Although it was a full day commitment at the end of the day I returned my leased car & renewed a new, smaller car that fit my needs better with the changes in my family (kids off to college). I???m happy with the new purchase & glad I was pretty seamlessly finished with my previous lease through ???pull forward??? option. At the same time I have many new safety features but maintained all of my ???premium??? package with Audi care and tire & rim program.
i was helped by a gentleman named Xavier Miller. He was helpful by answering all my questions and getting my into a car i wanted at a reasonable price. He helped my set up my phone and waze for the Subaru and gave me tips while driving/using a Subaru! Would highly recommend!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.
Went into the dealership on a Friday, spoke to a saleswoman named Christina. She was very professional and helped us find what we needed with our growing family. If you’re ever in need of a new/newer vehicle I would recommend going here and asking for Christina.

I was interested a pre-owned Acura that the Autobarn had for sale. I had discussed the car with one of the sales managers, Jonathan, on the phone the day before, and had done my research. I called the morning of our visit and spoke to Sam to arrange a test drive. When we arrived, our salesman Sam was waiting for us, and the car was prepped for our test drive. The car was as described on their website - no surprises. We decided to purchase the car. The whole process of negotiating a sales price and valuing our trade was really easy and smooth. We never felt the pressure that is common at car dealers. Their finance person Chris got us a really good rate on our loan, even making calls to people he knows at the various local banks. We are very happy with our experience at the Autobarn.
Claudia Zires was extremely helpful during the buying, financing, and general sales experience. We drove over 8 hours to get the car that suited me and everything was exactly as she said it was, no surprises, just a quick buying process. She even had our truck that we traveled in washed while we went over the financing options. I highly suggest anyone who is looking to buy a car to consider the Autobarn Mitsubishi of Evanston during their search.
Was approached by Freddy when we came to the dealer. He was very friendly and enthusiastic. He was helpful and easy to deal with. Time spent at the dealer was shorter than I had anticipated for the purchase of a new vehicle. I absolutely love my 2019 Forester!!
They are very friendly but I don???t give 5 star because it takes time to wait a while. Almost 2 hr for oil change and rotate tiles. I made reservation to do so. If they can do a bit faster, that would be great!
In our first car-buying experience we worked with one of the salesmen at Grand, Andrew Jennings, who made the whole process a breeze. Working with Andrew felt like hanging out with your friend who just happens to sell and know a lot about cars. We had a truly wonderful experience at Muller Subaru. We worked with Stan Fooks, John Rabenda, and Joseph Lee. We had initially had a difficult experience at another dealership where games were played with pricing, but after we headed to Muller we were treated exceptionally well. Stan was so exceptionally knowledgeable and really cared to make sure that we really understood all of the ins and outs of the process and the car we were interested in. John Rabenda was thoughtful and helpful explaining financing. Joe Lee got us in the door and helped facilitate and was responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a really great experience and I certainly recommend the Muller team.
