Castle SubaruReviews
Castle Subaru review
We bought a 2025 Forrester premium hybrid. We love the car but ended up getting in an accident and totaling it out. Contacted Andre at Castle for our second Subaru Forrester ended up having to get a 2026. Our experiences with castle have been so good. I will never deal with another dealership. Andre is an awesome salesman. No pressure and Angelina is great with helping set up. Everything on the car would highly rate castle and their people they treat you like family very very good experiences!!!

Fishers ImportsReviews
Fishers Imports review
recently purchased my dream car from this dealership, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, the sales team was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained every detail about the vehicle, and even let me take it for an extended test drive. The selection on the lot was impressive, and they worked with me to find the perfect fit within my budget. The financing process was smooth and transparent — no hidden fees or surprises. Their service department also seems top-notch; I felt confident knowing my new car was thoroughly inspected and detailed before delivery. If you’re in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, do yourself a favor and visit this dealership. Professional, honest, and customer-focused — exactly what car buying should be! I’ll definitely be back for my next vehicle. Thank you to the whole team! 🚗💨

Fairfield SubaruReviews
Fairfield Subaru review
I had an excellent experience at Fairfield Subaru buying a new 2026 Subaru in March 2026. From start to finish, every interaction I had was professional, sincere, upfront, and without sleazy pressure (a welcome change from many of the interactions I had with sales staff at other dealers as I was deciding which brand and model best fit my needs). As I'm a bit far from the dealership, most of my interactions were by phone and email. Once we had settled on a price (better than any other I was offered locally), everything on the day of sale was handled in the same manner, including picking me up at the nearby transportation hub. In particular, I'd like to thank my salesperson Kyler Schawb. Great job, Fairfield!

Subaru of Wesley ChapelReviews
Subaru of Wesley Chapel review
Best Car-Buying Experience in 35 Years! I recently purchased a 2026 Outback from Subaru of Wesley Chapel and traded in my 2022 Outback. I can honestly say this was the best car-buying experience I've had in more than 35 years. My sales representative, Todd Featherstone, made the entire process enjoyable from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and, most importantly, completely pressure-free. There were no sales tactics, no stress, no angst, and no feeling that I was being rushed into a decision. Todd took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The entire team at Subaru of Wesley Chapel created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that made the experience genuinely enjoyable. Trading in my 2022 Outback and purchasing my new 2026 Outback was seamless and straightforward. I also want to give a special shout-out to the gentleman who handled all of the paperwork and financing. Too often, that part of the car-buying process can feel stressful or overwhelming, but he made it every bit as pleasant as the rest of the experience. Everything was explained clearly, the process was efficient, and there was absolutely no pressure. If you're looking for a dealership that treats customers with respect and makes the buying process easy and enjoyable, I highly recommend Subaru of Wesley Chapel, and especially Todd Featherstone. This was, without question, the most amazing car-buying experience I've had in the last 35 years. Thank you, Todd, the finance team, and everyone at Subaru of Wesley Chapel for making the purchase of my new Outback such a positive and memorable experience!

I would like to thank Sebastian Moncayo, Service Advisor, at VIva Nissan as well as Anisa who helped me schedule my recall service. Matthew and his helper came to my home to pick up my 2023 Rogue because I am pretty much homebound these days except for going to medical appointments. Now my recall has been checked, my oil has been changed, I have a new filter, and everything has been evaluated. I can't thank all of you enough! I appreciate your kindness and your special care for me today. I would recommend Viva Nissan to anyone. Thank you so much! Jan Palmer

CarMax ClackamasReviews
CarMax Clackamas review
This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

Purchased my first ever Acura in 2021 an MDX 2022 and thoroughly pleased with my decision.SUV style is my fav yet smaller version and sales was very good but in the long run It’s Service and mine has been over and beyond every time . WOO is amazing, takes a personal interest to attend and meet my service needs especially in cold December when I couldn’t get roadside assistance to answer he personally came and jumped off my dead battery and helped me get back to the dealership .( Glad I was just up the road ) He put me in a loaner so to check my car out for overnight , it was in fact only the battery so Acura replaced and WOO had me back in my ride within 24 hours. Thank you WOO and Acura Service department and had a battery check up today and it’s all good !

Also car shipment company they used to transport vehicle to my destination could have better up to date info on delivery date... instead of last minute.

Yes I highly recommend them I tried to give chenoweth Ford another chance after not being as happy as I felt like I should’ve with the two new vehicles we purchased from them & they insulted me with their offer. I called Sara at toothman and she got me an offer I am pleased with. Do not deal with chenoweth learn from my mistakes and I’d give toothman 10 stars if possible.

Muller's Woodfield AcuraReviews
Muller's Woodfield Acura review
My Car buying experience with Mueller’s started from interest I had in a car they were showing online. It only got better when John M reached out to me and started helping me understand more about the car I was interested in. After working with him a short while I knew this was the right place to buy my car. I highly recommend working with them if you are truly interested in purchasing an Acura and having a great overall experience. I can’t speak highly enough about the way John M helped me throughout the whole process and how happy I am with my overall dealer experience. Thanks again Muellers and especially John. keep up the great job!
2023 Subaru WRX review
I love everything about this car, my only issue so far is my butt hurts with these sports seats after a solid hour of driving. Not the most padded seat mixed with the WRX stiff suspension lets you really feel the texture of the road. Everything else is 10/10.

Aaron, our salesman and Kim the online consultant were great. Jeff was a bit indifferent and unwilling to barter too much. Otherwise, I was happy with the overall experience.
