Hardy Superstore review
I just want to say that I had a very professional customer service experience with Ryan Ramdass and wanted to write a review to express my gratitude. Ryan and I had an issue that we had to address and resolve over the phone and he handled it very professional and cautiously. I would recommend Ryan to anyone who is searching for their next Chevrolet! He is a top notch salesman in my book. I his straight forward and to the point and says it like it is and I appreciate that about him and our conversation. Ask for Ryan when you look to purchase your next car he will not let you down. Orr Nissan Central review
When I asked God to send me to the right person he brought me Victor Kienka with ORR Nissan Central in OKC I give a huge SHOUTOUT to Victor for being such a huge help with my vehicle search! He was incredibly patient and professional throughout the whole process. He didn't just try to sell me anything; He actually provided expert advice on what would work best for me. He knew exactly what I needed and was looking for. This was definitely one of the most honest and helpful car-buying experiences I?ve had. It was fast I didn?t have to wait long at all. I definitely highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their perfect car. A dream come true?.I thank God everyday and very happy for my car.

Legend NissanReviews
Legend Nissan review
I went in expecting to buy out my lease but was convinced that a new lease was beneficial for me. The new Rogues don’t come with the standard features I was used to in my 2023 Rogue SL so I was ready to look elsewhere. They told me to look at the Platinum Edition even though it was more than I was willing to pay. I liked it but it wasn’t the color I wanted so they tried to find one at other dealers. When they couldn’t, they offered me a lease deal that was the same as the new Rogue SV. Done! They recognized my loyalty to this dealership and made me feel welcome and the paperwork was seemless.

MotorWorld Pre-OwnedReviews
MotorWorld Pre-Owned review
I took my 19 yo grandson there to look at a car I found online that I thought he would like, as he was looking to upgrade. We had an appointment with Mark Robinson. When we got there, things went very smoothly. My grandson bought the car and loves it! Mark was FANTASTIC and everyone seemed very nice. There was a pleasant feeling and vibe from everyone. We drove 2.5 hours to get there and would Totally do it again. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. The value was good for the car. I have no complaints. I see some of the lower rated complaints are that they had an appointment and got there in the car had been sold. I fully understand why vehicles are not held and told my grandson before we even left that they won’t hold it if somebody comes in and wants to buy it right then. The fact that people expect to hold an item when you may or may not show up or may show up and then decide you don’t like it. It’s not comfortable for you, etc.. If you’re not lacking in common sense issues, The dealership scores a five all the way around. I cannot say enough good things about Mark Robinson. He went above and beyond. Sheila Dorn

I was assisted by a sales rep named Fritz B. He made initial contact and was very responsive. When we arrived he had the vehicle ready for our test drive, he explained a good portion of the features of the vehicle and answered any and all questions we had in reference to it. He didn’t apply any unwanted pressure which made the process of buying the car seamless. The finance manager was also very kind and patient. I walked out with my dream car. And because we came so late in the evening we missed the detailing but was promised one if I’m ever in the area. I enjoyed my car buying experience and will be back when it’s time for my husbands car!!

Mercedes-Benz of ColumbiaReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Columbia review
I recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz S580 from Mercedes-Benz of Columbia, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Despite the 16-hour drive from Northern Virginia, it was absolutely worth it. The pricing was unbeatable, and more importantly, the service and communication were exceptional. I had the pleasure of working with Zac Nichols, the Sales Agent, and Danh Do, the Finance Manager, and they truly made the entire process a breeze. From start to finish, they understood exactly what I was looking for and provided the best service. There were no last-minute surprises, no haggle pricing—just a straightforward and smooth experience. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was clear, and I know moving forward, I will always check their inventory first before considering any other dealerships. Thank you, Zac and Danh, for making this purchase a delightful and stress-free experience. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Columbia to anyone in the market for a new car!

Fitzgerald Toyota Chambersburg review
Randy C. made our car buying experience enjoyable and hassle free. We were shopping for a reliable used car that would handle my long commute to/from work. While browsing the lot we met Randy. He was very professional and happy to answer our questions. We explained our price range and the type of vehicles we were interested in. My husband and I were pressed for time that day so we exchanged emails. The same day Randy sent photos for us to review. He understood that we were not in a hurry to purchase a vehicle and was willing to work with us until the right car came along. At no time did we feel pressured or hassled. Seven days after meeting Randy we were test driving vehicles. My husband and I were still undecided until he showed us one of the cars he included in an email. It was exactly what we were looking for and the car went home with us that day. My husband and I have purchased several vehicles but never walked away talking about the person who sold us the car. Randy was patient and easy to work with. Without question the best car buying experience!!! We will be trading in our family car soon and will reach out to Randy when that time comes.

Had AC issue, and diagnosed as evaporator coil issue. Needed to replace it. Dealership was able to provide loaner and transportation without a hassle, and lowered the repair price due to hardship. Ean (advisor) was nice and experience to explain the issue.

The part for our tail lamp needed to be ordered, so we were not scheduled for the repair for about a week. However, when the part came in, they made arrangements to get our vehicle fixed the next day. The shop waiting area was clean and coffee/tea was provided for us waiting on repairs.

Cherokee County Nissan review
I had the most pleasant experience today working with Selena. We met at 11am and after her firm handshake, within 30 seconds we bonded and I knew then I was at the right dealership. On the test drive we yakked like we'd known each all our lives. Everything went quickly and flawlessly. Juan was the nicest finance guy I've ever had and I've bought a lot of new vehicles in my 70+ years. I believe everyone that worked at Cherokee Co Nissan smiled and spoke to us while we were there. Very friendly, laid back bunch of folks with no pressure whatsoever. I highly recommend these people to handle your next vehicle buying experience. I read a ton of reviews before going there, and I have to agree, everyone was spot on. 5 Stars all the way! And a very special thanks to Selena! She made my day!
