David Brown in the service department was fantastic! My family has purchased 7 cars from Sunrise Ford. David is the best service rep we have had the pleasure of relying on his expertise in getting our Explorer serviced. If the max stars I could give him were 5, I would insist on giving him 10 stars!

Plantation FordReviews
Plantation Ford review
I have gone to Plantation Ford twice for service on my 2020 Ford F-250 Diesel. Once for routine service, and once for a engine service code. I have been impressed by the courtesy, professionalism, and accommodating nature of all the members of the service team. I am driving my truck from North Palm Beach County to be serviced at Plantation Ford. The best dealership I have found in South Florida for service so far!!
2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

The Ford Store Morgan HillReviews
The Ford Store Morgan Hill review
I have been to most of the Ford dealerships in the bay area. Hands down this is the best that I have been to. I came in because I could not pair my phone. A manager I have not seen before came out and took a look. He figured out it was my phone causing the concern. He updated my phone and rebooted my SYNC and problem solved. Outstanding customer service.

Swope Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Swope Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Traveling down I-75 heading to Florida from Michigan and 6 hours into the trip a dash light came on and no cruise control. I called Swope Dodge in Elizabeth town KY and spoke to the service department. We had reservations to spend the night there. I stopped into the dealer about 4:00 Friday February 28th. The service person wrote up the car and gave me a ride back to the hotel with the assurance they would look at my vehicle asap and would call me first thing in the morning. First thing Saturday morning my cell phone rang and it was the dealer, my car was ready. They found a bad wheel sensor, replaced it and even picked me up at the hotel. Outstanding service.

2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought the 2021 Ram with an 5.7 Hemi new and I have never experienced any issues with the Ram. 2 recalls witch were taken care of while I waited. I have owned Chevy and Ford pickups in the past 50 years and I have had issues with the Fords and will not buy another Ford truck again. I would buy a Ram again as long as it has a V8 engine.

Savage L&B Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAMReviews
Savage L&B Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
From day, one of shopping for a new Jeep dealer close to home. LB Savage has been nothing but helpful, kind and honest with us. they introduced leasing to us for the first time. it was a good experience, but I drive too many miles. so when I returned, I purchased my third Jeep from them. with no hassles. they left the deciding up to my husband and myself with advice we had requested .we gave them the information they needed to know exactly what we wanted, and they broke it down to three vehicles on the lot, which made it much easier for us to decide. They made sure what they showed us had exactly what we wanted in the new vehicle we were purchasing. by the time we left there we were more than sure that if we were to ever purchase another vehicle, we would be going back. we have also had a great relationship with the service department. They are always extremely helpful kind and make sure our vehicle is returned to us in a timely fashion, clean and complete. without asking about a recall, they completed it and at the time of pick up they explained that they had had the vehicle a little longer than they expected because there was a recall that they could take care of so that we did not have to come back anytime soon. I really appreciate them always being so kind and helpful. If I was to recommend a dealership that truly cares about their customers, it would most definitely be them. Love always the Snyder family..

Harr Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Bought 2 vehicles last Month the service was professional and the negotiations without any problems. When we did not buy the first car we negotiated on they were professional, and we ended up buying another car when it arrived a few days later
2021 RAM 1500 review
Spend the extra money for leather and heated and cooled seats . It’s well worth it . Have loved my Ram after upgrading to a Laramie from a 2008 Ram st . Back seat has plenty of room . Seats fold up to allow you to put groceries in .

Russ Darrow West Bend Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
I had the pleasure of interacting with Adam Oswald recently. Though we couldn't come to an agreement on a purchase, I found him to be of very high integrity. I would like to recommend him to anybody who would be in the market for a new vehicle.
