After talking with Tom over the phone giving me a deal on Nissan Pathfinder I made the drive down and I’m so glad I did. When I arrived I met with Tom who than handed me off to his colleague Jonathan. These two are the best gentleman I have ever worked with when buying a car as they made the entire process go so smoothly. I had a wonderful experience at M'Lady Nissan. sales representative Johnathan took care of me and my wife really well ,We are 100% happy with his customer service and he explained us different options. Such a Great care was taken in showing the vehicles and was never forced us. I live in Wheeling so we went through at least 4 nissan dealers near to my house, even though M'Lady dealership is 25 miles away from my house. They gave us great price and great customer service, This is the reason why we end up buying from M'Lady. I would like to mention be aware of false advertisement online from other dealers, We went to few dealers with the online price and they said we are not qualified for that online price. Such a waste of our time with other dealers. But great thing with M'Lady they agreed with us online offer. Everyone there was very nice and answered all our questions . And also special thanks to Bryan Finance director, who helped us financing and sealed the deal without any trouble , overall great attitude. Overall, very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend and No other nissan dealers can beat M'Lady nissan price. They do business in a honest way not like other nissan dealers. Let's start off by saying that on Monday 4/10/2016 we traveled all over Elgin to different dealers to find the perfect vehicle for my boyfriend.
McGrath Nissan was the 5th dealer we stopped at. When we arrived Jaw Stewart Promptly greeted us and asked us if we had any questions. We explained that we were not sure and if we could walk the lot. He told us which vehicles were used and which were new. We went off to look. Once we found some we went to him to ask prices and test drive one. He explained the cars features etc. then we went off for the drive. As we were driving we had questions on different parts on the vehicle and Jay did the best he could to answer them all with having a computer with more info in front of him. We got back to the dealer and explained that we didn't want to sit down and talk numbers and all that without my father being there to help us out. He understood and gave us his card to let him know when we would be stopping by with my dad. we shook hands and left.
Few hours later we went back with my dad to test drive it again. Again Jay was very informative when my dad had questions for him as well. Which made my dad happy. Jay was not pushy and let us do the talking and explaining what would fit our budget and needs, instead of trying to push any vehicle on us to make a sale. We went back inside to to fill out the necessary paperwork and start on negotiation to take the car home.
Once he was approved for the loan that's when the negotiations started. There was a bit of back and forth then Jeff Marcus the Used Car Manager came out to negotiate with my boyfriend. He was really easy to work with and made sure we had the price that was right for us so we didn't walk out empty handed. Jeff was also pleasant to work with.
The final person we worked with to sign all the paper work with was the Finance Manager Mario Lopez. We had great conversations, He was easy to talk to. Explained everything and anything. Seriously helped my boyfriend out with an even better deal then what we walked in with. Helped that this was my boyfriends first time purchasing a vehicle by taking out a loan and we was great at explaining all the paper and the warranty etc.
So from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out we were handed with exceptional customer service. Everyone was super easy to work with and super easy to talk to when it came to concerns and questions. We couldn't have asked for a better dealership! After Monday you guys have earned longtime customers. We will be returning in the future and making sure to mention to family and friends that McGrath Nissan in Elgin is the place to go for a vehicle!
I was leasing a 2016 Kia Optima through this dealership and loved how smooth the process was with that car, I was in for an oil change and had decided to look into buying out my lease since my mileage was starting to add us. Dave Zaprev was so knowledgeable and kind through the whole process. After all my questions and concerns we went over the benefit of just buying a new car vs keeping my lease. The were able to get me a fantastic deal within my price range. I love my Kia and honestly would not go to any other dealership. The service from the salesmen, to the finance managers and even all the way back to the service advisors in outstanding. Thank you all again for your help!
I got my new car almost a year ago at McGrath Nissan in Elgin. EVERYONE at the dealership was knowledgeable about their cars and ALL were very kind and professional. They worked with me to get the best deal that worked for me. I have had great service every time I go there. I go there often because they give free car washes when you buy a car from them and I am a really regular customer for that besides my regular check ups for my car. NO ONE in the service department have ever made me feel like I am being a bother when I come in for my car wash. This dealership has their act together and they know how to treat a customer. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car and I have done so.
Although our sales person was new, he did a good job of taking care of us. And if he wasn't certain about something, he found someone who had answers. They gave us a very reasonable deal on a new Murano Platinum. The sales manager was very accomodating and we didn't feel pressured. Overall we were very pleased and happy with our purchase. They even let us have pizza they ordered for the employees, since were famished by 2pm. One our better car buying experiences.
Everything is good except 1 key policy. Cost of most of the duplicate key are about $200. We need to keep that in mind when we see their price. In my opinion they should give explicit discount or should get another key made for the quoted price.
Stopped by to look at Lexus there for sale, and even though i didn't end up buying it, i wanted to say how nice the Salesman was. I felt as a part of the family. Thank you for all you did, advise and care.
The Nissan team was outstanding. They answered every question I had. They worked with me though out the whole processes. As a first time new car buyer it was scary but they made you feel comfortable!! David (sales) and the GM and Adam of the finance dept. All did a fantastic job thank you guys so much.

Super to deal with! I shopped for a car for my sister. I've never personally dealt with a car salesman before, and I was wary of being taken advantage of, and thought it would be difficult to get a good deal. Nothing could be further from the truth! Not only was I treated more than fairly and respectfully, I absolutely know we got a great deal! I will certainly think of them first for my next purchase, even though we live hours away. I have seen and been closely connected to others who were taken advantage of at other dealerships, and boy, a dealership I can trust is more than worth the trip!
Nick and Felix went above and beyond at the service deparment at Napleton Acura in Elmhurst. My wife had a blowout on the front tire, they replaced it with a brand new tire, washed and vacuumed the car and had me on my way within 30 mins on a Saturday afternoon.
