The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable, the finance department worked their magic and found financing that fit within my terms, the vehicle was cleaned and looked like new and when I mentioned that I had e-mailed the dealership thru cars.com with no response within 24 hours, both the salesperson and the finance officer jumped on it and contacted the marketing dept to make sure they were aware. I am more than satisfied with my vehicle purchase and would definitely go to this dealership if and when I am ready to make another vehicle purchase.

First, I'd like to say I'll never buy from a dealer (other than CarMax) again. This process was painless and positive. If you go to Renton - ask for TYSON - he was great. Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. I can't recommend this company enough!

We narrowed our car search down to a couple Subaru models, and then used a local, unsanctioned Subaru website to research all the tradeoffs and options. When it came time to snag a specific car, we got quite a range of quotes from Western Washington dealers. Joe Spitz, at Carter Subaru Shoreline, offered a discounted price that was far less than the next lowest quote for the same car. His proposal wasn?t even in the same league as the much higher fixed prices used at some Subaru stores. So we got the exact vehicle package we were seeking, for a model that is in very high demand, and paid a deeply discounted price that made a joke of the ?true? car values listed by the various car buying websites. I have pretty high expectations when I?m about to be parting with a lot of money. Our sales consultant, Joe Spitz, impressed me as the kind of guy who eats, sleeps, and loves the Subaru brand. Joe not only exceeded all my expectations, but he also significantly lessened the amount of money I had to part with :)! His candid and thorough response to my questions, and his use of just the right amount of humor, made the buying process downright enjoyable. He has really earned my respect. 2024 Subaru Outback review
We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

I just bought a certified preowned 2016 Nissan from this location and I could not be happier about my purchase or my experience! I was helped by a specialist named Mauricio who helped me pick out the perfect car within my budget that suited my needs. Finance manager Brad handled all the details, getting me an excellent rate, warranty, and insurance add ons to protect my new purchase. I'm really happy I went with a official certified preownded Nissan because it came with a 100,000 mile warranty and has had something like a 160 point inspection. This option feels much safer then buying an old car from a used lot with a questionable history. I called a couple different car lots before I visited Nissan and honestly everyone I spoke to just seemed slimy and were immediately pressuring me to come in and make a purchase. This is not the case at Advantage Nissan, particularly Mauricio, who was patient, helpful and very knowledgeable about the cars' features. We have been bringing our two vehicles here for nearly a decade and I have never left the experience with anything less than complete satisfaction. We get thorough service and I feel like our associates do a great job of communicating what changes need to be made now and which ones can wait. I’ve never been upsold an unnecessary repair and our vehicles have lasted us a decade without significant issue. We recently had a punctured tire we took to a local tire place for a quick patch (less than $100 to fix) but I got a quote for nearly $2,000 in “alignment” work that felt totally unnecessary. Luckily, Tacoma Subaru found nothing of concern in their routine inspection, and I’m happy to continue letting them guide our maintenance and repair schedule! 10/10 we always recommend Tacoma Subaru!

2024 Subaru Outback review
The acceleration lag that this car has is immediately outweighed by everything else. This car is super smooth and granny sedan comfy, and it has more utility than any equally priced SUV. The roof rails have built-in cross bars that stow, it tows 3500 pounds, and the Harmon-Kardon sound system kicks. It has butt fans, people. Additionally, the aftermarket base is thick, so accessories, customization, and reflashing options abound. The tech is old, the powertrain is old, but you see 300 of them a day for a reason.
