Spitzer Chevrolet NorthfieldReviews
Spitzer Chevrolet Northfield review
Dave was our salesman and he was amazing. So friendly and easy to talk to. He understood our needs and worked very hard to help us find the right fit. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, but if he did not know something, he spent some time to figure it out and showed us the next time we returned. We wanted to use our own credit union for financing to get the best interest rate possible. We felt a little pressure by the manager to try to use the finance companies through the dealership, even to the point that the finance guy was brought out to speak to us. We politely listened to what he had to say and declined his offer. When we came back to purchase the vehicle and had to sit down with him to complete the paperwork, he seemed a little put off and would not make eye contact with us. It felt like he was pouting because we did not allow him to try to get our car financed. Seems to me that should be something that he could shrug off a little easier than he did.
2024 Subaru Outback review
This is the eleventh Subaru I have owned, the third outback; the Outback wilderness is by far the best performer of all of the others I have had. I have been happy with subarus from the first one I bought a 1978 Brat; sure wish i still had it.

Ken Ganley Subaru Bedford review
Leased a VW Tiguan from Ken Ganley, Bedford, Ohio. Salesperson Howard Micenmacher assisted my wife and I. He knew the vehicle features inside and out and instantly answered all of our questions in detail. He was aware of the process for the Costco auto program which we used. Easily one of the most knowledgeable salespeople that I've ever dealt with (I'm 52). We also appreciated no pressure sales and the fact that he was very conscientious of our time. I would return to the dealership just for him.

Great! Holly Mastrodonato explained what service my vehicle needed and how long the wait was. She also informed me of future service I would need, tires and brakes and when each should be done. That helped me to prepare in advance and also the cost. I appreciated this information.

Our recent vehicle purchase was probably the smoothest we have ever had. Mike Uzl and the team at Klaben Ford Lincoln made us feel at home and closed our deal with a minimum of time delays. Some minor service work was needed not long after our purchase and it was handled very well. Kudos to the Klaben team.

Everyone there is helpful and courteous. As far as I can tell, the maintenance work done on my vehicle was very done well, no problem.
2024 Subaru Outback review
The acceleration lag that this car has is immediately outweighed by everything else. This car is super smooth and granny sedan comfy, and it has more utility than any equally priced SUV. The roof rails have built-in cross bars that stow, it tows 3500 pounds, and the Harmon-Kardon sound system kicks. It has butt fans, people. Additionally, the aftermarket base is thick, so accessories, customization, and reflashing options abound. The tech is old, the powertrain is old, but you see 300 of them a day for a reason.

Also pleased at no hidden costs added like other dealers do, after the negotiated price. Price, Selection, Service, all great at Medina Buick GMC Cadillac.

Classic Volkswagen Mentor review
I was looking for a pre-owned BMW X3 and Classic VW of Mentor had exactly what I was looking for. The vehicle was in excellent condition with low miles. Shortly after submitting a request for info, Sean Palko contacted me and answered all of my questions promptly and professionally throughout the day. I drove 1.5 miles to the dealership - Sean and Nick were great to work with and made the buying process as smooth as possible. I am very happy with my purchase and experience at this dealership and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle!

Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of the Falls review
We had an amazing experience all the around at Valley Motors City. They really made you feel right at home and made shopping for a car enjoyable! Our salesperson, was Gary, and he truly went beyond the call of duty for us! He was nice, kind and very accommodating as well as knowledgeable! We would totally tell any of our friends not only to go there for their next vehicle, though we would let them know they would be in good hands with everyone that works there. The credit manager was so professional, helpful and friendly and funny to boot! Chrissy was so kind. Their new cashier was helpful and sweet! We would %100 recommend them without a doubt! Thank you sincerely to the entire team, especially Gary for helping beyond the call of duty! God bless y’all!

Lambert Buick GMC review
I love my 2012 Lacrosse and will not take her to any other dealer for service. My appointments are always on time, the explanation of necessary services is clearly explained and the staff is quite pleasant and informative. I've purchased all of my Buicks from Lambert since 2001. There is no better dealership or service department. Thanks Mr. Lambert and staff.

Don Sitts Auto SalesReviews
Don Sitts Auto Sales review
This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts automotive and just like before the entire experience was excellent. I inquired about a vehicle last Tuesday online and was quickly responded to from sales agent Todd. My questions were quickly answered as he confirmed the cars I inquired about were available. I advised Todd of my availability for Wednesday and was very accommodating. I test drove the vehicle I thought I wasn’t going to get and I was unsure. Todd then showed me the second vehicle I inquired about the next day (Thursday). The entire time Todd was very patient and professional! At no point did I ever feel rushed or being pursued to purchase a car. Ultimately I selected my vehicle a one owner extremely well taken care of 2022 Ford F-150. Just like my previous purchase 3 years ago, the vehicle selection at Don Sitts is always top notch. You can tell the dealership pays great attention to the vehicles they purchase to sell. Thanks again Todd for a great experience at Don Sitts Deaiership. Tom S.

2024 Subaru Outback review
We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

Ken Ganley Subaru North OlmstedReviews
Ken Ganley Subaru North Olmsted review
★★★★★ Excellent Buying Experience, From Negotiation Through Home Delivery I recently purchased a 2026 Subaru Outback Touring XT from Ken Ganley Westside Subaru, and overall, it was one of the better car buying experiences I've had. Nearly the entire transaction was handled remotely, including negotiations, financing arrangements, and ultimately delivery of the new vehicle to my home and pickup of my trade-in. Jackie Lemmo deserves considerable credit for getting the process started on the right foot. We exchanged numerous emails while I was comparing vehicles and pricing from several dealerships. Jackie was responsive, patient, and willing to take my questions and offers to Robert Brown, who worked with her to put together a very competitive deal. Ultimately, Ganley's pricing on the exact vehicle and color we wanted was compelling enough to earn our business. Once we agreed on the vehicle and pricing, Mike Berges took over the transaction and coordinated the remaining details. Mike was friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with. He helped arrange the financing, trade-in, and delivery logistics, answering questions along the way. Rather than requiring us to drive to the dealership, Ganley brought our new Outback directly to our home, completed the paperwork, and took our old Outback back with them. That convenience was greatly appreciated. The purchase price was excellent, the trade-in allowance was fair, and the financing terms were attractive. Throughout the sales process, I felt the dealership was making a genuine effort to earn our business rather than simply pressure us into a purchase. There were some misunderstandings surrounding the warranty, and the final paperwork reflected a different plan than the one I had negotiated. I recognize that I should have reviewed those details more carefully before signing, but it was nonetheless a disappointing part of an otherwise excellent experience. To Ganley's credit, when I raised the concern afterward, Mike remained responsive and worked to get management involved. Robert Brown personally contacted me, discussed the situation, and offered a couple of reasonable solutions. We ultimately reached a satisfactory resolution, and Ganley followed through as promised. I'm giving Ganley five stars because the overwhelming majority of the experience was excellent. Jackie and Robert worked hard to put together a competitive deal, Mike did an outstanding job coordinating the purchase and home delivery, and management ultimately stood behind its commitment to resolve my concern. My advice to future buyers is the same advice I'd give anyone purchasing a vehicle: carefully review the details of any extended warranty or finance-office products before signing. That's an important lesson regardless of where you buy. I would absolutely recommend Ken Ganley Westside Subaru, particularly Jackie Lemmo and Mike Berges, and I wouldn't hesitate to consider them again for a future purchase. Thank you to everyone involved for making what is often a stressful process remarkably convenient and, overall, very positive.
