I bought my 2020 Ram 1500 Limited Edition used with 15,000 miles. The leather dash was coming unglued and the back window was leaking but both were replaced under warranty. My 4th Ram and this one rides like a Cadillac with the 4 corner air suspension which isn't recommended for cold climates. Great truck so far.

A little disapointed in fuel economy. Getting 15 to 16 in the city and 18 to 19 mpg on the road. A great ride and very good interior. The active speed control works excellent, and slows down as needed and then returns back to set speed when available.

Came in to Robert’s Chrysler Dodge, after the fiasco of another local dodge dealer. Met with Josh, who made the selection process very easy, and understood my issue with finishing off my old lease, and the issue with the other dealer. When the time came to buy, it was one of the easiest processes I ever had. Josh went out of his way to find all the incentives, and give me the best deal, and finance. I have my new dream car, I am overly ecstatic by the experience. I will never go anywhere else, than Robert’s Chrysler Dodge! They make you feel like family.

She greeted me at the door with a big warm smile . I was bit nervous as i had never purchased a vehicle at a dealership. It was comforting seeing a woman salesman. Sarah navigated the process with such ease, assurance and clarity. I was able to get approved for the loan & able to drive off the lot the same day. I owned either Ford or Chevy trucks in the past this is my first Ram. The Rebel trim package won me over with the panoramic sun roof 12 inch infotainment screen etc. it’s a beautiful truck with every option and well thought out design. Only had it a couple months so far but I’m very pleased with the truck.

Henri and the rest of the team at Pappa’s were excellent to deal with when purchasing my 2014 Challenger. They explained everything that was going to happen with my transfer to NH which went smoothly. There was some dirt on the car when I came to pick it up and very little gas in it, but Henri realized those problems and fixed them immediately so we could drive back to NH. It was a great experience.

I bought a 2013 VW CC Sport from them. I am from Binghamton, NY & this car was located at their showroom in Hartford, CT. I saw this car?s listing online and immediately liked it but wanted to test drive the vehicle before putting down my money. I had arranged for my own finance so needed the purchase order for this vehicle. They agreed to give me the purchase order if I put a refundable deposit of $500 on my credit card. I agreed to that. So I put my paper work in order and drove down with a friend on Saturday to their showroom. The condition of the vehicle was good just like I had imagined from the pictures. I took a test drive. The gentleman who was with us on the deal was knowledgeable & helpful. I noticed that above the front passenger headliner there was some black smear. I pointed out this to the salesman & he took care of it immediately. Also the engine bay & the underside of the vehicle looked dirty as if it was not washed so they gave the car a complete rewash before I left. I was unclear on how I would be able to register a CT dealer plate vehicle in NY State. I was told that I would be getting NY plates which I did. Only place where the dealer needs to improve is communication. I had no clue what was going on with my registration & upon calling/emailing I just got the answer that ?A third party company is taking care of it?. This is my first car in this country and it should not be assumed by dealer that everyone knows the process of buying a car over here. It is nice to maintain some transparency during paper work as I am paying for that service as well. Now I got the plates from DMW NY however I never got the title for my car. Upon asking the dealer, they say they mailed the title directly to my finance company and it?s normal. Here?s the thing, my friend got his car a week later mine, went through the same finance company as mine and he got his title from the dealer (different car dealer). He just made sure he added the finance company name as a lien holder on his car?s title & mailed a copy for their record.

The sales team was very professional, very knowledgeable, and made the entire experience very positive. The finance team was equally proficient. This is a great dealership, and definitely worth considering for your next vehicle!

I would like to thank Andy Keleher and Trioano Auto Group for providing excellent warranty service on my '09 Challenger RT while 1000 miles from home. I brought the car in at 8:00 AM Monday morning with the transmission in "limp-in" mode. I did not have an appointment but they worked me in and diagnosed the problem as a failed speed sensor inside the transmission before 10:00 AM. They located the part in another town and sent a driver to pick it up. I had my car back by 3:00 PM. Troiano's fast service literally saved the rest of my vacation. I have put over 1000 miles on the car since with no problems. This is the way warranty service is supposed to work.

Although I have not purchased a vehicle at this time because I was tied up with a medical issue. I feel that the salesmanship, caring attitude, professionalism, all without a pushy attitude of one particular salesman should be heralded. Mike Eliasson just great! Not only is he right on top of all the ins and outs of keeping the potential buyer informed he also has a very caring attitude. His type of performance speaks great things about how much Blasius dealerships care about their customers. Kudos to Mike and Blasius. It's refreshing to have a Salesman and a dealership that is more interested in customer satisfaction and just pushing to empty the car lot!

Who thought you could get a brand new vehicle for less than $200/month? The Encore is a great fit for my family, and Ingersoll Buick GMC of Watertown was the best dealer to purchase from! They are helpful and really went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my SUV. Even took time to show my teenage daughter the important function of the vehicle, so when she drives it she will be comfortable. THANKS!

Customer service is definitely performed at this dealership. Recently purchased a car from them. I was trading in a car that had a lot of mechanical issues pending and unfortunately I hastily made a decision to buy a car that I really didn't like after driving it a week. I called Fernando with this woe and he and Ken Champagne were able to put me in something I truly love. Bottom line....they listened to me and what I wanted and were able to acquire another car within a week or so! I'd like to think I was the only person they were dealing with because of the superior service in finding another car. Thank you Ken and Fernando for listening to my needs in a car and then finding one! In this day of disappearing Customer Service it's nice to know you are still making it happen.

I would ALWAYS recommend Blasius North . Everyone is so friendly and helpful . I first went to Blasius North back in 2021 and came out with a 2017 Honda civic. I contact Thomas again because I now have 4 kids and needed something more spacious. He hook me up with a really nice 2014 Toyota Highlander , my kids absolutely love it .
