Byers Dublin SubaruReviews
Byers Dublin Subaru review
My 2019 Subaru Forester had some problems on 4/16/26 and every warning light on the dash started blinking! I made it to Byers Subaru on Sawmill, where I was warmly greeted by Trish Wolford, Service Advisor. She listened my story and asked Danny to put the mobile computer on it. Within minutes, they diagnosed some problems, reset the codes, and started the car. Then Danny suggested another thing he wanted to check and found the air intake hose was completely disconnected. Danny fixed it quickly and they didn't even charge me! The staff is friendly, polite, efficient, and this location is spic and span clean! I highly recommend Byers Subaru Dublin just off Sawmill Road. I'm a single female senior citizen and I was treated with respect. Every question was answered to my satisfaction. Thanks, Trish and Danny!

AutoNation Subaru RosevilleReviews
AutoNation Subaru Roseville review
Our experience with Adam and Bradley, at AutoNation Subaru Roseville, was a good but different experience. Found a Touring Forester Hybrid we loved (except for the dark interior) and purchased it. When reviewing the car functions we found out there was no button on the mirror to make the garage door opener open. This top-of-the-line car was not equipped with a door opener button. It is not possible to put one on the mirror! Big deal breaker. Adam was able to find us a Premium model was in white with a light colored interior. Bought this model and are happy with it....but it is missing a couple of the features we liked on the Touring model. It rides nice and love the good gas mileage. Knowing all the features in the very beginning would have saved us some stress and time (3 days) which would have made it a much better experience.

Five Star Subaru of Grapevine review
Such a great experience! Buying a pre-owned car here was one of the easiest, no-hassle car buying experiences I've had -- including new car purchases. The price was as advertised, without surprise extras, and the purchase process was quick, easy and so courteous. BB was an excellent sales associate and had everything ready for us when we came to pick up. Could not have been happier with everything.

AutoNation Subaru Spokane ValleyReviews
AutoNation Subaru Spokane Valley review
We just purchased a vehicle from AutoNation Subaru Spokane Valley about a week ago. The Sales Associate had the vehicle we were scheduled to look at and test drive already pulled up front when we arrived. We completely switched gears and looked at a different one on our list and the SA was very accommodating. He pulled the other up for us to test drive instead, and then had us stop at another AutoNation location to test drive a different one we were interested in, which definitely saved us time. He printed up the CARFAX for both vehicles and didn't pressure us to stick around and buy one. We checked out a few others elsewhere and decided we liked the second vehicle he test drove with us. He was helpful through the process of the purchase and was polite even though he had to stay late for us to finalize things. We appreciated that AutoNation gave us a good price for our trade-in and has a no-haggle price* for the vehicle they sell. Constructive Criticism: 1) The test drives seemed a little long & we would have preferred a shorter drive as we were on a schedule. 2) *During closing, we were surprised by a ~$749 charge for adding a protective coating inside and out (that we didn't ask for) + 3-year protection that had been added to the total, which seemed at first that we couldn't decline or remove from the total cost, however we got that cleared up. 2) We also thought the "NEGOTIABLE DOCUMENTARY SERVICE FEE" was actually negotiable, but were told that it was not. It should not be listed as negotiable, if it isn't. 3) Lastly, we paid $279 for LIC/TITLE/REG and later found out that we could have asked to keep our license plate (in WA) to transfer to our new car and would have saved quite a bit (~$168+). This was frustrating to learn after the fact as I liked our license plate # & the plates were perfectly fine, so would've been no problem to do this. Lastly, we had our car checked out and found something about the tires that had been overlooked considering it is an AWD, so contacted the dealership and they completely made it right, which impressed us. Overall, AutoNation Subaru Spokane Valley runs a good operation and we would buy from them again.

Walser SubaruReviews
Walser Subaru review
I worked with Charlie Leang on the purchase of my new Subaru Forester. I looked at a variety of brands and models before I decided on the Forester. After meeting a variety of salespeople at different dealerships, I was very pleased to find Charlie. He was professional, personable patient and most importantly very knowledgeable. He made my car buying experience most enjoyable. I ended up with a car that I love. Very pleased with all the safety features and the safety ratings, plus all of the comfort features. I would highly recommend Walser Subaru and especially Charlie Leang!

Eastside Subaru review
As someone who feeds my own family through sales, I truly appreciate exceptional customer service—and Andrew delivered exactly that! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. Andrew struck the perfect balance between being personable and professional. He made sure we had all the answers we needed to make an informed decision, responded promptly, and never once made us feel like we were taking up too much of his time. He genuinely made us feel like family. Even better, he respected our time and made the final process quick and painless without keeping us there for hours. That kind of service makes all the difference! Do yourself a favor and ask for Andrew by name. He’ll take great care of you!

AutoNation Subaru CarlsbadReviews
AutoNation Subaru Carlsbad review
This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Carlsbad Subaru in the past few months. These are also the first two Subarus we have ever owned. Love the cars. The dealership works with Costco to establish a fair price. Trade in values were fair. Great service from the sales team and the finance guy. Highly recommend. We actually plan to get our service there too, although there are three dealerships much closer to our house. Everyone was very patient and supportive through the process. No funny add on games. Low pressure, high integrity, honest responses, and knowledgeable staff equals the reason we are proud Subaru owners.

Southern States Subaru review
This dealership went above and beyond for my family! We drove 7 hours to buy our vehicle from an honest dealership. Trade and purchase was seamless, no gimmicks. They exceeded our expectations and it was worth the drive to get our Subaru from Southern State Automotive. Thanks Pat, Bryant, Eldwood & Chris!

Didn’t expect to leave with a car, but here we are. Tarah wasn’t pushy at all—she just laid everything out straight, answered my questions, and let me breathe. I’ve dealt with enough dealerships to know when someone’s just trying to hit a quota. That wasn’t the vibe. She actually gave a xxxx. Appreciate that. Anna

Subaru North Orlando review
Bought our second new car in 4 months from Angel. Great price, easy to deal with. Never pushy! He went to great lengths to provide options across even other dealership inventories to find a vehicle for us. In the end we decided on a car from their lot. Finance was much improved from my first experience. Quick and efficient. I've bought a lot of new cars over the years and I highly recommend this dealership.
