Castle SubaruReviews
Castle Subaru review
We bought a 2025 Forrester premium hybrid. We love the car but ended up getting in an accident and totaling it out. Contacted Andre at Castle for our second Subaru Forrester ended up having to get a 2026. Our experiences with castle have been so good. I will never deal with another dealership. Andre is an awesome salesman. No pressure and Angelina is great with helping set up. Everything on the car would highly rate castle and their people they treat you like family very very good experiences!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Chase Bailey and am writing this from my brand new Subaru. He was helpful, had a genial demeanor, and took a no nonsense approach to negotiating price. The experience was expedient and Chase is someone I highly recommend if you're in the market for a new Subaru.

Austin SubaruReviews
Austin Subaru review
Outstanding Experience Thanks to Isaac I recently bought a vehicle from Austin Subaru and couldn't be happier with the experience, largely because of my salesman, Isaac. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and never pressured me. Isaac was very informative throughout the process. He walked me through the features, trim options, and pricing clearly, and he answered every question I had in detail. His knowledge of the Subaru lineup made it easy to feel confident in my decision. The paperwork and financing went smoothly too, and he kept me informed every step of the way. It's rare to find a salesperson who makes car buying this easy and enjoyable. Isaac earned my trust and my loyalty. He's the person I'll be buying all my future cars from. If you're shopping at Austin Subaru, I highly recommend asking for Isaac.

Ewing Subaru of PlanoReviews
Ewing Subaru of Plano review
Angel at Ewing Subaru made our purchase very easy. I looked at cars for my daughter from Corpus to Dallas, focusing on Houston since I live there. Ewing offered the best value, enough better to justify flying to Dallas for the purchase. Angel took care of the transaction electronically, and even delivered the car to Love Field to complete the deal. He met me at customer arrivals, we signed a few papers, and I was driving to Houston before security even had a chance to ask us to move along. A perfect buying experience!

Belknap Subaru review
We have been dealing with Belknap Subaru for over 6 years. Eric and Mark have been kind, considerate and courteous as well as helpful in our decision to lease different vehicles. This is our third lease and again they both have been there for us. It is a pleasure to find an auto dealership that is so helpful and answers all of our questions with knowledge. We would recommend them highly to anyone.

AutoNation Subaru Spokane ValleyReviews
AutoNation Subaru Spokane Valley review
Very good experience with all the sales people we encountered. We asked for certain concessions and they "bent over backward" to try to accommodate our requests. It is our second Suburu from Autonation and we were familiar with their service department as well. That made returning to Autonation and Suburu for our next car easier! My only concern was that a front license plate bracket was added to the car bumper without our knowledge and will need to be removed and added to a more stable location on the grill, leaving unsightly drill holes in the bumper. Overall very good experience with Autonation Suburu , we recommend them!
2026 Subaru Outback review
I have the 2026 Subaru Outback Premium. The car drives great (super smooth/quiet) and the new interior/driver controls are fantastic. Both the climate control and the entertainment system are vast improvement over the 2025 Outback. The sound system is really good for being the Premium model. I got 28 mpg on the first tank of gas and am getting 29 mpg on the second tank of gas. Mostly city driving. I paid right at $33k, which is fantastic value for this great of a car.

Randy Marion Subaru review
Had an ongoing problem with my 2021 Outback info center. After many updates recommended by Subaru, which didn’t work, Randy Marion’s service crew provided me with a loaner car (which I now want!) while they worked on my car. In just a few hours they notified me that my car was ready. So far, it appears so. System working faster than ever before. All in all, I was EXTREMELY satisfied with my experience with them. 👏👏👏

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Kay, Michael, and especially Constance. From start to finish, they took incredible care of us and made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. Kay and Michael were fantastic right from the beginning, expertly negotiating the price for us through email and making sure we got a great deal without any hassle. Constance, however, was truly exceptional. Her impeccable professionalism, extensive knowledge, and genuine care stood out the entire time. She anticipated our needs, answered every question thoroughly, and handled every detail with the highest level of competence and warmth. She made us feel completely supported and confident throughout the whole experience. This team is outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation — they turned what could have been a complicated process into an awesome, positive experience. Thank you, Kay, Michael, and especially Constance!

Great group of highly professional people, I purchased my Subaru a few years back and two BMW’s. My last 2025 BMW X1 which I love and got it a couple of months ago, the Salesman Chris Conwell. Chris went above and beyond, he made the purchase experience very easy while helping me getting the right vehicle and options. Kudos to the team, highly recommend Chris on your next vehicle purchase. Give you five stars…👏👏

Subaru of MorgantownReviews
Subaru of Morgantown review
Wonderful experience with this dealership, Tyler and Jake helped put together a deal that was much better than the offers we received in Pittsburgh. While we had to drive 1.5 hours to Morgantown from Pittsburgh, it was well worth the service and price. Tyler helped organize the deal how we needed it, put together documentation, and answered our questions all before we ever went in person. We spent a lot of time on the phone and texting to get everything sorted out and they even found the exact Crosstrek, trim, option package, and color we wanted and brought it to the lot just for us. Subaru offered a great financing deal on a new vehicle which helped us move from a used car to new car, but zero pressure from the dealer to do this. We never felt pressure and never pushed to take their existing inventory, compromise, or up-sold. Distinctly different environment than other dealerships that I've visited, the Subaru team here are truly working to get people the best vehicle for them at the best price possible and they seem like a big family. My wife is super happy with the Crosstrek we got, thank you Tyler and Jake!

Jr. help with the sale of the 2021 Tesla Model 3 I purchased in December 2024. No pressure, he was easy to work with. It was Brian Borjas who provided excellent follow up to the sale. He worked with me to correct a non functioning fog light. His commitment to my satisfaction was evident in his great communication and follow up. Thanks Brian, Jr., Salah and Carr!

Zeigler Subaru of Schererville review
I was looking at a used Toyota Tacoma they had. Unfortunately, it sold while I was driving to the dealership, but Codey texted me when he found out that someone had scheduled an appointment before me (I live 1.5 hours away) to allow me to decide if I still wanted to come or wait to see if it sold. I appreciated the consideration and the regular checking on the deal as it progressed through another salesperson.
