Dave and service department were on time and explained in detail what was being done. They were very careful with my car. A good bunch of car guys(and girl) back there. Even though it?s a 120mi round trip I?ll be bringing it here for all my service work.

The only thing that is a little uncomfortable for the right leg against the lower dash board area, but it's not a big problem I am satisfied with the performance and gas mileage.

Liberty Ford CantonReviews
Liberty Ford Canton review
I recently purchased a new F-150 from Chris and his team at Liberty Ford in Canton, Ohio, and these guys were awesome to work with! They took great care in helping me purchase my truck and treated me with the respect and attention you?d expect when making a new vehicle investment?but I honestly believe they treat you the same whether it?s a new or used vehicle purchase. Any new or used vehicle is an investment, and you want something dependable?but I can honestly say this was the best experience I?ve had in over 40 years of buying new vehicles. Liberty has five locations, so if one happens to be closer to you, just go to LIBERTYFORD.COM to find the one closets to you. But if you?re anywhere near Akron/Canton area I would go talk to Chris and his team first and check out their great selection of new and used vehicles. My experience with Chris and his team was nothing short of exceptional. I hope this helps someone buy their next new Ford?you won?t regret it!

So far we like our Nissan Murano. It's a quality, low mileage car. It has enough room for comfort on local or long trips. We like the bells and whistles and enjoy driving it.

We just stopped by to look and went home with a new car! Everyone was very accommodating, and the customer experience can't be beat. Tom was outr salesman, and he certainly made sure we were satisfied. Lisa took care of the delivery and orientation process. She definitely went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make sure I knew how to use all the features of my new Rav 4. I highly recommend Ferris!

I absolutely LOVE this car. the ride is smooth, comfortable seats and has great pick up with speed. I feel like I'm sitting in luxury. gas mileage is quite decent. I've owned it for 5 years now and intend to keep as long as possible. the only downfall is the towing capacity is 1500 lbs

They have always been courteous, willing to listen to me, and have always provided very competitive pricing. On top of all that, there are nice little extras, like complementary car washes and gourmet coffee in the waiting room.
2024 Nissan Murano review
We just traded our 2020 for a 2024 Murano. We particularly like the exterior looks, design and chrome. Interior is stylish, comfortable and functional. Our 2020 did not require anything other than oil changes and tire rotation. Murano is the only model we have bought twice. Crown Nissan is a fantastic dealership. Our Sales Consultant was Cathy Voogd, best buying experience ever.

2024 Nissan Murano review
I bought a used 2024 with 13,180 miles, so about 2 years old. It looked brand new. Even though it's Black, I still love the looks of this car. Coming from a diesel F250, the smooth ride was unbelievable. Pros: Very smooth ride, smooth power delivery (a tad bit pokey, but decent) proven reliable electronics (radio, cruise, seat/doors, etc). great 6cyl engine Cons: CVT transmission, 20" wheels (road noise) As for the CVT, I plan to replace the fluid every 20k miles and the filter every other change. The engine is a very reliable 6cyl and changing the oil will be every 4000-5000 miles. Yes! That's close. This is how you maintain a vehicle you want to keep. Also the fuel filter in the tank at 50,000 miles. So if you buy this car used, look up the CARFAX history for transmission services. Stay on top of those, and this car will last!

Found a 2014 Maxima last Saturday on Cars.com, emailed dealer. Return email Saturday night, set up Monday call.. had all my questions answered, wired money Monday, flew to Akron from South Carolina today and picked up an absolute gem and drove home 500 miles.. Thank you Kelsey (inside sales), Jim Copeland Sales. Tank was full, oil changed and immaculate inside and out (including engine compartment). Definitely will provide Jim an opportunity when I'm ready to buy my next car. Highly recommend this dealership.

It is 2025 and I just bought one very exquisite, well taken care of, one owner, Nissan Murano, Platinum Edition in Pearl White, and I couldn’t be happier. Luxurious? Check! Powerful V6? Check! Value? Check!!! I think I must have bought one of the nicest pre-owned Muranos ever sold, and at a great price at that. Very Happy!

Mario was very helpful & attentive. I ended up buying a car from a friend but if I hadn't I would definitely want to work with Mario again. BTW I've never been to the lot so I can't really rate that. I did notice that the prices were higher than other lots.
2026 Nissan Murano review
This is the first Murano I have had the Nissan Rouge. I am so glad we bought this car. It is truly a comfortable car. The ride is very nice. I bought the two tone and love it. They did an amazing job designing this car. It has all the bells and whistles. The stereo system is out of this world; it has Bose stereo. The inside is awesome and outside. This car is so much better than the Rouge I had, as far xxx the design and style.

I think we got off to a less than stellar start relative to a pre-owned vehicle. As I recall I was handed off to more than one person. When I finally landed with Zack Koval, everything changed to better than a 100% effort on my behalf! Zack was the greatest, I could even talk to him at his off-hour(s). If Zack did not have my answer, he got it. I was pleasantly surprised because someone cared! Zack cared!!!

2021 Nissan Murano review
The 2021 Nissan Murano that I just purchased is beyond excellent. I can't say enough how I appreciate and enjoy this car, from the looks, performance, and cost. It surpasses all my expectations and I'm happy to have this car. The salesman, Ian Simmonds was top notch. From when I first entered the building he greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. He went over all the details of the car I wanted and he went above and beyond to make this experience, fast, easy, and me leaving as a satisfied customer. I would highly recommend Car Shop when making your next car purchase.

Klaben Ford Lincoln of KentReviews
Klaben Ford Lincoln of Kent review
Our recent vehicle purchase was probably the smoothest we have ever had. Mike Uzl and the team at Klaben Ford Lincoln made us feel at home and closed our deal with a minimum of time delays. Some minor service work was needed not long after our purchase and it was handled very well. Kudos to the Klaben team.
2017 Nissan Murano review
I love my Nissan Murano 2017 SV bought it brand new! Only problem had this year was having to change the cam shafters. My car is black so you see all scratches. The paint job could be better quality.

2014 Nissan Murano review
This car has all the bells and whistles I wanted. Leather, sunroof, backup camera, heated seats, etc. A pleasure to drive. The only negative is that I wish it got better gas mileage. It is a V6, so I opted for power over mileage.

2023 Nissan Murano review
Bought a 2023 SL in Nov. 2024 with 14K miles. Still driving the 2007 SL that has 140K. We love the '23. It's very comfortable, good looking and fun to drive. When it was time to buy I didn't want anything but another Murano.

2019 Nissan Murano review
Love everything about my 2019 Platinum except the way the engine makes a bog-down rumbling noise when the tachometer hovers at the 1K mark. My 2012 Maxima CVT did not do this. It's quite noticeable anytime I have to slow down or just do around town driving and the tach hits 1K. Horrible experience that many others discuss online in the owners' forums. Otherwise, I love the cargo room, the Bose stereo, the padded seats and the convenience and safety features.

Serpentini Chevrolet MedinaReviews
Serpentini Chevrolet Medina review
I had a great experience working with Lane Knicely at Serpentini Chevrolet Medina. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to actually listen to what I was looking for instead of trying to push me into something I didn’t want. Lane explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure they leave confident and happy with their purchase. If you’re looking for a salesperson who’s honest, responsive, and easy to work with, I highly recommend asking for Lane at Serpentini Medina.
2017 Nissan Murano review
I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?
