Mike Rose was our hero when we were looking for a almost new Tahoe. We were in Hickory and Morganton area, we were looking at a Tahoe at another Large dealer in Hickory, they SOLD it while we were looking! Called Mike Rose at Parks GMC and he took our name and number late February, 3rd He told us what he had on the lot and held it for us overnight. We arrived Feb 4th. to look at the 2025 Tahoe, High Country. We agreed on price and we drove it home. Love Mike Rose's attention to detail, southern charm, very nice, going above and beyond to help us. He was patient teaching us the new buttons and devices on the High Country Tahoe. We will purchase another new vehicle from him next week. People are important! Mike listened and treated us with respect and Southern Hospitality when we were looking for a vehicle.

I came to interstate Ford to have a recall issue taken care of. Mary Jo Fuletti helped me with that problem. I told her that there were other concerns regarding my F150 truck. She listened to my concerns and translated them so that her mechanical staff would understand what needed to be looked at. After an inspection, I was informed that there was about $5000 worth of work to be done. I have a Toyota warranty for the vehicle having bought it used from a Toyota dealer. Mary Jo had difficulty getting a response from the warranty folks but she was tenacious and got an inspector from the warranty office to come look at the truck and approve the work that needed to be done. Through Mary Joe’s and interstate Fords efforts, I had a total of about $6000 worth of work done with no out-of-pocket charges. I will definitely be back when my truck needs service or work. Took a Cargo Van and converted to a luxury van with seating for 10 - customizers out of Hagerstown MD. Added a Kenwood DDX9903S with a Tv 25" monitor in the back. It has front and rear camera and backup sensors.

This Heavy Duty work van is set up very well from the factory. The factory-installed shelving and roomy cargo area beat the competition hands down. The added advantage of a very comfortable passenger area, with a variety of storage compartments, cupholders, and bends, works great as a secondary office space when on the road. Mechanically the vehicle has been trouble-free. A welcome change from the other brands I've used over the years.
