He was incredibly approachable, patient, and transparent which was amazing for me as I felt more confident about my decision as a first-time car buyer. I also had the great opportunity to meet with Donovan, who was very charismatic and helped me go through the final details of the car-purchasing process. The vehicle was very clean, and they did extra final detailing on it (car wash, vacuuming, installing foot mats, etc) to be ready for me to take off the lot when I finished purchasing it, which I am truly appreciative of. For anybody who is interested in a vehicle at Germain Nissan of Columbus, do not hesitate to go there. They have a welcoming atmosphere, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic!
