I had been looking for a Highlander for over a month and saw a nice one at Greenwood. I have talked to a number of sales people and by far Tom was the most down to earth. There was no pressure and he did what he said he would do. He helped me get a great rate for my loan and the experience was sooth and relatively easy. Slow to have a salesperson help us. Wouldn’t even walk us to the car, just pointed to the far end of the lot and said “it’s over there by the Carmax sign.” Sales guy didn’t listen to our needs at all and just kept repeating his script.
It was great that Groove definitely had the lowest price on the vehicle we purchased. Even better that Zach was our sales contact. He kept in touch with us over the buying process and ensured all was right. I think Groove Toyota is one of the few dealers that realize that the old rules don't apply in the new internet age...as customers are well informed on their purchases. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Felt unwelcome, as nobody cared! No one meet at the entrance, had to find someone who can help. Took 3 hours to change oil, got a package with a car wash and after 2 hours the car wasn’t washed. Took another 45 min to do so.
Hire more staff and train on customer service!
