I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life time but this was by far the easiest and most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. I sent an email to the dealership around 1:45pm to inquire about a car, drove to the dealership at 5:00pm and drove home at 7:30pm that same day. Ricky in sales was amazing, easy to deal with, I told him what I needed and he took care of it without a bat of an eye!! I will refer anyone to this dealership and specifically to Ricky Pim. One of the best buying experience I’ve had in a long while. Jeffrey was great. Had everything prepared for our appointment. The truck was cleaned up and ready for the test drive. Once we got back we worked on the numbers. They were close, but working with the sales manager we agreed on a very fair deal. And that’s what I appreciated the most let’s be fair with each other. The next day working with Preston in finance was also very pleasant, he worked his magic and got us a great rate with the bank. Overall experience was excellent! I hope I won’t need another truck for while, but if I do I hope the three guys are still working here. Cheers to them. Ask for Jeffery(sales).

This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

Has issue with my jeep that Larry Miller couldn't find after 3 tries, they fixed it first time.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

I was interested in a new GMC Acadia, specific features and model. Zac Taylor worked very hard to bring a vehicle from the Colorado Springs store. The whole experience went well. The only thing that was a little lackluster was the detailing of the car. It was rushed and not the best but this is the 2nd time I?ve bought from EchoPark and I would buy there again.

Its a diesel powered truck so its used to haul which it does with ease, but its comfortable, roomy, handles well and overall a great truck

I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.
