bought truck new in 2013 has been good to me so far dont know why other people have trouble with them have owned several rams over the years and had good luck didnt really do any work to truck till it hit 55000 miles and changed the 30000 mile interval sparkplugs thought the 30000 miles was to soon have been offroad and on road pull a trailer and hauled several times love these trucks grew up riding in fords they are more trouble then people let on to be

I'm on my third RAM in ten-years. The first two, a 2014 and 2016 did great; but then, about a year later I started having anomalies with sensors/check engine lights that would not reset. Simple stuff like windshield-fluid reservoir empty, or exhaust O2 sensor dirty. New vehicles should not do that. I did not give up on RAM. I've had a 2019 RAM 1500/LongHorn/Crewcab for two-years now. (Knock on wood), 2019 runs great, with no major problems. One of the best things that happened was when RAM 'broke away' from Dodge. I recommend the new generation of RAM from 2019+.

First, I'd like to say I'll never buy from a dealer (other than CarMax) again. This process was painless and positive. If you go to Renton - ask for TYSON - he was great. Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. I can't recommend this company enough!

So far, so good. I have only had my "new to me" Ram for a week. It is a great truck and has everything I needed. Except for a CD player which I purchased and put in. Looking forward to having this truck for a long time. And this is coming from a Ford guy

I bought this 2003 Volkswagen Beetle over the internet. H D'S Auto sales was very honest. Customer service was outstanding! This car was shipped from door to door transport to my driveway to Elkton ,MD. The paint job is like new. Engine looks like it came off the show room floor. I owned Beetles in the past and know what to look for. It took me six months to find what I was looking for. 67000 miles on the car. I had to replace both headlights on the car very common for the year I done it before. Bottom line is H D'S Auto really went out of there way for me. I trusted them with no warranty on the car. 2500 miles to my house. They sold me a car that went right threw Maryland Inspection. 20 year wedding anniversary present to my wife. This truck meets all the requirements I had set for a truck ... had one very similar before and was searching for another one. Wanted the RAMboxes and a "shifter" not a dial to handle the gears! This model as the bucket style front seats, not the bench and the sifter is part of the console. It is loaded and just what I wanted.... save for the fact it does not have the tow package .... no matter.

Everything went well with Oliver as my salesman. He was upfront with me and explained things as needed. I consider it to be excellent and I appreciate that.

A little disapointed in fuel economy. Getting 15 to 16 in the city and 18 to 19 mpg on the road. A great ride and very good interior. The active speed control works excellent, and slows down as needed and then returns back to set speed when available.

I bought my car here a few years ago and have been coming back to get it serviced ever since. I have never had a Service Agent more helpful than Natashia Wilson. She really went above and beyond to help me resolve all my issues, and she deserves to be recognized for amazing customer service at this dealership. I have about 75K miles on my 2018 RAM SLT FWD, 3.6L V6. It's the first truck I've ever owned, and I'm a big fan now. I've had a couple of very minor issues with the truck but nothing major. The first issue is the backup camera when haywire on me about 50K miles in. It turns out that it wasn't properly affixed in the factory, and I was able to fix this myself by taking off a few screws to remove the tailgate cover and then using a zip tie to hold the connection together. It's been perfect since then. The only other issue was the windshield washer fluid tube disconnected from the sprayer nozzle. I fixed that as well. Again, it was no big deal and it hasn't been a problem since. Everything else has been perfect on the truck. It's either purring like a kitten or roaring like a lion.

This is a great all-around truck that blends luxury features with a solid truck. With coil suspension on all wheels, it makes for a very soft and comfortable ride, while being able to tow anything you can throw it's way.

We live on S Hill Puyallup. The local dealer is closer; however, our experience that we ALWAYS receive from Carl and his team is outstanding! We will travel further to obtain straight forward recommendations/required service for our two GM vehicles. When looking for a a GM dealer that will listen and repair as suggested, I recommend visiting Art Gamblin in Enumclaw WA!! Our future vehicle purchases will be made at this dealership.

I purchased 2017 Ram 1500 Bighorn 5.7 Hemi in February 2020 with 12,000 miles. I mostly use this truck highway miles 60 mi round trip daily to and from work. End of March of 2022 heard a noise and a jerk and the truck started to overheat on the way home from work. Now having 63,000 on it and came out the head gasket cracked where the bolt is which shocked my mechanic and local shop that resurfaced the cylinder head since they its unheard of a Hemi engine with a blown head gasket. First time for everything, I’m wondering if in the future there will be a recall on this engine, as there were cooling ones for other ones. Outside regular maintenance oil change, tires, brake pads the major work: head gasket, resurfaced cylinder head, water pump, thermostat, radiator cap, spark plugs, oil change, Mopar coolant, also replaced exhaust manifold bolts which solved the hemi ticking. The backup camera sometimes gets messed up due to lose wire after using the bed. All I normally do is slam close the bed and it will resolve itself, no big deal. I’m a bit concerned with transmission after reading a little, but it appears most newer trucks have similar issues. I’m hoping this will let me last until over 200,000 mi . As of now at 70,000 mi.

I've owned close to 100 vehicles, and this will be my 5th truck. Honestly, the value this truck brings is off the charts. It does everything a truck needs to do when it comes to towing or hauling (we easily towed a 12,000 loaded horse trailer multiple times). Mine is a Laramie with Air Ride suspension. I don't understand this articles stating that the ride is not good when towing. This is by far the best riding Truck I've owned, and the Air Ride? I used it to pull up a 3' x 20' culvert full of mud an dirt straight up out of the ground enough to pull it forward. Saved so much time from having to dig it out. MPG...well...it's a truck, and I average 16-17MPG. 50K miles and not a single issue with it so far. Heated/cooled seats, Leather, Nav, Air Ride, great stereo, Lights everywhere and unbelievable amount of storage. I'll be keeping this one for a long time.

Love this truck, overall. Only a few little things that I would to fix. From the beginning my “check engine “ light on my dash has been lit. In turn my “ loose gas cap “ light stays on. Everyone that I talk to says “they all do that”. One other thing is I have a place on my hood that has spots in the paint and no one can tell me what it is. Overall, I am happy with my truck and the performance of it.

Had a recall bit of work to be done. The dealership called and said their new mobile service would come to me and finish the repairs. Crew showed up on time, we’re professional and friendly, worked swiftly and got the job done with a full inspection of my vehicle! Great work!

We went to a Dealer in November and Bought a 2021 Ram 1500 Bighorn.It was surley the Best Vehicle we ever Bought.We Got a camper and towed it.It was our first truck.It has so many good things.1.Has a 5.7 Liter Hemi Engine and I Just Have to tell you how Good sounding it is.The Bighorn Package for,is the Second Cheapest 1500 and is still SO Many Luxuries.The Most Cheapest 1500 Package is The Tradesman. All the packages Except the Tradesman, say which Package they are on the tailgate.The Vehicle Has such a soft Steering wheel. It's a Heated Steering Wheel.The Drivers Seat Is A Power seat and,along with the Passenger seat,is heated.It also has a programable Garage opener.It has a Purplish Brown Paint.The Rims are SO Beautiful,and if you Get Those Rims,you'l Reconize Them every where.The Back Window is(Not the Back Windows on the back doors,the actual back window)electronic so you Can open with the same button you did if you had a sunroof.The seats fold up(back).This is such a great Vehicle and if you want to learn more,go to ram trucks.com and you can Build your own,so you can see those beautiful wheels.That is all I can think of about this awsome truck.See You.

I have owned Dodge, Ram, Ford, and Chevy trucks. Chrysler always gets a bad reputation for no apparent reason. I have a 2017 Ram 1500 SLT with 200000 miles and not one issue!!! Try that with a Ford or Chevy!! Value, looks, comfort, reliability are what make this truck awesome. I tow 5000 lbs once a week as well. Buy a Ram and you’ll thank me after miles of hassle free ownership!! Facts not opinions!!

I have a Ram TRX and it’s amazing. I get tons of compliments from people I don’t know. Fast, comfortable, sporty and off road ready. Much nicer interior than ALL the competition. Exhaust sound amazing, zero problems so far. Only downside is mileage, I get 10 to 11 depending on city or highway.

Update from previous 3 star review. They got back to me with some pics. Sounds as though they were a bit understaffed. Very accommodating and professional. The vehicle wasn't what I was looking for but if I would by a used car from them if they get one that fits my criteria.

Just purchased a 2014 used Dodge Magnum truck and the low fuel gauge is staying on and it's full of gas, so I'm checking recalls on this model, and also a 2015 Durango I bought 3years ago for recalls also
