Southern Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Fiat NorfolkReviews
Southern Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Fiat Norfolk review
This experience was excellent. I can't speak highly enough about Southern Norfolk, Justin Cannady and Katie Rose. They were topnotch in understanding and making sure that I got the best car for me. They made me feel like family which alleviated all of my anxiety and tension when buying a car. After all of my, "I want this and not that" they were still nice and professional, compassionate, open and honest. They went above and beyond. Thank you all for you patience and time dealing with me.

Len Stoler Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAMReviews
Len Stoler Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
The Service Center That Prioritizes Your Safety, Not Your Wallet. This Car Care Service Facility in Westminster are an absolute credit to the car care business in the state of Maryland. Thank you for an unforgettable honesty, transparency and care. What I experienced at your location was completely beyond anything I have ever encountered. Len Stoler is a beautiful "land lost in time." In a world where customer service has vanished, your dealership is a rare car service land that feels completely unique because people simply do not treat customers with this level of care anymore. Foremost and ultimately, I want to recognize Mike Porter, Commercial Service Manager. Exceptional customer service and genuine kindness just ooze out of his pores and his entire being. I have never seen anyone quite like him. He makes you feel like family—like a brother, a father, or an uncle. It is clear that Mike truly leads that culture of exceptionalism at your location. That incredible warmth extends across the entire staff. I highly commend Jennifer, Mike Porter, as well as Jessica, and the two ladies at the front who sit next to each other and the exceptionally handsome male advisor who sits next to Jessica. I also want to praise the service advisor at the front desk, and the gentlemen out in the bay who greet you the moment you pull up. Your team had no idea who I was. They didn't know me from anyone, and they had no idea what my professional credentials were. Yet, they treated me like absolute royalty. From the moment I arrived, I have never felt so genuinely welcomed. In a world where it is rare to feel genuinely seen, your team saw me for the person I am, completely looking past the color of my skin. The kindness and thoughtfulness of your staff were mind-boggling and almost unreal. You have built a culture that goes far beyond typical car service—it is a culture of true human decency and care. I highly recommend all nurses, healthcare providers take your car here for all service.

I can’t say enough good things about Courtesy Chrysler Jeep! I called at 8:00 this morning, and they were able to get me in by 10:20. They diagnosed and resolved my software update issue right on the spot. A special shout-out to Aaron, the service writer, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of this morning. His professionalism, communication, and willingness to help made the entire experience outstanding. Unfortunately, this kind of customer service seems to be getting harder and harder to find. Too often, you feel like just another number instead of a customer. That was absolutely NOT the case here. It’s refreshing to deal with a business that genuinely values its customers and employees who take pride in what they do. Thank you, Aaron, and the entire Courtesy Chrysler Jeep team. You’ve earned a five-star review and my appreciation. I’ll gladly recommend you to others!

I would like to give a shout out to Braxton. My wife and I have purchased several cars over the years, and I have to say this was overall, one of the best buying experiences we've ever had. Braxton was very professional, and we found him to be a fine young man. This is the type of guy you should build your sales team around. He kept in touch throughout the whole process and worked extremely hard to earn our business and get us the deal we were looking for. Great buying experience!!!

Hoblit Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I had a great experience buying my vehicle here. My salesperson, Josh, was knowledgeable, patient, and made everything feel straightforward from start to finish. He took the time to answer every question I had, walked me through all the features, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. This made me feel valued and confident in his assistance. The dealership itself was clean and organized, and everyone I interacted with was friendly. The financing process was quick and clearly explained, and I felt confident about the options I was given, including the vehicles and features I was interested in. The car was ready when promised and exactly as described. Overall, it was one of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve had. I’d definitely recommend working with Josh if you’re looking for someone honest, helpful, and who really knows the inventory. This smooth process made me feel relieved and pleased with my choice.

I had the honor of working with Preston and we had a great time we talked we laughed we handled business. I wasn’t at the dealership long but the time I was there, I was welcomed and my needs and thoughts were heard. I am grateful for the respect and conversation I had with Preston and even taking a picture with him in his eagle suit

Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram DelawareReviews
Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Delaware review
Wanted to leave a review of my experience which I rarely do, but I was impressed by the time/respce my salesman gave to me. My son’s car engine blew up on the way to college. I’ve been looking for a “new” used car for him. Stopped in the dealership and spoke with Kyle. He was great. He listened to what I was looking for and looked for product in my range but also, knowing this car has to get through college and beyond, he took some time to provide some additional options that I did not think of. He was professional but not pushy which I appreciated. I listed the Ford Fusion as that is what my son was driving but we looked at several brands and the pros/cons. He did not make me feel “dumb” as a single woman looking for a car. I will be back to purchase once I get my finances/insurance in place. I appreciated being treated with respect and all of the options I was given. Great dealership - would recommend Performance and Kyle! I’ll be back! :)

Dianna sold me a new Ram 1500. First of all, she made me a video, which I appreciated. She was very friendly and only gave off positive vibes. She also helped me to get a ride from Vancouver, WA to get my pickup. I would definitely buy from her again. Big Thank You

Ram Longhorn Limited is loaded with accessories and options. The only model Ram that you can get with brown leather interior and I bought it for about 4K more than the Larmie would have cost me after adding the options I wanted on the Larmie.

John Hiester Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Sanford review
I recently purchased a vehicle from John Hiester CDJR of Sanford, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, and never pushy—something that's hard to come by these days. My sales rep, Tajh, went above and beyond to find the perfect car for my needs and budget. They answered all my questions with patience and made the process smooth from start to finish. The financing team also made everything straightforward and stress-free. Highly recommend Tajh and team at John Hiester CDJR of Sanford to anyone in the market for a vehicle. This is how car buying should be!

Deyarman CDJR AmesReviews
Deyarman CDJR Ames review
My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from DeyArman, and we truly cannot recommend them enough. Every person we interacted with was kind, patient, and willing to answer our questions without a hint of pressure. We never had a single negative moment throughout the entire process. The real standout, though, was our salesman, Art. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and has mastered the balance of showcasing a vehicle’s features without ever feeling pushy or salesy. Instead of putting us in the most expensive model and letting us fall in love with the features—as many salespeople tend to do—he did the exact opposite. Art started by asking us our non-negotiables and ‘nice to haves.’ Then he showed us the base models, let us get a feel for them, and then simply asked, “What are you missing? What are you looking for that this car doesn’t have?” to ensure we hadn’t left anything off our list. It kept the excitement when we saw the one that had everything we truly wanted and made the entire experience feel like he genuinely wanted us to find the right fit rather than focusing on just getting a sale. His approach with that level of honesty and care earned our trust completely. We left not only with the perfect vehicle, but with the certainty that DeyArman is our dealership for life—and that we’ll be asking for Art every time.
