I want to just take a minute to thank both J.C ALVARADO AND JOSE CADENA for helping me in obtaining a Jeep (trailhawk) for my daughter who is currently attending college. It was a lenghty process both J.C AND JOSE CADENA made our process go smooth as possible. At the end, it was worth coming to MARINO because they understand for what we as Hispanic must face in order to accomplish a dream of owning a vehicle. Beautifully made vehicle. Drives very smooth, very spacious and comfortable. Leg room in backseat is great for tall passengers and seats recline for best comfort.

The 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Plug-In Hybrid has met all of my expectations. A smooth quiet ride and an off-road hunting vehicle all wrapped up in one. Enough power to take me up and through steep passes yet a head turner in the city while cruising along the streets. The interior is comfortable, and the back seat can fold down to haul long pieces of lumber from the home improvement store. This is a cross between a truck and an elegant car. Best thing is I save a lot of money using the electric mode.

The 500x has a sporty suspension and sports car feel. Steering is tight and braking is sensitive. Doesn't hurt to get good has mileage as well.

I purchased my MB certified 2019 GLE400 two years ago and have driven 30K miles with no issues. I have owned several SUVs - Audi & Toyota Landcruisers; the 400 is by far the best. Very comfortable ride, excellent handling, acceleration, smooth braking & quiet. 17-18 around town; 25-27 highway. It takes a learning curve for the entertainment center but afterwards very easy. Above all - I feel safe driving my family. MB for life!!

After driving the Chevy and several others, the Sorento EX V6 was by far the best value for my money. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. The ride is like a Lexus and it handles almost like a sedan. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology!

Car was serviced promptly and efficiently! They figured out the issue as complex as it was and were able to get the part needed within a couple of days and have the car ready within a week!

My car, a 2013 RX350, was scheduled for a 100,000 check up. My service rep, Efren, attended to my appointment in an efficient and friendly manner. I felt very comfortable with him. He was a pleasure to interact with.

I’ve owned this for 2.5 years, I bought it because it was as jeep and allowed me to drive it in electric mode. Few problems. I drive it almost exclusively in electric mode. Yes, there are times when electric is unavailable but that is due to not putting gas in for a long time. Once I even put in 2-3 gals. good to go.

Don't let the unconventional look of this dealership fool you. What you have here is a solid little pre-owned lot with some good car guys. Jimmy was the exact opposite of what you would expect from a typical car salesman. Very laid back, friendly, helpful and honest. And owner Will was very willing to work with me on getting to a price I was comfortable with on my 2014 Lincoln MKZ I bought from them. I went to 4 or 5 big name franchised dealerships looking for a MKZ I wanted before I stopped in here. Each time I wasted HOURS being lied to, fighting with sleazy salesmen, and ultimately walking away from several deals. To be honest I expected more of the same at this little store, but I experienced the exact opposite. I would highly recommend anybody in the market for a solid used car stop in here first and talk to Jimmy and the guys. I know I'm glad I did!

I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

This car is truly amazing. I saw it at the car show and qucikly put it to the back of my mind, but when I was looking to trade in my car, this vehicle made it into the mix. I am so happy that I purchased this car. I got the Hybrid version and could not be happier. It has incredible power with 380 horsepower, but I'm still getting almost 20 mpg in the city and I do not drive slow at all. The fact that the Porsche Cayenne Hybrid and the Panamera Hybrid share the same powertrain means that it definitely marvelous. The styling is unique, inside and out. I always get complements when I drive my car. I am actually excited everytime I have to go somewhere. I do not plan on giving this car up anytime soon. If you are in the market for a Cayenne, check this car out first because it definitely is worth the money, and the Cayenne is looking quite cheap these days.

Priced well right from the start! Gorgeous color combo, did virtual inspection of the car with Matt who was extremely attentive to my questions and needs throughout the process. Dealership had already gone through the car with a fine tooth comb and replaced anything outside of strict specs. Bought car virtually from NH. Should have my Macan S in just a few days. Can’t wait.

My overall experience has been great at this dealership. I came to this dealership a year ago and due to my credit not being so great I was not able to buy. The sales manager Farhan is great and I like to thank him for how he helped me and guide to get my credit strong. Now after 1 year I came back to this dealership to buy a car. The salesman was extremely helpful and he also did excellent job with everything. I am extremely thankful and very appreciative for all that this dealership do for me. My hubby and I just purchased this vehicle a few months ago and were concerned about how old this car was. We were looking for a newer model but our friend owns a dealership and told us that this was the best one on the lot when u compared everything. At 20 yrs old, it didn't have one scratch, the interior was in perfect condition and it only had a 100,000 miles on it so the previous owner only put an average of 5,000 miles per year. We drive it back n forth to work and i do my weekly errands w it. We also own a Toyota Camry, a GMC Sierra 3500, a Toyota Ranger and a Harley Davidson motorcycle but this has been our new go to vehicle and prob will be going forward. U just feel different when ur in an SUV and when its a luxury vehicle like this one, its just top notch. I highly recommend this vehicle and i promise if any problems arise, i will come back on here and do an updated review. Happy holidays ....🎄
