Our Odyssey broke down while on vacation in Nashville and Kris Halmstead was amazing to work with. He and the mechanic worked with our mechanic back home in Milwaukee to rectify the situation. They were extremely methodical, thoughtful and devoted to solving our problem. Again working with Kris was a wonderful experience.

Very nice. Drives great. Very roomy!! 3rd road is a must and this one has a lot of room there too. Very spacious cargo. Birds eye view camera is amazing !! 5 stars !

This vehicle contained the interior room I was looking for, flexibility of seating vs. cargo, options I wanted, and trim level I was comfortable with.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Excellent towing capacity, comfortably seats 7, V6 engine that runs on regular unleaded and plenty of power to spare. The Granchildren also love the seating possibilities.

Love my Pathfinder! We needed a bigger car with the 3rd row and the Nissan Pathfinder meets all our needs. USB ports, easy to use display screen, lots of cup holders and rear plugs for powering multiple divices. Lots of room with all seats laid down. Big engine for those needing power and great on gas mileage.
Bishoy Rizk is one of the nicest car salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was very genuine and straightforward and was eager to ensure I was comfortable with the truck I selected as well as the terms of the deal. Doug Hammond showed me many accessories available for my truck, but was not pushy at all. Austin Evans was easy going and straightforward when it came to signing papers. It was a very refreshing sales experience. Would absolutely recommend him and Nissan of Cool Springs for your vehicle needs.
Headlamps Crack Heat/Cold

Great SUV. However, two main problems to date at 48,000 and at 50,000 miles:
1) Hot/cold temperature extremes cause multiple small cracks (20) when headlights on in 20 degree temps. 48,000 and 50,000. One small became one large. No manufacturer recall. $540 each.
2) Cooling fan fails at 50,000. Known problem. No manufacturer recall. $850.
Gil made sure my vehicle was handled with care from start to finish. He was very patient with helping me understand the process and kept me informed about every step. I highly recommend going to Gil for your regular service needs!

Purchased as a fan vehicle for trips, pulling a small trailer, and still wanted great features and styling and our Pathfinder delivers all and then some!

Nothing about this car is quality. I have owned many Nissans but this is the last one. Junk junk junk. Recalls dont fix problems and dealer 100 percent doesn't care. Heck even the hood latch stopped working.
My experience with Daryl Oldfield, has restored my opinion of car salesmen. I have not enjoyed the new car buying experience in a long time. Working with Daryl and Newton Nissan was really exceptional. Daryl did everything possible to make this experience feel good. I will recommend Daryl and Newton Nissan to anyone I know that is looking for a new or used car. Thanks John Wainright

This SUV meets the my needs and the needs of my family. My son loves the BOSE speaker system. Hopefully we will be driving this car for years to come.

This car is very comfortable, spacious, robust with plenty of safety features..
We loved the 2 moon roofs, the third row for my 7yo. The Bose System is amazing..and driving it feels very classy on the road and reliable.
The engine is strong a quite!
We loved the heated seats front and second row, we wished if third row was also heated.
Navi System is easy and the infotainment System is very advanced. All is all, we found the car we want and we are happy with it :)
Everything was excellent but the total price to fix my car labor was 5 times the price of the parts. Grant it we had the money but just weeks before Christmas we spent almost 900 dollars there goes Christmas but thanks for fixing it in a timely manner.
Worst Nissan I have ever owned.

In the early stages of car shopping for a family-friendly SUV, we stopped by City Auto in Murfreesboro, TN while out there running errands. We were not there anticipating to purchase a vehicle that day. However, things changed.
Steven Ray, the salesman, was the first to greet us. He was not pushy, annoying, or anything like your stereotypical salesman would be in your head. He asked questions and let us talk more than he talked. He was very personable and made our experience outstanding. He provided a thorough answer to ever y question we had. If he didn't know, he made a quick phone call to get the answer we needed. He insisted a test drive in a few different models, just to get an idea of what we were looking for - even though we made it clear we weren't looking to purchase that day. (... I guess that's how they get you)
He walked us through what to expect in the buying process. Gave us little hints to get better pricing and APR.
After the sale, he called us numerous times to ensure that we were happy. A few days after the sale, a few weeks later, then a month or two down the road.
Highly recommend City Auto and especially Steven Ray.
Don’t purchase. Terrible vehicle. Warning.

We purchased our 2014 pathfinder platinum brand new. It was great for the first year but then in year two black smoke billowed from the tailpipe. The dealer said it was because we did not change the oil...that is bs. We had the replace the engine. Next both visors break. Next. The caliber breaks and we lose the ability to use our breaks. This happened on the interstate and luckily we were able to pull over without incident. Finally, we were driving home and the sunroof just exploded while on the highway. It was 10:30 at night and no other vehicle was around us. Glass showered down on me and my family. That was the last straw. This car should not be on the highway. We just traded it in and bought a Toyota. Everything I have said he is true.
