2026 Nissan Pathfinder review
Too new to call it reliable. But comparing to the Honda, with its normally aspirated V6, we went with the Nissan. Honda is still putting VCM (Variable Cylinder Management) on their NA engines and I didn't want all that stuff with its history of issues. The Nissan is very, VERY comfortable. Stylish to our taste and very functional use of space. Great deals are available. We wanted dual power seats and surround view, so the only way to go was the Platinum edition. It makes decent power as a front-wheel drive system first. It's not winning any races, but it definitely gets out of its own way. We didn't buy it for future resale value because we intend to keep it. I hope Nissan keeps selling these NA V6's and avoids the hybrid only or turbo trap that everyone else seems to get hung up on. It loses a little for not having foglamps on their top trim and having to go to the top trim for a second power seat. You would do well to keep this one on your list if you NEED 3 row or just want a well sized and priced two row SUV with options. There's enough tech to keep you happy and reliable engine platform. The transmission is a ZF based design and we expect that with maintenance it is going to go for a long time. The only "bad thing" about this experience was that we had to leave our state to get a reasonable deal. At least we got a good road trip out of the purchase.

I recently had my 2023 Jeep Gladiator towed to Greenville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram due to a major transmission issue. A friend highly recommended the dealership, so I called Jeremy in the service department while I was on the way to give him a heads-up that I was coming in. When I arrived, Jeremy immediately introduced me to the shop foreman, Cortez, who jumped in the vehicle with me for a quick test drive around the parking lot. We barely made it around the building before turning back in, and Cortez immediately recognized that there was a serious transmission problem. Knowing the vehicle was still under warranty, he had the technicians pull codes that same evening and quickly confirmed that the transmission needed to be replaced. What impressed me most was how fast they moved. The replacement transmission was ordered that day, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was out of town the following week, and they had my Gladiator repaired and ready to go by the Tuesday after I returned. 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've been driving the 2026 Grand Cherokee for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Got to the dealership a little early. One service guy was helping another customer. I appreciate his efforts to help her but we waited for about 20 minutes to actually be assisted. I was in for my first service appointment. Two plus hours later, I basically got an oil change and was told that my tires needed rotating but that I should get an alignment as well so that I didn’t mess up the rotation. So, oil change and no tire rotation! I was also told that I could do the alignment and tire rotation at BMW Tyler so I didn’t have to drive all the way back to Dallas. Hmmmm. How about you just do the rotation with the service. I left for about 2 hours and came back to the waiting room. I had to go up to the service guy twice to see where my car was at. The second time I went up, I asked about the car and he said he wondered as well. He called the service department and quickly went and got my car. I have to say, my service guy was very nice. But the dealership is very quiet. None of the employees seem to engage with one another. There is a weird atmosphere in the building as if no one likes one another. Not sure I’ll go back there unless I have a major issue. One last thing, apparently they wash your car for you. I was asked if I was waiting around, which I was. I was told that if i got the car wash that it would push me past the 2 hour mark. Well, I didn’t need a car wash if that was the case. I opted out of getting one. The funny thing is, I went past the 2 hour mark, only got an oil change and no car wash.

2027 BMW X6 M review
Butter on wheels. That’s honestly the best way I can describe it. It drives incredibly smoothly, and the performance, especially when you’re taking turns, is amazing. You feel completely in control, but at the same time, the ride is effortless. The interior is absolutely luxurious. Every detail feels carefully designed, from the materials and finishes to the huge digital display. I especially love how much information is right in front of you while you’re driving. You can see your speed, the speed limit of the road you’re on, navigation information, and so many other details without having to take your attention away from the road. And then there are all the extra features. The massage seats are incredible, especially when you’re spending a lot of time in the car. The driver-assistance technology is another feature I really appreciate. When you’re changing lanes, the car helps guide you and alerts you to what’s happening around you, which gives you an additional level of confidence and safety. And despite all of this technology, it doesn’t feel complicated. Everything feels intuitive and designed to make the driving experience more comfortable, safer, and more enjoyable. Then, of course, there’s the exterior. It’s absolutely gorgeous. It has that combination of elegance and presence where you notice it immediately, but it still feels sophisticated. For me, it really brings everything together: beautiful design, luxury, technology, safety, comfort, and performance. It’s not just a beautiful car. It’s an amazing car to actually drive.

2026 Toyota Tacoma Hybrid review
This is my 2nd new 2026 Tacoma Hybrid LIMITED. Why the limited? Full time 4WD with ability to bypass center differential and go full time 4WD high and low, like the non-limited versions. I found that the torque was too high in anything but the full time 4WD limited hybrid, and the rear wheels would slip. If not full time 4WD, can't put into 4WD proactively seeing a dangerous situation ahead and making a turn until you are in the bad stuff, which is normally too late. In my humble opinion, if you don't have this specific variant of the Tacoma, it isn't worth it. The solid full time 4WD is worth it in all driving conditions from dry, to wet, to snow. No rear wheel slip pulling out of a slight incline on dry pavement. Even with weight in back, the non-full time 4WD models slip. That said, there are things about this that are annoying. The handoff from electric to gas can be jolting or grate on your nerves like hearing a bad song over and over again. However, the MPG gain, is music to my ears, instead of 16 or maybe 17mpg, I'm usually at 24mpg on a mixed run of city, suburbs, and highway. This is not like other hybrid models, in operation or smoothness. You will sometimes find when cold it is a bit clunky or unpredictable with shifts and stuff. And sometimes, braking can be unpredictable as to how much pressure is needed. I haven't figured out why, but think it has something to do with the hybrid as a non-hybrid 2025 trd off road I had, didn't have that issue. Now, the other annoying thing, and happened on both of the 2026 limited hybrids I bought. The drivers seat, the seatback, will recline all the way to touch the rear seat bottom cushion. Seems to be when you walk out of range with remote and car is running. Why? Don't know but will look into it when it goes in for its first service. The good stuff is many, and one of those is the A/C. It's a hybrid A/C system so it's not dependent on the gas engine running to put out super cold A/C. That is a must for me. And while there are no back seat vents for A/C, it cools the whole thing off well and quickly. The ventilated seats are also amazing. The large radio screen, the big dials to turn up/down the temp, and radio, these are awesome. Being able to see all around the truck, well that is so nice, no chance you won't see something. I know I use the auto on feature, so when starting out, or below 10mph, the cameras come on automatically. The remote features are also amazing. A digital key in your phone, a credit card sized physical key for your wallet, and the app will all let you get in and start and drive your truck. So if you forget your key, you can move on without it. You can set your HVAC settings from the app on remote start. You can check status of tire pressure, doors open/closed, windows open/closed, etc. via the app. Priceless. Overall, it's a great truck for me, an older guy who needs the legroom nothing else really can provide except a competitive mid-sized truck, but can't get as a hybrid and full time 4WD. Besides all of that, Toyotas do hold their value. When I traded in my Tacoma TRD off road that was about 3 months old, I didn't lose any money on it. They are in demand. And so are these models. The electric tailgate is awesome and would not want to do without anymore. Parking assist sensors are very helpful. And if people tell you the front spoiler underneath the truck looks stupid, I'll tell you that after a couple of days you never even see it let alone worry about it. If it helps mpg's, it stays on. The lights are all LED's in and out. The LED cargo lights and trailer light are very useful. Same with the puddle lamps and door marker lights for when a door is open to prevent others from seeing it Is open.

Our sales person was Khurram (Kay) Samana and he was fantastic! I highly recommend him and will personally go back to him next time as well. This is a no frill, small, simple, and straight forward dealership that doesn't enforce any unnecessary markups and/or ports on you like other dealerships does. Don't expect anything VIP either as their whole motto is to sale a vehicle with good customer service and nothing else. Of course, do your prior research and negotiate accordingly. There was a whole bunch of construction when I went last time, so it was a little pain to get in and out. It was almost an hour wait when we were finally called in by the finance department as it appears that only one person was working during that time. Also, they ran out of gas by the time we got the vehicle keys, so I didn't get a full tank. However, when I went back to pickup my license plate they gladly filled it up without any issues.

2026 Volvo XC60 review
We just leased our third XC60 having previously leased a 2021 and a 2024. We find the 2026 similar with some improvements in the interior material and I believe a bit better performance than our 2024. Being a mild hybrid the mileage is acceptable as is acceleration. Volvo has the most comfortable seats for sure.

2026 RAM 1500 review
I use trucks plow , haul and tow... I've owned Ford's and GM trucks as well. While the Ford were good, I've experienced that the longer durability wasn't equal to MOPAR.. I was a GM person for many years and they definitely are not an option for me any longer. The GM's I've owned seemed lighter duty, failed more often than Ford and MOPAR. This is my third MOPAR truck. The past 2 have been very reliable, 300K 259k both still on the road . My new 26 Ram only has 2500 miles on this new truck so I'm reluctant to give it an overall rate of 5 , things Ive experienced thus far.. Performance: The std in line 6 has plenty of punch to it. Milage : Around town I'm getting 21.5 recently took it on a 380 trip ,26.9 MPG although RAM still has issue with its on board MPG calculator it stated 27.9 an error of ~ 4.7% which some may think is picky , I say come on fix it! GM and Ford have it dialed in . Fix it MOPAR. Interiors is well thought out super quiet , seats are very comfortable so traveling long distances is a great experience. I still dislike that one cant order a 8 foot box on a 1500. We will see how this $78K holds up in terms of durability.. Value wise I'm totally unhappy with all brands 78K is just out of line. But then again , lots of folks buy trucks and use them for cars so when demand goes up so do prices. Value wise they out of sync with the customer

Very smooth, comfortable and quiet. Extremely roomy and quite attractive exterior. Added roof racks, still quiet. Gas mileage approaching mid-30’s on secondary highways. Acceleration is good, handling is firm. All wheel drive makes a big difference. Very happy with purchase, and highly recommend.

2026 Nissan Armada review
I am a very tall person (6'8" tall) and I am overjoyed with my purchase of the 2026 Nissan Armada. The Armada has room to spare, and is very comfortable. I did some serious online review of this vehicle, and I am glad to say that all of my objectives were met when I purchased this vehicle. On the highway, my Armada gets almost 24 miles to the gallon, and that is unheard of with either the Tahoe or Yukon. I purchased the SL model, so I didn't get some of the high end features, but what I did get suits me just fine. I would not hesitate to others who are looking for a three row SUV to purchase this vehicle.

Professional, but personable; knowledgeable, handling my questions with ease. He treated his cohorts with the same respect and professionalism that I received. And they responded in kind. Will's easy manner simply took the stress out of car buying. But then everyone that I came into contact with at Sewell Subaru had that same energy. A wonderful experience. You guys have this down. 2026 Subaru Outback review
I have the 2026 Subaru Outback Premium. The car drives great (super smooth/quiet) and the new interior/driver controls are fantastic. Both the climate control and the entertainment system are vast improvement over the 2025 Outback. The sound system is really good for being the Premium model. I got 28 mpg on the first tank of gas and am getting 29 mpg on the second tank of gas. Mostly city driving. I paid right at $33k, which is fantastic value for this great of a car.
