This is my adventure car. It is great in the rain and snow and for heading to the mountain trails. The ground clearance is great for the rough mountain roads. Love it.
This week and especially today, Steve Sherman helped find the perfect car and terms. He and everyone in the dealership made me feel like ROYALTY He patiently listened to my concerns about needing a dependable car with a payment that fit into my retired school teacher fixed income. Great potential vehicle unless you have very tall people. The vehicle lacked leg room in the second seat if the driver seat is all the way back. The lane assist feature is great along with the four wheel drive system. I looked carefully at purchasing this car until we hit the leg room issue.

Mechanically sound, good fit and finish. Excellent fuel economy for an awd suv, excellent safety assist features (Eyesight)
Horrendous user interface for all infotainment - I have never sworn so much at a car - all electronic controls were counter intuitive. Some were just plain stupid such as when putting car in reverse, as rear view camera comes on there is no way to mute stereo which is set at same level/station as when the car was last turned off! Even the window controls operated the opposite way I have been accustomed (down position of switch feels like it should be up, etc.)
Another con, I found the seat cushions to be too short (inadequate length under thigh towards the knee) for long trips.
Very odd that a car that could have been so good, struck out in such basic, easily correctable ways. They should fire their electronics designer and borrow some seat ergonomics know-how from the Swedes or Germans - and they will have a very good car!
Jennifer Cahill has always taken good care of me and my vehicle. During my last visit to Heritage, she fit me in on a last minute request and manage to get a lot done on my vehicle in a timely manner. She is prompt, professional and explains in detail all that will be done or is recommended for my car. The updated customer lounge is also very nice.

This car is just a load packaged car. Better then my 2013 limited. Feels faster for a 4 cylinder. Feels so luxurious like a Acura. So big and spacy. It just a good car.
Steve Sherman has the easy going demeanor of a relaxed Harrison Ford. He was able to help me figure out what exact model of Subaru was perfect for me. He was a pleasure the entire purchase and made sure I had all of the information I needed every step of the way.

First time owner of a Subaru, but I had heard they were safe and reliable. Purchased a 2016 used Outback. I love everything about it, and I love the customer service by Subaru and the local dealership. Plus, one of the safest cars on the road. I love the driving experience.
I have never felt more comfortable with a service department and dealer. At the beginning of November my 10 year old/200k mile Honda started have major issues. I was able to get the car in right away and get a rental so I was not stranded. The communication from Fitz to me was amazing. I felt extremely knowledgeable of what the problem was and what it was going to take to fix my Fit. After a couple of days myself and my husband decided we were just going to get him a new car. I had my eye on a used car however the dealer was able to do some digging and recommend a far better car within my budget. The buying process was so incredibly easy. We were in and out in an hour (which was good because I had my kid with me.) My husband and myself love our new car and could not be any more thankful for the technicians and dealer that worked with us.

I drove my Pearl across the country from California to Tampa Florida, with no issues! Dependable/reliable and durable. Pearl was love at first site and thanks to the folks at Capitol Subaru, California I was able to finance my Subaru, with not stellar credit they helped. Now my car is fully paid for and I love my Outback. I got my son to buy his own 2016 Subaru!

Is there a reason that people can???t buy volkswagen with cash money but have to finance? At 6% interest , hopefully they didn???t lie to me about paying off early without penalty, I really don???t want to pay over 3000 dollars for finance charges. They emailed me a survey but no follow up, oh well ....we will find out in a couples weeks after BB and T bank contact me .

Decent value for the money. Superb AWD. Good quality materials used in interior. Mileage in the 6cyl is so-so. But better performance makes it worth it. Quality issues with the high end head units, and a recall for gas gauge being off by 1/8th tank.

Very well accessorized. Really too many bells and whistles for my need.
Someone that is younger and more into cities and technology with cell phones will appreciate what this car has to offer. I personally will probably never use all of the gadgets.
Can definitely recommend heritage and Alex Laderer in particular. Very easy and laid back experience with him. Wasn't pushy and helped easily deal with info over email and text.

I thought this vehicle was a great car for the value. It drives well, and has great "get up and go." It's a great family vehicle, and has plenty of cargo space for all of the gear hauling you do as a parent or active person!
Alex was our salesman and for how busy he was did a great job for us. Personable, friendly, and quick to find answers to our questions that he couldn???t necessarily answer himself. Thanks Alex. We bought a 2019 Impreza and we love it so far. Saturday is when we went was very busy so it took a while to go through the process and the overall experience. That???s really the only reason this wasn???t 5 starts.

Our 2017 Subaru Outback limited 2.5 has been a very practical and reliable vehicle for us. Extremely safe with eyesight safety suite. However, the interior needs to be a bit more luxurious. The engine, road and wind noise were basically unacceptable. I remedied that by extensive soundproofing on teh doors, floor and cargo area.
John and everyone at heritage were amazing. They went above and beyond to make our experience perfect and comfortable. They treat you and your family like their family. We will definitely be going back for any future car buying needs. I would recommend them to everyone!

Owned the car for a short time so cannot comment on longevity of reliability. However, the Outback is a practical and versatile vehicle, comfortable and reasonable on fuel. Few gripes include, no mirror link to connect to android, which seems like a total waste of a big screen to not be able to mirror google maps or waze, and starlink is useless. No LED daytime lights, but side lights are LED, odd setup. Noisy upon start up, sounds like a diesel. Stock battery is underpowered and sluggish in cold weather. Good points are, comfortable on the highway with low road noise and reasonable pick up, feels safe and solid. Lots of interior cargo space and option of extra roof space with the convenience of built in roof bars. Moonroof and heated seats are also a nice option. Back up camera is good but would have liked rear sensors as the car is quite long. Pleased with the car and hopefully it will prove to be a reliable vehicle in the long run.
Brian went above and beyond in finding and locating the exact Jeep I wanted. He took the time to show me things on the Jeep and also called me after the purchase to make sure everything was good. I would definitely buy another vehicle from him
