We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
Great experience, Charlie works hard to provide a quote vehicle. Any issue which came up, even after accepting delivery, it was taken care of. The Denver collection will be the first place to start my next car search.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Jaclyn was fantastic with us and answered all my questions. There was no pressure from her and she was so patient and great to work with. I will definitely be back to buy from her again. Range of cars was great for the time of year and a lot of incentives

Comfortable and smart interior, sporty handling. Looks good on the outside, plenty of space in trunk, seats fold down very easily. Good all round visibility
Every time we went there we felt that Lars was there to help us. He is knowledgeable and was willing to work with us until we fully understood and felt comfortable with our transaction. There was never any pressure or slant towards a specific offer. He continues to help after delivery.

Car meets all our needs. Very good gas mileage. Very roomy in front and back seats. The area behind the back seat has plenty of room when we go grocery shopping.
We visited many different car brand dealerships and looked at many models, needing a new SUV for mountain and local travel. After our search and owning many different SUVs the Subaru Outback 3.6R Ltd proved to be the safest, reliable, best, and economical vehicle for us. FlatIrons Subaru made it happen with Lars' help and persistence in getting the exact vehicle we wanted at a fair price. Lars was a delight to work with, answering all our questions (many emails and text, being patient with us throughout) and very knowledgeable about the Outback (educating us about the many features), while enjoying a salesman's humor (not the usual case when purchasing a new vehicle). Thank you Lars. So far we have been very satisfied with the service department after installing a few extra features we wanted. Our first trip up to the mountains with the 3.6R Ltd proved to be good being this Thanksgiving weekend when the mountains received a significant amount of snow fall.

This car meets all of my needs, and I feel very safe driving it in all weather conditions. It is easy to get in and out of.
I have been going to this dealership to get my car serviced since I moved to Colorado 6 years ago. I have worked with Mathias almost exclusively throughout that time and must say takes service to the next level. I live up in Fort Collins but will still only take my 2012 Forester to Flatirons Subaru because of the friendliness, expertise, and guidance Mathias has provided over the years.
Aaron Thompson made the pain of buying a vehicle painless. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle very knowledgeable about different options for finance. I highly recommend asking for him.

Our 2017 Subaru Outback limited 2.5 has been a very practical and reliable vehicle for us. Extremely safe with eyesight safety suite. However, the interior needs to be a bit more luxurious. The engine, road and wind noise were basically unacceptable. I remedied that by extensive soundproofing on teh doors, floor and cargo area.
Contacted salesman Mark Pain about a used car I saw for my daughter. He was fantastic to work with, provided a very easy purchasing experience, and even worked with the service department so I could examine under the car. The car was nice and a fair deal.

The Subaru Outback 3.6 Touring car is comfortable and has all the bells and whistles including back up cameras, hands free phone calling, great sound system, sun roof/moon roof, leather seats, climate control, keyless entry etc. I love this car and how powerful it is in going up hills.
Friendly and helpful staff. Was a smooth process from beginning to end.

Mechanically sound, good fit and finish. Excellent fuel economy for an awd suv, excellent safety assist features (Eyesight)
Horrendous user interface for all infotainment - I have never sworn so much at a car - all electronic controls were counter intuitive. Some were just plain stupid such as when putting car in reverse, as rear view camera comes on there is no way to mute stereo which is set at same level/station as when the car was last turned off! Even the window controls operated the opposite way I have been accustomed (down position of switch feels like it should be up, etc.)
Another con, I found the seat cushions to be too short (inadequate length under thigh towards the knee) for long trips.
Very odd that a car that could have been so good, struck out in such basic, easily correctable ways. They should fire their electronics designer and borrow some seat ergonomics know-how from the Swedes or Germans - and they will have a very good car!
The service department was sketchy at best here for a long time. I do have to state my last visit was much better. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was horrified at the line of cars as historically they were very slow in getting to and returning my vehicle in a timely manner. This visit it was done early. They also did almost all of what I asked which is much better than usual. Historically they would tell me they rotated and adjusted tire pressure when in fact they did not check tire pressure. When I questioned why the gauges said it was off they said it was the gauge. I double checked when I got home and sure enough they hadn't done the work. This time they didn't replace a break light I had asked to have done but did get all the other items done and done well. Big step in the right direction! Thanks to whoever is now running service as the changes for the better are definitely noticeable!
