New Smyrna Beach ChevroletReviews
New Smyrna Beach Chevrolet review
I recently brought my 2021 Chevy Suburban in for service and had an outstanding experience with your team. While I'll admit I wasn't thrilled about the $4,000 repair bill, the level of service I received from Joe and your service department made all the difference. I've had less than stellar experiences here in the past, but it's clear you've made significant improvements with your staff and processes. Joe was professional, communicative, and made what could have been a frustrating situation much more manageable. The changes you've implemented are noticeable and appreciated. This is now the kind of service experience that keeps customers coming back. Thank you for investing in your team and your service department.

I found the truck I wanted to purchase online. I called the dealership and they were kind enough to hold the truck for me since I couldn't get there for about five days. Upon arrival, I was meet by Mr. Ron Stepp and he was very professional throughout the buying process. In just a couple of hours I was driving home in the truck I wanted. Great buying experience. I will be shop the dealership again. Thanks, Ron for the outstanding help.

Drivers MartReviews
Drivers Mart review
Bought a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica 3 years ago from Drivers Mart in Sanford. We purchased an extended warranty. No costs other than gas and oil changes the entire three years. Suspected the oil cooler was going which seams to be a common problem with the v6 Pentastar engine. Taking the car to Drivers Mart Winter Park service department, they replaced the oil cooler and other items in the motor they found needing attention. Johnathan and his mechanics did a great job. The warranty service only paid for a few items but the outcome was worth the money I spent. The car drives great without issues. It’s been a very positive experience since purchase and I have to say I’m very happy with the outcome of the repairs completed by the service department.

CarMax DothanReviews
CarMax Dothan review
Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.
2019 RAM 1500 review
The best truck I’ve ever owned! I’ve been a proud owner of five Ram 1500s over the years — a 1998, a 2005, a 2009, and two 2019s. It has always been a pleasure owning a Ram truck. They’ve been reliable, powerful, and just an overall great truck. I’ll always be a Ram fan!

Ozzy Seyal, now that's a customer service representative. Kind, courteous, pays attention, handles his customer as if they're taking care of family. My husband was very impressed with him, upselling, and he talked my husband into a very good deal. My husband is very happy about the upgrade. Hold on to him and if possible, give him a well-deserved raise, a some type of bonus and recognition. I'm a recruiter, 23 years, and I look for people with this distinctive quality of customer service, which is very hard to find. Take care of your people. You cannot put enough emphasis on dependability and reliability. OZZY, you keep it up. You're truly genuine.

2019 RAM 1500 review
I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

Hyundai of Central Florida review
I’ve had the privilege to work with Cesar Marques (Service Director) and his customer service support staff on a few different occasions over the last couple years regarding our 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe. Mr. Marques has exceeded our expectations with his excellent customer service experience , his professionalism and his ability to relate to the customers needs. I consider him a major asset to the Hyundai family. If I do decide to purchase another Hyundai down the road, it will be a direct result working with of Mr. Marques. Thank you, Larry Ort

Bill Murdock and the service team did a wonderful job in completing my last service. They completed the service in a very short amount of time. I usually wait for the service to be completed as the customer lounge is very comfortable.

I had seen ad of HGREG auto dealer as I was looking to buy a hybrid one. And I found Toyota Corola Hybrid 2024 in used car lot. The mileage was also manageable for me. Within few hours the agent Joel Augustine helped us to get the sales go through. The Finance person Louis Whatts also was helpful.

Winter Park Auto ExchangeReviews
Winter Park Auto Exchange review
I reached out via cars .com about a specific car that I seen on their website. I got a response the same day. It was by a gentleman whos name is Joe at Winter Park auto exchange. He took some video of the car i was curious about. I went a few days later to actually check it out, with my wife. Car was exactly as advertised, clean low miles. So the purchase was lightning fast. I test drove it and did all the necessary paperwork in probably 30 minutes. They have a lot of inventory. If your in the market, please check them out. Great people!!!
