This is my second purchase from Ideal. Found a 2010 Ford Explorer on their website. It was still in the process of title being passed to them. Waited and checked back with them 2 weeks later. I was able to get a chance to drive it and took it on the freeway. This time I requested financing which they carried out quickly and provided me with a very low finance rate. Yes, they did add for putting the auto in "ready" condition. My auto had just come out of auction which required cleaning and checking to make sure it was servisable. The staff handled all the paperwork and licensing which saved me time. Thanks to everyone at Ideal for a very good Explorer.

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

They have a WHOLE lot full of trucks and there is no way u come out of there without finding one that fits what ur looking for. Both in price and style/model. As soon as I got there I was greeted by Jason and he gave me the run down on all the trucks there in my price range. Looked at a few, took a test drive, and was out the door within an hour as happy as can be. BONUS: my wife discovered there was an issue with the sunroof. Jason made sure it would be fixed (in writing) prior to purchasing. I also got feel that if you go there for a vehicle and find anything wrong they would do the same thing. Ryan Haddock was really fantastic to work with. Patient, helpful, knowledgeable and not once did he ever act dishonestly. I?d happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. All was great with the exception of AJ the after deal upseller of various warranties. When I told him nicely we were not interested and wanted to wrap up he insisted we needed to sit there so he could drone on about items I?d told him we did not have interest in. He then told me my rejection of his warranties made him happy because they would charge me more on repairs. I lost patience and asked if he really thought I?d trust him with repairs to my car? This made him an even bigger xxxxxx. I?d drop my overall rating substantially because of AJ if I could do so without affecting Ryan.
