There was confusion on my part regarding the extended service contracts that I had purchased along with my new Ford Escape. Suzanne did a wonderful job of solving the problem for me and I am now happy with my purchase. There is no way to delete or edit my previous review dated 6/30/18 and it somehow got put in twice. Sorry about that.

I knew exactly what I wanted (Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 High Altitude, Black with Black wheels). I called the store and spoke with Wesley my sales guy. He didn't give me a bunch of sales talk, asked me to fill out the online application and we literally did the car deal over the phone. There was no hassle, no back and forth and I drove all the way from Corinth to buy this vehicle. I got an incredible deal and as I've heard from the radio commercials, I "drove a little further, to save a lot more." I highly recommend the staff at Platinum Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep. General Manager Andrew Beck and Wesley had the car ready outside as I pulled up. Not one thing was left undone and it was without a doubt, the best car buying experience I've ever had.
After a day of car dealerships and not seeing or getting the service I was expecting, I walked into Dodge City of McKinney and was immiedately greeted by Bobby. He could sense the defeat I carried with me but he was persistent on me staying positive, that he has what I was looking for. I initially came looking at the Jeep but switched gears to the Dodge. Bobby worked with me on my credit and my monthly price point. We initially did not agree and C.J. came over to speak with me. After reviewing they were able to get me in an amazing vehicle for an amazing price and interest rate. They stayed positive, bent over backwards and took care of me all the way through. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Best customer service and perfect vehicle for my family!
Best buying experience. RT was great, treated my like I was buying a new car. Very polite and extremely helpful. Buying a used car here also included oil change, rotating tires, filling all fluids, detailing the car including shampooing carpet, filling the gas tank and a spare key with fob. My family was so impressed that they are now buying a car for their family.
AWESOME experience. David Hamilton and Keith in used sales truly amazed me. They did what they said they would do!!! That's not common with most dealership's. We looked at a truck Saturday afternoon in the rain no less and CJ Ramza in finance had us driving home with the truck my husband wanted thanks to this great group of guys. Thank you all!!!
Today is the 2nd time I've bought a car from Dodge City! Roberto Lozano found the car I wanted within minutes, C.J. not only found the finance for the car very quickly, but even lowered my car payment. Thanks for the great car experience for the 2nd time! BIG SUGGESTION: I bought GAP insurance for the 2nd time because after my 2nd car was totaled, I'm only in a new car again because the GAP insurance made sure I wasn't upside down for $8,000. Buy GAP insurance, no matter what!
I was looking for something affordable and at low cost. Al, RT, and Angel helped me find something that I was looking for and manage to satisfy my father while in the process. They found me a brand new car and I fell in love with it. Being in college and considered a "ghost creditor" they manage to make things happen. I'm thankful for that and they have great attitudes! The vendors were overall great people. Fred also helped me out when it came to the finance. Being a college student with a college budget that's very important. I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you for making my first time buying experience great!
I believe the greatest compliment that can be given a dealership is a return purchase. Bought my second vehicle from Southwest Ford today. Don Rice was our salesman and he really deserves 5 stars for the way he lead me through the entire process. Drove away very satisfied with a new Ford Edge. Highly recommend this dealership and this salesman.
Finding a new car is so stressful especially when having to do it in a hurry. Mo really helped us through the process. When I wanted to tear my hair out he along with my fiance really calmed me down. I will definitely come back and recommend.
