I own this truck for 4 years bought with 140k mi and now it has 200k I spent probably 15k in mechanic and parts I had a problem with everything in this truck from exhaust to fuse box all brake lines now just fixed the head gasket which cost an arm and leg and I’m getting misfires from the camshaft it’s just one thing after the other and never stop I guess if you buy a new one it must be amazing but get rid of it before 100k miles The window opener in the driver side keeps popping off. Fan inside makes too much noise. I own a 5.7 gasoline angine

bought truck new in 2013 has been good to me so far dont know why other people have trouble with them have owned several rams over the years and had good luck didnt really do any work to truck till it hit 55000 miles and changed the 30000 mile interval sparkplugs thought the 30000 miles was to soon have been offroad and on road pull a trailer and hauled several times love these trucks grew up riding in fords they are more trouble then people let on to be

Not a big fan of the navigation system but it does the job. And wish passenger bench seat would recline. Other than that it's a pleasure to drive. I put 24k and no problems whatsoever. Just routine oil change

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

So far, so good. I have only had my "new to me" Ram for a week. It is a great truck and has everything I needed. Except for a CD player which I purchased and put in. Looking forward to having this truck for a long time. And this is coming from a Ford guy

I bought this 2003 Volkswagen Beetle over the internet. H D'S Auto sales was very honest. Customer service was outstanding! This car was shipped from door to door transport to my driveway to Elkton ,MD. The paint job is like new. Engine looks like it came off the show room floor. I owned Beetles in the past and know what to look for. It took me six months to find what I was looking for. 67000 miles on the car. I had to replace both headlights on the car very common for the year I done it before. Bottom line is H D'S Auto really went out of there way for me. I trusted them with no warranty on the car. 2500 miles to my house. They sold me a car that went right threw Maryland Inspection. 20 year wedding anniversary present to my wife. I have purchased a 2012 now I have 106,000 miles on it so far I replace the fuse box under the hood upper ball joints The emergency brake pads somehow burned up make sure you replace all the hardware The rush is unbelievable on the wheel wells definitely needs a redesign I keep my truck really clean the motor start ticketing at 90,000 miles we call Chitty Chitty Bang Bang I always change the oil. The transmission is very strong 5.7 motor has a lot of torque for gas I love the 8 foot bed and the mega cab the radio has to be updated I replaced it already the air conditioner is cold I put a lower thermostat I didn’t like it sitting at 220 That’s a little high for my taste I put a lower thermostat in it is definitely can pull the weight I also recommend putting a trans cooler on Especially if you going to pulled heavy weight I run e rated tires also nothing less awesome truck all except for the rust lol on the wheel wells .I love the look 👀

Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.

My four wheel drive truck has a Cummins diesel. It is quiet, probably more powerful than needed, comfortable, and gets great fuel economy. Bought it for taking trips and being able to drag along any toy I can think of. It tows everything I own and the truck hardly notices the additional load.

My truck had a 5day, 30hr repair job. 2 weeks to tear my truck apart for a relatively minor accident. 30 days later they have far exceeded my insurances repair cause, elapsed rental coverage, promised 3 different finish dates and when I stopped by, my truck had the grille off, no fog lights or bumper, wrong headlight, and a lacerated tire still. 40 days later my truck still has a banged up hood. I have emailed the Jerry Ulm General Manager and he has yet to reply. They are very nice and the work that actually gets done is great. But communication is god awful, proactive actions are non existent, and they have not offered any compensation for my 5day repair turned 40days and still counting. There has been no delays in receiving parts, they do not properly order parts or diagnose the issue. Over 5 weeks I have 6 quotes to insurances because it was not properly diagnosed the 1st, 3rd or 5th time...

I’ve driven Ford, Toyota, and Chevrolet, but this Ram is the best of them all. I went with the Rebel and got one of the last non-eTorque V8 Hemi’s. No dumb stop/start technology with this combination. Interior comfort is better than many cars. Exterior styling is great too. Plenty of power from the 5.7 although it is a little on the thirsty side. Even with an off-road emphasis and 33” all-terrain tires, the ride is very quiet and comfortable. Ram trucks are a little on the pricey side, but Ram still offers some pretty decent incentives at times. You do get what you pay for. Very satisfied with my purchase.

First new RAM pickup I have ever bought. Most of my pickups have been GM, and a few Fords. All had more bells and whistles, but I've been much more satisfied with the RAM. Only complaint is the dial shifter. Have mistaken it for the A/C control on more than one occasion.

I bought my 2020 Ram 1500 Limited Edition used with 15,000 miles. The leather dash was coming unglued and the back window was leaking but both were replaced under warranty. My 4th Ram and this one rides like a Cadillac with the 4 corner air suspension which isn't recommended for cold climates. Great truck so far.

I'm on my third RAM in ten-years. The first two, a 2014 and 2016 did great; but then, about a year later I started having anomalies with sensors/check engine lights that would not reset. Simple stuff like windshield-fluid reservoir empty, or exhaust O2 sensor dirty. New vehicles should not do that. I did not give up on RAM. I've had a 2019 RAM 1500/LongHorn/Crewcab for two-years now. (Knock on wood), 2019 runs great, with no major problems. One of the best things that happened was when RAM 'broke away' from Dodge. I recommend the new generation of RAM from 2019+.
