Stephanie made it so easy and relaxed to look at new vehicles. She is very knowledgeable in the features and options helping me figure out exactly which vehicle was right for me. The entire transaction went extremely smooth, she made all her efforts to find me the right deal and she has followed up several times to make sure everything was good on my end and that I was 100% satisfied. I very much appreciated her professionalism and will be a return customer.

Richardson Chrysler Jeep Dodge RamReviews
Richardson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram review
Purchasing a vehicle from out of state can be a bit intimidating, but my experience with Richardson CJDR was excellent from start to finish. The sales team and management were professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions, provided the information I needed to make an informed decision, and never made me feel pressured. Communication was timely, and they worked with me through all of the details that come with an out-of-state purchase. Even after the sale, they continued to provide great customer service by helping coordinate paperwork and making sure everything was handled correctly. It’s clear they value their customers beyond just making the sale. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from Richardson CJDR, even if you don’t live nearby, I would not hesitate to recommend them. They made what could have been a complicated process smooth and straightforward.

2023 Subaru Forester review
The radio and the heat settings leave a lot to be desired. If you’re looking for a heater setting, you won’t find it. Nothing annoys me more than unrequested updates on flood watch/warning. it just can’t be tailored to exactly where you live. But every 6 minutes is a bit of overkill. And our previous Forester had a tray in the middle storage (glove box). Even though we asked our salesman about that, we have heard nothing. Missing the change tray a lot.

Toyota of Surprise review
Wonderful experience, very professional and thorough throughout the entire buying experience. The facility is convenient to 303, it's very nice, very clean and had the exact vehicle we were looking for. We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Sales Manager, Tony Ewing. Tony very effectively mixes professionalism with a friendly, helpful demeanor. He is a delight to work with. Zero pressure, just a genuine willingness to help us find the right car for our needs. He is also very knowledgeable about the Toyota vehicles he sells, I don't think any of our many questions stumped him. I highly recommend this dealership and specifically Tony Ewing.

This is a Very Good Dealership. I would absolutely consider & bring my business back here.
2023 Subaru Forester review
Likes: spacious interior despite modest exterior dimensions, easy to maneuver, great visibility all around, comfortable ride, good traction, handling, and braking, nice interior finish on sport model, strong steering responsive headlights yet they don't blind opposing traffic, very good optional Harmon sound system, numerous effective safety features, low insurance premiums, adequate acceleration..a few cons: actual economy slightly under EPA estimates, seat may be a bit too firm for some but easy to address by adding a thin seat cushion, mandatory sunroof on all but the base model..I wish Subaru would just make that a single option..rough engine start-stop ..however I disable it each time I start engine so it can be a non issue...no reliability issues yet but since this has a cvt and fairly complex safety features, long term reliability is unknown..

Luther Mazda of Lee's SummitReviews
Luther Mazda of Lee's Summit review
We had a wonderful car buying experience (x2!) at this dealership. At the end of October, we purchased a used CX-9 that was in great condition. Our salesman, Jesse, contacted us within 10 minutes of submitting our online request for information and we made an appointment to test drive the car. The next day he sent us a video of the car. We test drove and purchased in 2 hours with what we felt was a very good trade in value. Unfortunately, 6 days later a large buck ran in front of us in the dark and heavy fog on the highway and the car was totaled. The front-end damage was significant and the front side doors had damage as well. All front and side impact airbags deployed. The car did what it was designed to do, and my daughter and I walked away with only minor scratches. We had not registered the car yet so Jesse and Luther Mazda sent our paperwork by FedEx so I could register the car. Then when the insurance company didn't want to pay me the price I just paid for the car, Cameron found the window sticker, and I sent the video Jesse had sent me. The insurance company paid us our purchase price. So, we returned to Luther Mazda Lee's Summit and bought a used CX-50, completing the negotiating and paperwork largely from our sofa. We were in/out in about an hour to pick up the car and finalize the sale. Great car buying experience, would not hesitate to use them again!

Vision Nissan of CanandaiguaReviews
Vision Nissan of Canandaigua review
My daughter purchased a used Honda CRV here about 2 months ago. There were a few minor issues with the car that were repaired prior to the purchase. That was done as promised. However about 2 weeks after taking possession of the car the safety features were disabled and the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. We brought it back and they had their service Dept. work on it. Fast forward a few days after that repair and it happened again. They took it in and ended up replacing the radar system and re-calibrating the safety features. They did all of this at no cost to us. Manager Thomas Conradt and salesperson, Rachel stack were great throughout the process. They took care of us as they said they would. In todays world of getting stiffed by seemingly everyone, this restored our faith in humanity. Vision Nissan was great! I'd buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat. In addition to this, they gave us a good price on the car and a fair value for our trade. If you're looking for a car head over there and talk to them. They can help you.

Nissan of Old SaybrookReviews
Nissan of Old Saybrook review
I just want to give a big thanks you to the salesmen at Nissan of Old Saybrook, Nolan and Aiden. I had a wonderful, stress free experience buying my new Altima here. Nolan and Aiden were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. They worked with me to get me out of my currently fiance and in a new car at the same rate. I will definitely recommend these two salesmen to my friend and family. Thank Guys!

Hardy Superstore review
I just want to say that I had a very professional customer service experience with Ryan Ramdass and wanted to write a review to express my gratitude. Ryan and I had an issue that we had to address and resolve over the phone and he handled it very professional and cautiously. I would recommend Ryan to anyone who is searching for their next Chevrolet! He is a top notch salesman in my book. I his straight forward and to the point and says it like it is and I appreciate that about him and our conversation. Ask for Ryan when you look to purchase your next car he will not let you down. CarMax Jacksonville WestReviews
CarMax Jacksonville West review
I recently purchased a 2018 VW Beetle Convertible. I ran a CarFax on the vehicle for my own peace of mind. It was mint condition with very low miles. My salesman was Hugh. He was great. I test drove the car on a Friday, filled everything out on line, was approved for my loan, came back on Monday and purchased the vehicle using the express checkout. My local VW dealership checked out the vehicle and it was perfect. Thanks CarMax.
