Castle SubaruReviews
Castle Subaru review
We bought a 2025 Forrester premium hybrid. We love the car but ended up getting in an accident and totaling it out. Contacted Andre at Castle for our second Subaru Forrester ended up having to get a 2026. Our experiences with castle have been so good. I will never deal with another dealership. Andre is an awesome salesman. No pressure and Angelina is great with helping set up. Everything on the car would highly rate castle and their people they treat you like family very very good experiences!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Chase Bailey and am writing this from my brand new Subaru. He was helpful, had a genial demeanor, and took a no nonsense approach to negotiating price. The experience was expedient and Chase is someone I highly recommend if you're in the market for a new Subaru.

Great group of highly professional people, I purchased my Subaru a few years back and two BMW’s. My last 2025 BMW X1 which I love and got it a couple of months ago, the Salesman Chris Conwell. Chris went above and beyond, he made the purchase experience very easy while helping me getting the right vehicle and options. Kudos to the team, highly recommend Chris on your next vehicle purchase. Give you five stars…👏👏

Treasure Valley SubaruReviews
Treasure Valley Subaru review
I recently purchased a 2026 Outback Touring from Treasure Valley Subaru, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. As an older woman, buying a new vehicle can feel a bit intimidating—but Teya made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to work with. She patiently answered all of my “old lady questions” without ever making me feel rushed or silly. Her expertise and warm personality turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into a truly pleasant one. When it came time for paperwork, Nate was equally impressive. He was efficient, thorough, and explained everything clearly. He somehow managed to make signing documents—usually the most boring part—actually kind of fun! I even declined the purchase celebration, but I truly appreciated the opportunity to meet Rob and other members of the staff. It’s clear this dealership values customer experience from start to finish. Thank you all for making this milestone such a positive one!

Huffines Kia CorinthReviews
Huffines Kia Corinth review
I Wish I Had More Than 5 Stars to Give After recently moving from the Bay Area to Plano, I needed a vehicle quickly and had already decided on a Kia, Unfortunately, my experience with several local Kia dealerships was disappointing due to dealer add-ons, markups, and one dealership backing out of an offer they had previously committed to honor, Just when I was ready to give up on Kia altogether, I decided to contact Huffines Kia Corinth, Within 30 minutes of submitting an inquiry, Gabriel Bowden called me and asked what it would take to earn my business, I was very upfront with him: I lived over an hour away and would not make the drive unless the numbers were finalized beforehand, Gabriel respected that completely. He quickly sent me a detailed quote that was actually better than the offers had received elsewhere, and with a better-equipped vehicle, What impressed me most was the transparency. No games, no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons, The numbers discussed over the phone were exactly the numbers I signed for at the dealership. When I arrived, everything was ready. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free, Gabriel even took the time to walk me through all the vehicle features and made sure I was comfortable before leaving, In an industry where trust can sometimes be hard to find, Gabriel and the team at Huffines Kia Corinth earned mine. If you're shopping for a Kia in the DFW area, I highly recommend giving them a call before signing anywhere else, Thank you, Gabriel and the Huffines Kia Corinth team, for making what could have been a frustrating experience an excellent one.

Very positive! Was helped by Jason Clark, who went above and beyond! He even took a video of him showing the car, sent me a cost estimate, and answered my questions. He and management agreed to take my deposit, pending my arrival in Texas from California later in the month! I'm looking forward to getting there and completing the purchase! Nice team at Georgetown Subaru! Thank you, particularly Jason! Also, knowing the Subaru had been looked over and problems fixed from a Subaru dealer was a big plus for my comfort level.

We have been dealing with Belknap Subaru for over 6 years. Eric and Mark have been kind, considerate and courteous as well as helpful in our decision to lease different vehicles. This is our third lease and again they both have been there for us. It is a pleasure to find an auto dealership that is so helpful and answers all of our questions with knowledge. We would recommend them highly to anyone.

Ewing Subaru of PlanoReviews
Ewing Subaru of Plano review
Angel at Ewing Subaru made our purchase very easy. I looked at cars for my daughter from Corpus to Dallas, focusing on Houston since I live there. Ewing offered the best value, enough better to justify flying to Dallas for the purchase. Angel took care of the transaction electronically, and even delivered the car to Love Field to complete the deal. He met me at customer arrivals, we signed a few papers, and I was driving to Houston before security even had a chance to ask us to move along. A perfect buying experience!

I took my car in for a regular service. The appointment was easy to make and before I arrived in the morning the service manager called to confirm the appointment and expectations. I like that they send a video of your service with the mechanic describing what they did or show potential problems.

Subaru of Wesley ChapelReviews
Subaru of Wesley Chapel review
Best Car-Buying Experience in 35 Years! I recently purchased a 2026 Outback from Subaru of Wesley Chapel and traded in my 2022 Outback. I can honestly say this was the best car-buying experience I've had in more than 35 years. My sales representative, Todd Featherstone, made the entire process enjoyable from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and, most importantly, completely pressure-free. There were no sales tactics, no stress, no angst, and no feeling that I was being rushed into a decision. Todd took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The entire team at Subaru of Wesley Chapel created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that made the experience genuinely enjoyable. Trading in my 2022 Outback and purchasing my new 2026 Outback was seamless and straightforward. I also want to give a special shout-out to the gentleman who handled all of the paperwork and financing. Too often, that part of the car-buying process can feel stressful or overwhelming, but he made it every bit as pleasant as the rest of the experience. Everything was explained clearly, the process was efficient, and there was absolutely no pressure. If you're looking for a dealership that treats customers with respect and makes the buying process easy and enjoyable, I highly recommend Subaru of Wesley Chapel, and especially Todd Featherstone. This was, without question, the most amazing car-buying experience I've had in the last 35 years. Thank you, Todd, the finance team, and everyone at Subaru of Wesley Chapel for making the purchase of my new Outback such a positive and memorable experience!

I had amazing experience with Phil Long Subaru in Glenwood! This is my second Subaru and I feel like I got great value for the money. This Dealer is also supporting Charities and Local Animal Shelter which is important to me. Folks! I highly RECOMMEND to leave your money LOCALLY versus driving outside for a car. They brought me a car I wanted and absolutely love it. I am driving my New Subi and I am a Happy Camper.

Byers Airport Subaru review
Stopped by to have my Outback serviced. Service department was great, as they always are. John was my service advisor. Super helpful and kind. I had a leak in one of my tires and they patched that up for me along and took care of my other maintenance all in about an hour. Sent me text updates. This is my fourth Subaru from Byers Airport. I continue going back and recommending them to friends and family because the buying experience and the care they provide for your maintenance is top notch.
