Everything and everyone at this dealership was awesome, I never felt like I was being pressured or forced to make a decision. They were very patient with me, and even when I got back to the finance department there were no tricks up their sleeve???s or hidden costs, perfect car buying experience definitely going to be my first stop next time I need a vehicle
Bishoy Rizk is one of the nicest car salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was very genuine and straightforward and was eager to ensure I was comfortable with the truck I selected as well as the terms of the deal. Doug Hammond showed me many accessories available for my truck, but was not pushy at all. Austin Evans was easy going and straightforward when it came to signing papers. It was a very refreshing sales experience. Would absolutely recommend him and Nissan of Cool Springs for your vehicle needs.

I totaled my 2018 Altima last week in an accident, and went to Downtown Nashville Nissan, hoping to get the same car again. Jim was extremely helpful and understood my situation. In a little over 2 hours I drove away in my brand new 2018 Altima. It was amazing, fast and I could not have asked for better after still being shaken up by last week accident.
Drove four hours to reach this dealership which was out of state for us. Pricing of the vehicle and trade in allowance very fair, worth the drive. Salesperson and sales managers very polite and accommodating with very easy buying process. Our only complaint is the not so optimal communication between the sales team, finance team and repair shop. All was well in the end but it could have been a perfect transaction, rather than a lot of back and forth. Overall, we would shop there again but beware of potential miscommunications between their staff.
Everything was excellent but the total price to fix my car labor was 5 times the price of the parts. Grant it we had the money but just weeks before Christmas we spent almost 900 dollars there goes Christmas but thanks for fixing it in a timely manner.
I saw a car on cars.com that was for sale at Murfreesboro Nissan at 9:00 on a Fri night and emailed to see if it was still available. I got a call from them at 830 the next morning saying it was and I made an appt to come in. The car was exactly what I have been looking for and the price was better than I had seen elsewhere. The salesman Donnie was friendly and knowledgeable, and after I drove it I was ready to buy. I did not feel pressured and was able to get the exact car I wanted for a good price. It was worth the drive to Murfreesboro from Nashville!
My wife and i stoppes by to drive a new Armada....We have never owned a Nissan and wanted to try the Armada. Everyone was very friendly, very laid back....We advised we are just looking and not buying however they were still very friendly and helpful. When we purchase we plan to give them our business.
Nissan of Murfreesboro staff are wonderful! Arisha Welker was very helpful, considerate, and informative. I was very comfortable. The dealership and the staff was very warm and welcoming. I leased a new Nissan Rogue. I am thoroughly enjoying it and learning the bells and whistles on it. The show room is well kept up and has all the current models for the customers to view out of the summer heat :) I had a great experience at the dealership and will tell all of my friends and family to go see Arisha Welker when they are looking for a new vehicle.
We could not have had a better experience working with Tyler Ryan at Universal Kia. From the initial call, to driving away in a new (used) car, it was as painless as it possibly could be. Tyler was friendly, patient, he listened, did what he said he would do, and was honest. He worked around our schedule and never pressured us with the ???car sales tactics??? most of us have become accustomed to when car shopping.
