It was excellent because of Winter Jacobson. I was told by the Express rep that my issue could not be solved without coming in another day and making an expensive appointment, after I was told several times I could do it via express. Winter made that happen. She rocks and saved my day. You are top of my list due exclusively to the way she solved my problem. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes for under $100. She needs a big raise!
Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.
The overall experience at Larry H Miller Chevrolet was phenominal. The sale and financial tansactions was extremely efficient and had ua out the door in less than two houra. We received am extremely competitive deal. Special thanks to our sales person, Torrey Hukill who was extremely pleasant and professional.
Great customer service! Was willing to fight for the best price possible, and work with my situation. Was kind, willing to listen. Ramone and Bryson were very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions.

I have had the best experience ever from the beginning to the end. Landon Puffer was so nice, informative and just a friendly person who won my confidence and trust when making my decision in buying my Forester. I felt like I was talking to a family member about a car and not a salesperson in it for their own benefit. The entire staff was very helpful and welcomed me, my son-in-law and daughter and their service dog Levi.
I am SO happy with our new van!! When we went into the dealership, my husband and I had the opportunity to work with Landon. He was FANTASTIC!! He helped us research some vehicles, including some I had never considered (namely Kia). I'm so glad he took the time to listen to our wants and needs so he could get us into a car that we love! Thank you for opening my eyes to new options and for getting my growing family into the perfect car at a great price!!
Tanner got me and my girlfriend really nice deals on some really nice, reliable cars. Working with him was quick and easy, and he was super helpful. The local Subaru dealership could not provide the car we wanted, a 2018 Forester, so we had to reach out to other dealers. Young was one of the businesses that contacted us after our Edmunds query. Amy Jo and Amy came back with very competitive offers immediately and followed up continuously. We decided to of elsewhere mostly based on geography but would have had no problem dealing with these people and the company they represent. Bill Jackson
