited driving. In TRACK mode it holds the rpms and is very fast. The cockpit is like a spaceship. We have an older GT but this cockpit is fantastic. Looking forward to tons of fun in this cincertible

we have owned this car for about 18 months. We get about 49.7 mpg i saw other reviews that gave a value rating of 4 out of 5. Name me one car that gets this good gas milage, and the most reliable hybrid system available and holds its value 5, 10, 15 and 20 years better than a Camry!!

I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. Ram Longhorn Limited is loaded with accessories and options. The only model Ram that you can get with brown leather interior and I bought it for about 4K more than the Larmie would have cost me after adding the options I wanted on the Larmie.

2026 Dodge Charger review
Aesthetic with the performance of this vehicle. Remind me lot of the early models in the past. The in-line six engine with the R/T and scat pack make this vehicle very versatile. I particularly like the sound of the engines that start up and the standard tech is state of the art. My concern is what will happen in the future for updates or major changes in technology. I am pleased with it overall gas performance a recent trip from Delaware to New York showed on economy highway miles of 27.2. They found off the car is the fact that you can change the different mode to economy all the way up to drag racing. I recommend this vehicle wholeheartedly and hope my generation ( baby boomers) will give the nostalgic version I try. Happy driving.

Khalid is good, but Tyson Mercedes is greedy. Khalid wore a sharp tailored suit which is unheard of in the dealerships where I am from. He was very professional, pointing out flaws in the paint he offered to fix before I could point out the ones I saw. He respected my time which was less than ideal for making a purchase today. We made a handshake on a good deal, but it's been over 6 hours and I still haven't seen my "deal" in writing with an out the door quote. As far as Tyson Mercedes, the vehicle which was just "front end aligned" last week had one tire about 5-6 pounds low, and this was not noticed with the yellow light on the dash when it was pulled around for me earlier in the day. The test drive was not safe to conduct other than around the corner and back at slow speed, so I have no idea how it really handles. The biggest issue I have is the dealership assessing a "non-negotiable" sky-high processing fee which is nearly $1000, probably among the highest in Virginia. It doesn't cost $1000 for the 15 minutes of work it takes to process the sale and send the documents to DMV, etc. If they want this kind of fee, they should be selling vehicles $1000 below market value, and not even bothering marking them up $3000 over market value! Be prepared to negotiate $3000-4000 down just to get to the market price on a used vehicle! After you get to market price, make them take off some of the $1000 processing fee from the sale price or walk off the lot and go buy the same thing from another dealer who only charges $500 or less in processing fees. If it's taxable, it's negotiable! Do your research and use online tools to know the market value before you visit any dealership!

As a first-time Range Rover (SE SUV) buyer I was very much impressed. Every aspect of the buying process was notably superb. My overall first-class experience started when I entered the showroom and I was warmly greeted by Derrick Reason, Client Advisor. I found Derrick to be exceptionally knowledgeable on the technical specs and attributes of the 2025 Range Rover SE SUV. Mr. Reason was not only well-informed and conversant, but equally important he was very nice, friendly and easy to talk to. Mr. Reason also introduced me to Mr. Tony Moorehead, Manager; who was also knowledgeable, very pleasant, helpful and he was definitely instrumental in moving me to a highly committed buyer phase. After speaking with both Mr. Reason and Mr. Moorehead, I firmly decided to move forward and begin the formal application process. Mr. Reason described the financing process in detail before introducing me to Omar Qaraghuli, Finance Director. Mr. Qaraghuli was thorough in explaining all financing options and I knew rightaway that he was very skilled in luxury vehicle financing and Omar successfully secured financing. Overall, I give Derrick, Tony, and Omar high marks and in turn Land Rover Chantilly. Prior to walking into the showroom at Land Rover Chantilly I had very high expectations and admittedly my expectation were overwhelmingly met! Kudos to the sales & financing teams! Job well done!

This is a beautiful and impressively crafted vehicle. Its design has a unique, stylish, almost süırty vibe that really stands out. I am very happy with the team of people at Mercedes’ Benz Chantilly. Sodik Lawal sales and David Han finance were the absolute best! They worked really hard to get me my dream car not only that but I got to leave with my car on a Sunday (same day). I work a ton so it was hard to figure out when exactly to go to these different dealerships to find the car I wanted and on a Sunday it’s very limited on where you can go. I went to a couple different dealerships but none like this . Sodik Lawal my sales person told me all they had in stock for the model I wanted with the different price points . He explained each feature in the fullest extent. Not only just a test drive and that paper at the car window but he sat with me and really explained the car as I have not been car shopping in seven years so even the push to start is something to get used to. All the features were amazing to say the least future that excites and I thank him for going above and beyond to help me work with the technology. David Han the finance manager is the absolute best he really fought for me making calls to make sure I got the best rate. I am 23 with not that much credit history just good but not excellent credit and other dealerships ( I went to 5 total) were almost doubling my interest when financing with them despite the down payment I was putting down. It wasn’t the best deal nor did I get all the features I get with Mercedes’ . I was not sold on the car but here you can find your perfect match I’m telling you these cars are like driving a cloud ! Mr. Han really explained my options and the next day got me a better deal. They really worked with me to get me a good car that I am absolutely in love with at a really good price brand new. They make the process easy and explain everything itemized which was not the same experience I’ve had at other dealerships . You see what you get , where the extra fees are for, what features you get, and the coverage is amazing. This team was a absolute pleasure to work with . I cannot thank them enough !
