AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Richland HillsReviews
AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Richland Hills review
My husband and I went in just to test drive the new Jeep Cherokees. We had 0 expectations to get a new vehicle right now due to some credit issues. But AutoNation went so far above and beyond trying to take care of us, they were actually able to get us BOTH in new Jeeps! They were never pushy. We never felt pressured. They were just THAT helpful and dedicated to helping us that they made it work! Could not be more pleased and grateful for them!
2018 RAM 3500 review
Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall. My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!

AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Fort Worth review
From the moment I closed my door on the 1500 I was trading in until I drove away in my 2027 1600 Larime night addition, the experience was excellent. This was my second vehicle I purchased for this dealership and each time it was done with polite and thorough satisfaction!
2020 RAM 3500 review
This truck has more bells and whistles than any car I've ever owned. Love all the technology. Ram has knocked it out of the ball park with this truck. I can't wait to finally tow a fifth wheel with it next year.

AutoNation Chevrolet North Richland HillsReviews
AutoNation Chevrolet North Richland Hills review
We had our mind made up and knew exactly what we wanted. I spoke to Jimmy on the phone; he assured me the SUV was on the lot. He had to leave quickly and turned us over to Tamara. What a great choice! She was so patient, answered all questions and explained all gadgets in the SUV. When Jimmy returned, he introduced himself and was very kind as well. This purchase was so easy going. I'm use to being in dealerships half the day when purchasing. Not at AutoNation. Quick financial check, got the percentage rate that satisfied us and out!! I highly recommend this dealership

Huffines CDJR of Lewisville review
I bought a new Jeep on 7-11-20, and the experience was excellent. A few weeks earlier I had contacted the Sales Team for a trade assessment of my old vehicle, and all of the information and options were provided very timely. The financing process was very fast and I had to spend very little time at the dealership. Great people and operation.

I personally want to thank Gene, Jacob and Presley for taking a personal interest in helping a disabled combat veteran with the purchase of my new truck. What a true patriotic dealership family. Gene, Jacob and Presley went out of their way to make sure I was given the best deal possible along with making me feel important. On top of receiving the best care and deal, they are also going out of their way to make sure my vehicle has the modifications needed for my disability. God bless the entire Town East Ford family.🇺🇸

If you want to sit around all day, haggle for a price, have someone go back and forth and talk to “the boss,” and generally have an all-around traditional car buying experience, this dealer is NOT the place for you! These guys have a niche and they know their stuff; you’re not going to get the run-around here because their prices are already competitive. My salesman, Anthony, was fantastic as was Jeremy, the finance manager. If I hadn’t sat around and visited with them both, I could’ve been in and out in an hour. This is how buying a vehicle ought to be.

CarMax GarlandReviews
CarMax Garland review
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Jim Butler Linn Chevrolet review
We had a great experience so easy to deal with & they took time to help us get everything set the way we wanted.
2024 RAM 3500 review
I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.
