Hardy SuperstoreReviews
Hardy Superstore review
I have purchased new and used cars before, from different dealerships all over the Atlanta area. A total of 10 counting this one. Plus 2 bikes, but I'm not counting those. I have had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences, and I have had okay experiences. This was, without a doubt the best of them. What made the difference- Sam Rangel. My wife shopped around online and found a van she wanted to look at, and it happened to be at the Hardy Superstore. She went by herself to check it out. She met Sam. Sam was the opposite of what many come to think of when they think of a used car salesman. Sam was very kind and helped her. He listened to her and genuinely desired to help her find what she was looking for. I know most good sales people are like that, but there are some that don't have a customer service quality to them, but Sam does. She never felt pressured. Sam made us feel like he was on our side of things- whether it was the vehicle, the negotiation, the financing, or whatever. He was our representative. I love looking at cars, and investigating them, but absolutely HATE haggling and the actual car buying part. Sitting and waiting forever, going back and forth. Then when you are done, you have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned and gassed...ugh. Did I say I HATE car buying? So this time, I done the whole deal with Sam through text messaging! A first for me. Whenever I asked for something, Sam replied. Sam's manager, and Finance closer- Mitch Feraco made a great team. And he had the van ready so when we got there, we signed and drove away! So, if you find a vehicle at the Hardy Superstore, or need someone to help you find one, call Sam Rangel- you wont regret it. Tell Sam I sent you, he will take great care of you!

2022 Toyota Sienna review
Sales guy Jhon was very enthusiastic and helped us buy the car we wanted. He also helped us with all the procedures and secured a good price. Thank you. The accountant was also very good and patiently helped us organize our cash. As we decided to buy a car in full, we provided a lot of small denomination banknotes. She patiently answered my questions and helped us count the banknotes. Thank you.

2023 Chevrolet Colorado review
Bought the truck with 3000 miles on it. engine feels strong had no mechanical issues with almost 20,000 miles on it now knock on wood I drive it on 300 mile road trips regularly back and forth to college and with just a few infotainment issues such as Bluetooth not connecting the screen taking over 3 minutes to turn on which are frustrating but not devestating overall for the price this thing should be flawless and not have these basic issues but hasn't left me stranded. (PS don't buy OnStar Wi-Fi it is terrible never works interferes with your service)

Gwinnett Place HondaReviews
Gwinnett Place Honda review
We had a wonderful experience at the Gwinnett Place Honda dealership, both when leasing our vehicle and during a recent visit for the recommended maintenance. The level of customer service was exceptional, and we truly appreciate the professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail. A special thank you to our service advisor, Thomas, who was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. Thomas truly made us feel valued as customers. It is refreshing to receive this level of care and service and Thomas certainly made our experience even better. We are pleased with our experience and would highly recommend the Gwinnett Place Honda dealership and its service department.
2025 Acura MDX review
After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

AutoNation Toyota Mall of Georgia review
I had a great experience working with Andres at AutoNation Toyota Mall of Georgia. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on finding the right vehicle for me, not just making a sale. He answered all of my questions clearly, never pressured me, and was upfront about pricing and options. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and Andres followed up to make sure everything was perfect. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you, Andres!
2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 review
Was trying to chose between Chevrolet and Ram. To get the options I wanted I would have to shop the Laramie trim package. Chevrolet offers the LT trim level that allows you to load it up with the options I needed and at a lower price than the Ram. Chevy beats Ram on tow capacity, bed legnth, flex tailgate, and camera system is better. The new 10 speed transmission delivers great mpg. In my first long distance trip I averaged 19.5 mpg Better than my old Ram 1500.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely amazing experience with Matt Otis in the service department at MINI Mall of Georgia! Matt truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. It’s rare these days to receive this level of customer service. Matt genuinely cared about my concerns and made what could have been a stressful service experience so much easier. I never felt rushed or brushed off, and I really appreciated the time and attention he gave me. If you’re bringing your MINI in for service, I highly recommend asking for Matt Otis. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. MINI Mall of Georgia is lucky to have him. He absolutely deserves 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ -Heather!

The Hyundai Tucson car I came to see and hoped to purchase was sold a couple hours prior to my arriving. I was a little disappointed, but Tim came to the rescue and with my children on the phone, I left with an Audi Q5. The team of Tim, Marcus, and Mark in Finance helped and got me in the Q5! I am excited with the outcome!

United BMWReviews
United BMW review
I purchased car in August of 2025 from United BMW. Nelson assisted me with the purchase and was amazing. He listened and made sure he understood exactly what I was looking for and knows the brand extremely well enough that he was able to intelligently answer all my questions. The finance department was very helpful and not pushy with add-on sales. Over the past year that I owned the car, Nelson has been very responsive and helpful with additional questions I had. I recently brought the car in for regular service, and the service department was very helpful. I have been to many BMW dealerships, and this dealership stands apart from the others.
2019 Lexus ES 350 review
I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

I have bought 2 cars from Autonation in the past 4 years. Each time I've been there, Willie is always very professional and he makes the buying process seamless. My Hyundai Kona is the perfect car for me and I love to tell people where I got my car from. When it comes time for my routine oil change service, the service team gets me in and out in a timely and efficient manner. They greet me with a smile and they take great care of me and my car. I will never buy another car from anywhere else. Thank you Autonation Hyundai Mall of Georgia!

Quite grateful for the service provided. Well explained and above all with a lot of patience to be my first experience at Ford!
2020 Hyundai PALISADE review
Bought car used in September 2026 w/65000 miles. Needed to replace my 2016 Escape which broke down catastrophically after 2 years of constant repairs. Also, my sister was facing knee replacement and we needed to fit her, her 300-lb husband, walkers, wheelchair, and groceries in our everyday vehicle! Two words describe the result: exceeds expectations! Lots of room even with all of us and our junk; More road power than my old man's driving style needs, but it translates to smooth as silk road behavior on the steepest of Pennsylvania's hills; Typical Hyundai reliability and dealer service : helpful, courteous, attentive, and informative. Not the cheapest, but worth what I pay. I was suspicious about putting all my eggs in a 6 year old vehicle ... but I think I just bought 250,000 of solid comfort and driveability that's better than new!

My experience here was outstanding! I chose Jim Ellis based on online reviews as I am new here. I’m so glad I did! I was greeted immediately when I arrived for my appointment, and introduced to my service advisor Jaime. He really listened to my concerns and explained everything to me. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The shop is very very clean and the waiting room really nice. Jaime kept me up to date as I waited, the work was completed quickly, and my car is great. This is a very well run shop, I’m so glad I found an honest, trustworthy place to bring my car to, I highly recommend it! Excellent place, wonderful people, terrific work!

2024 Toyota Tacoma review
For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.

Everyone who sells cars needs to move inventory. It is the exceptional sales person/team that listens to the customer. Nathan Butler understood what we wanted and went and got it for us; Nathan, as much as the vehicle, is the reason we bought what we did. We always appreciate a transparent and informative sales process, especially when it comes to a major purchase.

CarMax Huntsville review
After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.
