We bought an 2021 F-150 from them. I then went out west to work on a wildfire and, on the way home, the truck died. Originally, I wrote a pretty scathing review of AutoNation Panama City. But, in spite of it all, they have been absolutely amazing. Not only have they been working with the dealership in Utah where the truck is currently being worked on, the leadership at AutoNation has been regularly keeping us informed and went out of their way to make a way for us to get home to Panama City from Utah even though the truck is still being worked on. It's a warranty thing and no fault of AutoNation. They have been nothing but caring and respectful to both me and my wife. I don't know if I will ever buy a Ford again, but I will most definitely buy from AutoNation PC again. I can't say enough about how the folks at AutoNation PC have truly earned my respect through their commitment to taking care of customers, even when that customer hasn't been the most pleasant human being.

2016 RAM 1500 review
I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

My mistake was not look under the vehicle, found some rust in the main frame, the air bag suspension were shot, had to replace them, DO NOT BUY A WARRANTY FROM DEALER OR ANYWHERE ELSE, it’s a pain to get the car fixed, warranty company does not want to pay, the dealer service dept in Miami lakes Auto mall suck, very unreliable, DO JOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

If your looking for a diesel in Hampton Roads this is the place. Most dealerships have one maybe two. They have a WHOLE lot full of trucks and there is no way u come out of there without finding one that fits what ur looking for. Both in price and style/model. As soon as I got there I was greeted by Jason and he gave me the run down on all the trucks there in my price range. Looked at a few, took a test drive, and was out the door within an hour as happy as can be. BONUS: my wife discovered there was an issue with the sunroof. Jason made sure it would be fixed (in writing) prior to purchasing. I also got feel that if you go there for a vehicle and find anything wrong they would do the same thing. 2016 RAM 1500 review
I have loved this truck since we bought it.. I really hated to let it go.. but our needs changed to something a little smaller, with 3rd row seats.. I even refused to trade it in when I bought the new vehicle.. ( trying to hold on a little longer lol) i have driven mine from tbe beach to the mountains with no issues!
