2016 Nissan NV Passenger NV3500 HD review
You would think that a van this size with this much power would ride a little rough, like a truck. I have to say, though, that it's a smoother ride than my other cars. Just wish it didn't cost so much to fill up the tank.

That led me to Haag Ford even though there are multiple closer Ford dealers to me. That is when I met Michael Butts in May of 2025, and the journey began to purchasing my 2025 Big Bend Bronco. Mike was courteous, friendly, and professional from the very beginning! I will also admit I not to easiest to deal with, if pushed or felt pressured in a sale, which usually happens when making a big purchase. Mike never did that! He always listened and found answers to my questions, even if didn't know it at that exact moment. This was a drawn out process by ordering as found it was better and more economical, even though I knew would take longer to get and receive my new Bronco. Even the when there was a hurdle with with the order process, Mike was there to make sure it was fixed right, and I as a customer was happy with the solution, so the process could continue to move forward. What else can I say, other than he was amazing! Thank you Mike! What an amazing group of people at Haag Ford! Also to all that I interacted with including Justin, Andrew, and Jessie, thank for an overall great experience at Haag Ford! Truly a professional crew! 2015 Nissan NV Passenger NV3500 HD review
We've used every bit of utility this van has to offer. Normally we leave the 4th row out which leaves comfortable seating for 8 plus an enormous amount of space in the back for all the family's junk. This van easily accommodates 4x8 sheets of plywood stood on the long end with the 2 rows of seats still installed. There is nothing you can't do with this van! Except park it in a tight space. The long nose makes for a ridiculous turn radius.

2017 Nissan NV Passenger NV3500 HD review
Comfort was great and ride was smooth. The interior feels a bit like an SUV. There are headrests on each seat which is great for safety but hard on visibility, so a backup camera is much more important than in an older style of van. The S trim has no backup camera and no interior lighting in the back, so that's something to be considered. Highway acceleration is great. The engine is out front like a truck, which gives it a unique appearance. There's just a little space behind the back bench, so if you filled the seats you would have very limited cargo room.

I recently purchased the 2025 Pathfinder Rock Creek from Victory Nissan of Nashville, and I couldn’t be happier! Not only did I get an amazing deal, but the customer service was truly top-notch. Mr. Matt, the manager, was incredibly professional, helpful, and genuinely a great person. What stood out the most was his trust and hospitality—he even let me take the vehicle to a restaurant with my family before any paperwork was done. That showed me how much they care about building trust with their customers. I also traded in my Nissan Altima, and to my surprise, Matt gave me an excellent value—better than I ever expected. Mrs. Shelby was also wonderful; she took the time to thoroughly explain the vehicle’s features and condition. If you’re looking for the best deal and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Victory Nissan of Nashville. I’m thrilled with my new Pathfinder and even more impressed by the people who helped make it happen!
2018 Nissan NV Passenger NV3500 HD review
I really like the NV it’s great for a big family and traveling. I however believe it’s got some issues. We bought it brand new and in the first 3 months it was in the shop 6 times. So my still issues after 4 years is the sliding door lock has a defect and has since we bought it but since the dealership couldn’t get it to stick like it did for us they wouldn’t fix it. Now it’s a $700 fix that I have to pay out of pocket. Next my tow electrical hook ups every time we try to hook up anything to tow it kills my battery to the point we have had to buy a new but magically no one can find the issue. Then the motor to the back heater is going out already and that’s a $800 fix it’s only 4 years old that shouldn’t be going out already. Last issue a vehicle this big should be all wheel drive it should handle better in adverse weather. So that being said I would recommend this vehicle to large families but I would also make sure to check every issue you wouldn’t think to check in a new vehicle like door locks and tow hook ups.
