The customer service was exceptional. I had my headlights changed to non-factory because I was not able to see well at night with the low beam factory lights. I will have to wait until it's dark before I will no if I'm satisfied with my new lights but overall I'm very satisfied with today's service.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Purchase was very good. Had to add some things that were not on the truck. We were able to get things right Still have to take it back for the extra additions. The titan is a great truck this is the first one this size had a 2015 frontier
I had a great experience from beginning to end. My truck was completed in a few hours and the service rep called promptly to let me know. He let me know exactly what was done and when my next service was due.
We recently bought our 5th car from Texas Cars Direct and the reason that we keep coming back is the service! This place absolutely redefines the "used car" buying experience. Pete and his group of salesmen are top notch. Our most recent deal was handled by Kyle who treated us like we were was his only customers, even though I know they do a lot of business there and he most certainly did have many other customers. In the case of our most recent purchase, we reserved a car that was "coming soon" and the arrival and make-ready process to just a bit, but Kyle was on top of things and kept us apprised of the process. The indoor lot is amazing and just plain fun to visit. You never feel any sales pressure (at all) and the cars (typically ranging from almost new to 3 or 4 years old) ALL look pristine. . .like a new car lot, reflecting their high standards. Once you decide on a car, there are no shenanigans and it has been our experience that they can have you out the door and on your way to dinner in about an hour. We've had great luck with all of our cars from TCD and cannot recommend them highly enough. We will most certainly be back for our next purchase!
Jerry took the time to insure I was satisfied with the repair of my vehicle. He provides excellent feedback and listens to what you need. He then goes above and beyond what the customer ask of him. If you truly want to insure you get the proper respect as a customer and if you want to ensure repeat customers then I would make sure all your service advisors perform as well as Jerry. Michael Johnson was a pleasure to deal with. He sold me my dream corvette and made the purchase easy and hassle free. The owner is a great guy as well. He was up there on Saturday pressure washing the building by himself. Was impressive seeing the owner out sweating while his employees were in the air conditioning. Tells me a lot about his work ethics and what he expects from his employees. He even took the time to tell me about my Vette in detail. Seemed like a great guy. They were all great.
I have purchased over 50 cars in my life, and NEVER did a dealer feedback review . . . Until now with Sewell Mini of Plano! Purchased a 2016 used Clubman last week and was totally impressed with the sales person (Hunter), his boss (Michael), inventory selection, facilities and price/value.
This was the second Mini purchased from this dealer: foolishly traded it (2015 4 door hardtop) and after a year wanted to buy another. Shopped 5 other dealers, and tried 8 Minis. Ended up at Sewell and made the purchase because of my good experience in the past (sales & Service) and they had the best deal! Price was very competitive (but you should not take their initial “list” price too seriously), car was certified (100,000 miles or 7 years), great repair facilities, nice people, and location (next to Costco . . . can shop while service is completed).
Awesome place to purchase your vehicle. You get nothing but first class treatment. I never had to leave my home in the cold rainy weather. Mike Jones had me to pick out a car online, he got me financed and had things ready less than 24 hours. This how great they are, my car was delivered to my front door the late evening before Thanksgiving . Marco Sarfaraz taken time from his family to make sure I had my new car before the holidays.
