Mike at the service desk is excellent! only promises what he can deliver. if he tells you your car will be ready in 1 hour it will be. I find the prices for service fair & comparable to other facilities.
Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that day saying the warranty work can???t be complete for four days. Alignment report looks ok. Says ???an alignment not performed??? right on report. Invoice says ???customer requests??? to perform alignment. I think this is a scam. I think cars can be technically out of alignment but it is not enough to require an alignment. These guys can???t wait to tell You the car is out of alignment so unsuspecting people like me authorize them to fix it.
I took my car to Kelly Ford for service today. Oil change, tire rotation etc. Brian and his staff took care of it very efficiently. He explained everything and made sure I was informed of the progress. I will definitely be returning to service my vehicle.
If you want things done right at Nissan please go to Phi Phi. He is the best. I went o Nissan on a day Phi Phi wasn???t there and what a waste of a trip. The guy did nothing for me. If Phi Phi ever left Nissan I would never come back. They need more people like him who care about the customer.
Just bought a used 2013 Impreza from the North Reading Subaru. Dwight was our salesperson and the whole process was very smooth. We got a good deal and it wasn't at all frustrating as some of my previous car buying experiences have been. This is the second car I've bought there and I would definitely recommend them.

I didn't go to North Reading Subaru first but I'm glad I went there. I went to another Subaru dealer not to be mentioned (Wakefield) and had a deal in place with a salesman that wouldn't call us back half of the time. We were returning a lease and only had until the end of the month to get the new car. Our salesman assured us that the car would be coming in on the boat on the 28th and we would have it by the 3rd. Which we said it would be fine. We didn't here back from the salesman and didn't get a response until the 28th. He told us that The car wouldn't be there for another week. The truck will be leaving in a couple of days, but we have a car on the lot with a few more features that you can have now. We said no and wanted our deposit back. When I went to pick up the check one of the people that worked there joked that now they wouldn't be able to go on that vacation with our money. Ha Ha. I went to North Reading Subaru and explained the situation and expected to fight for every dollar. But our salesman Rui Coelho showed me a couple of cars and they didn't have the car we were looking and wished me luck. Then another saleman looked up what they had in inventory and found one with a moon roof. I really didn't want the option but I decided to look. It had everything else and they basically matched the price of the other dealer. They were honest with me. That goes a long way in my book. They not very close to me but I plan on going there for my services too. I wish I had gone there first. I would recommend going the this dealership before you try another so you have something great to compare to the other dealers.

Hi, I recently purchased a 2017 GMC Canyon SLT from another dealer with 1650 miles on it and something called Teen Driver was active on it. The dealer I purchased it from was unable to reset the Teen Driver mode and suggested I call GMC. After multiple calls to GMC, OnStar, and trips to four other dealers who all told me they had never heard of resetting the Teen Driver, I spoke with a women named Cassidy in your Service department who took down my contact information and told me that she would look into the issue and get back to me. The next day I received a call from Chris Proteau who had asked me to stop in when I had time and he would be happy to look into the issue for me. I stopped in to Lannan Chevrolet after work and Met Chris who took a look at my truck and was able to reset the computer in a matter of minutes. The great customer service that I received from Chris and Cassidy was exceptional and beyond any service experience I have received at any other dealer. Moving forward You will be my first choice for all my automotive needs.

Two things I hate most is shopping for a new car and phone. Coastal Nissan made the car shopping very pleasant. Lance and Tommy, took the time to go over the car I was purchasing in great detail. Sean in financial was efficient, friendly and helpful. George in the service department was also very friendly and accommodating. What a fantastic team.
I will definitely go back to Coastal when we need a new car. I love my 2017 Rogue.
I purchased a used 2014 Audi Q5 Tdi for from David Josephson and Tarek at Gallery BMW back in August for my mother. She had a few issues with the car and I was beginning to think I'd bought a lemon. She lives in NH and David sent up a loaner car for her, took the Q5 back to his shop, ordered parts from Germany and fixed EVERYTHING! The car has been absolutely PERFECT since. David Josephson went above and beyond what I'd expect any used car dealer to do. He was friendly and was very professional. He made purchasing a car from out of state simple. I recomend David and the BMW gallery to anyone looking for an honest dealership. They stayed true to their word and went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!
Staff here are friendly and polite. Quick email response. Every one seems very professional and always ready to help. I tested drive the X5 and ended up buying one. Ed is patient and knowledgeable. Definitely will be back for my next bmw.
