I must say it was the first time I'd been to a dealership and the pressure was not turned up! Betty listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. As I realtor I didn't want to be "sold" to..and she didn't come off as a salesperson but as someone who really understood my needs and my search for the perfect car!
Alabama alabama Alabama!! The only real and honest salesman. Not just in it for his cut he worked hard and fast. Got me in a brand new vehicle no hidden anything. Dont see anyone else! I promise you the best service. They dont offer you refreshments though which was pretty rude. Considering youre there for 3-4 hours.
You're checked in and everything just seems to hum along. the real story is the attention paid to the vehicle. I had some intermittant noises I didn't know what to attribute to. Of course when I showed up to the dealer, it wouldn't make the same noise! But they were patient and careful, and based on my description, they finally heard what I had been talking about. What started out as a strange noise which caused concerns, ended up being a $350 repair job; they informed me it was covered by warranty :) Never taking my Nissan NV200 any place else. Way to go TEAM!
I???ve gone there to get my service for my new car for a year and a half! They have great customer service. Great ammentaties in the waiting room. Especially that I have a baby and 6 year old they can play in the kid room and eat popcorn for the 6 year old.
Nick Corisandi was terrific. I went to 4 other Nissan dealers in SoCal before coming to you and although I wanted the 2018 Leaf S model with the current promotion, Nick was able to come as close to that promotion as possible for the 2019 Leaf S. I appreciate his salesmanship and attentiveness.
Took my Nissan Frontier in for oil change at 7 am. Was told how long it would take and the work was done well within the time quoted. It was great also, that I used the on-line coupon that was 50% off for the oil change. Exceptional service.
Honestly didn't think I would drive off with a new car. My sales guy "Allen" was great and made my experience fun. His manager worked out a great deal for me to get approved. I also made a trade in, they really went out thier way to satisfy a customer. I'm happy and blessed with my 2017 KIA OPTIMA HYBRID ¿ Thanks
