Great dependable car. comfortable driving, the 6 speed trans is awesome(same as in the wrx) so stop talking stupid. People who don't like this doesn't know how to drive a manual. handled great in snow, and remember you are controlling this car not the computer

This is my second Crosstrek and I love it. I live in the Northeast and it's the best car I've ever had for driving in snow and sleet. It also has great pickup for when I want to pass a car or for going uphills.

White Marsh CarMax treated me excellent. After being married for 34 years,I had never bought a car on my own. My husband had done all the dealings for all our cars. He passed away 11 months ago. It was certainly a big life issue for me. My salesman Zack was very professional and not pushy at all.My daughter has dealt with Carmax for her cars in the past. She convinced me to try them. I can say I was not let down in any way. I traded my car and bought a 2016 Toyota Rav4. Very low mileage and like new.Drives so smooth. This is our first Subaru and we couldn’t be happier. Handles extremely well, gets about 30 mpg (average), and keeps me focused on the road. High feature car for the price. Technology galore! Fun to drive and has plenty of pep when you need it. We chose the “Sport” model for its look and inviting interior.

This is my second Outback purchased at FitzMall, last one in 2011. Turned in the older one with 135K and bought a beautiful 2019 with only 16K. Another fantastic service and repair at Jones Subaru. I am always very pleased with the service and staff professionalism there. The repair work on my wheel rim was exceptional. The wheel rim had some scratches and looks brand new! I am so glad I purchased Dr. Jones when I bought my Crosstrek. Also, Mark, the shuttle driver, was very courteous. I have never dealt with such a professional car dealership. I will be purchasing all my future Subarus at this dealership.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE WAS easy to schedule and service started on time. Nice waiting area. Service was completed faster than anticipated. Video of car was provided
