Staff are very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and take care of even the little things that need being done. They give you a time frame for the work and meet it. If anything comes up they explain what was found and the options available to fix it.

The general manager worked very hard to get me low interested rates, a do able payment, low down, and 100% satisfaction. The dealer did not try to sell me something I did not want. It’s a great deal with the price of the vehicles I’m just kind of iffy in regards the location for maintenance and repairs I’m still looking to buy a vehicle and I think I should be getting it in the next two months

Our interactions with your sales team were the best car buying experience we???ve ever had. Connor was very knowledgeable and showed us numerous vehicles. We found the vehicle that we wanted and went on a test drive. We were sold by at the point we sat down to talk numbers. Within 10 minutes of talking we had settled on pricing we thought was great. The rest of the process took very little time. We left the dealership with the car we wanted, at the price we wanted, and having had a very positive experience. Originally went to carmax to purchase my first new car, went there after going onto their online pre qualification generator and payment generator. When I arrived at carmax the payments were 10x higher than originally stated and their service was overall disappointing. Frustrated I went back home and got online and found the same vehicle at AutoNation and it was 4 thousand dollars cheaper than carmax sent in an inquiry and within 5 mins I received a call from AutoNation , Tom the salesman was very helpful and informative over the phone and got me approved for a loan in minutes he also worked with me and got my monthly payments lowered to what I felt comfortable paying. Overall the best experience I’ve had at a dealership, I’ve visted many on my path to purchasing a new car and they’ve all been pushy except for AutoNation.
