Today I drove away from the dealership as a first time car buyer! I had an amazing experience with this A+ team. Nick the GM was super helpful with setting me up with his team that gave me the true VIP experience. The assistant manager Thomas was able to find the car that I was exactly looking for while also keeping me updated when the car would be ready. I appreciate all of the communication even when he was technically out of the business. My sales rep that helped assist me with the car was Sterling and he helped so much through the process and patience with the finance department. Sean was the sales manager within the finance department and he did everything and exhausted every possible outcome in order for me to get the best deal! I walked away believing that this whole team was there to help us all reach a common goal which was driving away with a car at the best affordable deal. Thank you all for your help!
Even though I had an appointment and was running behind my service provider arielle accommodated my recommendations/needs for my vehicle. Also, I did not have to wait so long for my service to be completed. I loved that they provide complimentary shuttle service. The shuttle driver Isreal was very kind and respectful.
Everyone was down to earth, friendly, and completely honest with me at this location. The buying process and the price was so much better at this location then at my home location so I drove one hour to get my car at this location.

I took my car in for an alignment I'll need to notice at my my car was still pulling to the right after taking it out of the shop. I contacted the service department advising them that the issue is still there. I went in a couple days later. Only to be told that I must have hit something because my struts were not straight. Which I called the service department right after I got the vehicle out of service about my vehicle still pulling to the right. This was unprofessional and they should have fixed my car.

I came to this dealership because they had a very specific and rare car that i had been looking for. I week before I went to the dealership, i spoke to Peter Ong in the sales dept and he very carefully informed me of the process of getting it. Long story short, i ended taking an eight hour bus ride to the dealership the following week to see if o could buy the car. Peter picked me up from the bus station and took me out to lunch after he heard i hadn't eaten all morning. My car wasn't going to be ready until the following day so the dealership put me up in a hotel after Peter informed them of the bus trip i took to get there. Peter drove me to the hotel and picked me up the following morning and even bought me breakfast! Peter is the nicest guy you'll meet and he made the hassle of getting a new car an absolute breeze. If you ever need to get a car from this dealership, get in touch with Peter, he will go above and beyond for you. I promise you won't regret it!
I had a great buying experience at Sunnyvale Nissan thanks to Peter Ong who was very professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience truly enjoyable. An enjoyable car buying experience sounds like an absurdity, but that was really my experience. From the moment we walked in the door, Peter was visibly excited to introduce the vehicle I had inquire about. He himself owned the same vehicle so you could tell he knew what he was talking about. He went over all the features of the car, along with sharing his personal experiences with his own car. Peter is one of those guys who could easily sell you a car with his competency, or even talk you out of one if it's not the right solution for you. Cliches aside, he really is looking out for the customer.
