I don't even live in New Hampshire state. I was visiting a friend of mine, for a birthday party & since I was in the market for a Accord ; my friend suggested we take a quick look at the dealership that was just two miles from his place. I was greeted by one of the managers & handed over to Mike. From the beginning he was very open about the pricing & what he can sell the car for. The fact of the matter is he called on the phone another dealer I had seen earlier, to compare the charges with me listing in, never seen anyone do that before. If you known what exactly you want & have a fair price in mind, my two cents is these guy will most of the time meet it or beat it. Thanks Mike for all the help. Happy Holidays to you & your family.
Just bought a used 2013 Impreza from the North Reading Subaru. Dwight was our salesperson and the whole process was very smooth. We got a good deal and it wasn't at all frustrating as some of my previous car buying experiences have been. This is the second car I've bought there and I would definitely recommend them.
Dealing with Dwight O'hara was a pleasant, stress free experience. He was very friendly, polite, very easy to deal with. It was the best car buying experience we even had. We Highly recommend North Reading Subaru and also saleman Dwight O'hara to any one in buying a new or used vehicle
My husband and I worked with Greg and the process was made very simple. We had an excellent experience and did not feel pressured in any way. I would highly recommend this dealership to whoever is in the market for a Subaru.
I didn't go to North Reading Subaru first but I'm glad I went there. I went to another Subaru dealer not to be mentioned (Wakefield) and had a deal in place with a salesman that wouldn't call us back half of the time. We were returning a lease and only had until the end of the month to get the new car. Our salesman assured us that the car would be coming in on the boat on the 28th and we would have it by the 3rd. Which we said it would be fine. We didn't here back from the salesman and didn't get a response until the 28th. He told us that The car wouldn't be there for another week. The truck will be leaving in a couple of days, but we have a car on the lot with a few more features that you can have now. We said no and wanted our deposit back. When I went to pick up the check one of the people that worked there joked that now they wouldn't be able to go on that vacation with our money. Ha Ha. I went to North Reading Subaru and explained the situation and expected to fight for every dollar. But our salesman Rui Coelho showed me a couple of cars and they didn't have the car we were looking and wished me luck. Then another saleman looked up what they had in inventory and found one with a moon roof. I really didn't want the option but I decided to look. It had everything else and they basically matched the price of the other dealer. They were honest with me. That goes a long way in my book. They not very close to me but I plan on going there for my services too. I wish I had gone there first. I would recommend going the this dealership before you try another so you have something great to compare to the other dealers.
My recent experience of buying a new car from No. Reading Subaru was overall very positive. If you are planning to buy a Subaru definitely visit this dealership and ask to speak with Jonathan Walker. He sold me my Forester, and I highly recommend him.
I recently purchased a 2014 Outback from North Reading Subaru and the entire process was fantastic. Rui, Dan and Paul made the whole thing quick and easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that was looking to buy a new car. Don't wast your time at any other dealer. Just head straight here and you will be well taken care of.
Mike at the service desk is excellent! only promises what he can deliver. if he tells you your car will be ready in 1 hour it will be. I find the prices for service fair & comparable to other facilities.
Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that day saying the warranty work can???t be complete for four days. Alignment report looks ok. Says ???an alignment not performed??? right on report. Invoice says ???customer requests??? to perform alignment. I think this is a scam. I think cars can be technically out of alignment but it is not enough to require an alignment. These guys can???t wait to tell You the car is out of alignment so unsuspecting people like me authorize them to fix it.
I took my car to Kelly Ford for service today. Oil change, tire rotation etc. Brian and his staff took care of it very efficiently. He explained everything and made sure I was informed of the progress. I will definitely be returning to service my vehicle.
Nice guys with some good cars for good prices. They provided Carfax. Was able to test drive and have my mechanic check it out as well. Worked out well, would strongly consider buying a car from them if the price and timing is right.
Friendly, professional service that started with Barry when I dropped the car off and continued with Kelli, the service consultant, who kept me updated on progress. This dealership really goes the extra mile to make the task of having your car serviced a pleasant one.
Have been shopping for a truck for a week. Though I did not ultimately purchase a vehicle at Neat, my experience with Louis made this dealership my top pick among the 7 or 8 that I visited.
I had narrowed my purchase down to two very different options - a higher mileage 4 cylinder at Neat and a lower miles 6 cylinder in a higher price point at another dealership. Louis sat down with me to look at both options, and encouraged me that the other vehicle appeared to be a great deal. He talked through the potential trade-offs without any pressure, and even after it became clear that I was leaning toward the V6 he continued to spend time to help me understand the complications with the Tacoma frame recall which affected both purchases. He also gave me a number of references for folks who could help out with my purchase of the other vehicle, for modifications I was interested in making.
Louis is knowledgable, generous and clearly puts his customer first. Neat will be my first stop for my next purchase.
Spent a full week trying to decide between a Toyota Prius and Nissan Juke. Both were low mileage vehicles and immaculate. After 3 test drives, fell in love with the Juke. Beth and Kelly were so patient and quick to respond to any questions. Took the car to a friend who told me to buy, and quickly. Car was priced below book value and had 4 brand new tires and brakes/rotors. Also, dealing in used cars from auctions, my friend told me they were the most honest dealers around. Made my decision so much easier. I have had the car for 2 weeks and couldn't be happier. Adding a 4th car to the family was initially a stressful time, but finding a great car for a great price took a lot of the stress away.
The buying experience for my new 2019 Jetta was everything I expected with zero hassles. The salesperson Jens Albrecht listened to my needs and answered all requirements - I recommend this dealer without hesitation.
