Honda of Cleveland Heights review
One day looking for cars on internet I saw one I liked so I called Honda at Cleveland Heights. Frank Shorf answered the phone shortly. He said the vehicle I was interested on was sold, but he would help me find one like that. Next day I was already on the way to get a new car! Himself and the rest of the personal were very nice and informative. I got a better car than the one I liked at first for a great price!

Both sales and finance (the only 2 I worked with) were wonderful. Both pleasant and very knowledgeable and helpful. So glad I purchased a car from this dealership. i will definitely recommend them to my family. They took the pressure off me which I was really dreading.
2024 Subaru Outback review
This is the eleventh Subaru I have owned, the third outback; the Outback wilderness is by far the best performer of all of the others I have had. I have been happy with subarus from the first one I bought a 1978 Brat; sure wish i still had it.

What a fantastic buying experience from start to finish! I was greeted buy salesman Luis Luna when first entering the dealership. We got right down to business. I told Luis what I was looking for, went on a test drive, and back to the dealership to finalize the transaction. What a great vice at the dealership. I spoke to many people at the dealership at my relatively short stay. I got what I wanted and headed home with my Telluride! From Luis my salesman to the General Sales Manager to the finance manager to the cashiers, everyone was so friendly and positive! I am a big fan of Spitzer Kia West and I’m sure a future loyal customer! Thank you Luis Luna and the great people at Spitzer Kia West!

David Oltmanns was the best salesperson I've ever encountered. Very professional, knowledgeable and warm. Not pushy. That along with his other attributes built trust for me. I'm very suspicious of salespersons. We clicked instantly. I brought my BFF with me. She was also impressed. She purchased a vehicle from him. Unfortunately my credit prohibited me from doing so. He'll see me again though, no doubt.

I bought a new Outback from Tony last week. The process was straightforward and transparent. He took the time to help me feel comfortable with the technology that is built into the cars these days. I think its cool that they partner with Rescue Village. There are number of dogs around the dealership looking for new homes. Tony showed me around the dealership including the service area where I will bring my car for its oil change’s I would recommend Adventure to someone who is looking for a new car.

After searching for weeks for a vehicle for our soon to be 16 year old, Matt made our purchase easy and quick! I appreciated the laid back atmosphere and no pressure sales tactics. It is a beautiful car and we feel that it will be a safe and great first car for our daughter! He was able to get it detailed for us on a Friday at closing. The only not great thing, was it was only filled up with a half a tank of gas before we left. A full tank would have been nice! Overall, we appreciated his flexibility and laid back attitude.

Excellent customer service! Worked with K.C. helped us look at and test drive over seven cars, ordered and transferred two and returned one. He was patient with us and made sure that we got exactly the car that we wanted!
2024 Subaru Outback review
The acceleration lag that this car has is immediately outweighed by everything else. This car is super smooth and granny sedan comfy, and it has more utility than any equally priced SUV. The roof rails have built-in cross bars that stow, it tows 3500 pounds, and the Harmon-Kardon sound system kicks. It has butt fans, people. Additionally, the aftermarket base is thick, so accessories, customization, and reflashing options abound. The tech is old, the powertrain is old, but you see 300 of them a day for a reason.

Excellent salesman, very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at. Answered all my questions.
2024 Subaru Outback review
We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

We had a very good experience with Denise and Anthony when buying my new Bronco Sport. Denise was very thorough to make sure that the Bronco Sport was the right choice for us. Anthony worked diligently to ensure the very best financing price for us. Thanks for their patience with all of our extra little questions. We even walked over to service to talk about how they will work with us
