I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. I have easily adapted to both ! I want to give a shout-out to our local dealership, Tri-City CDJR. Start to finish, an excellent place to purchase and maintain our Jeeps. BRAVO ZULU !

I picked the Jeep Renegade in the Trailhawk model because it is the only car in the compact category that also has excellent off roading capabilities. It completely beats out the other "off road" vehicles in its class like the Crosstrek or trailblazer. It also works excellent as a daily driver and great on long highway drives, having way better gas mileage than a pickup or wrangler. No road noise like you get in a wrangler or a truck with big off road tires. I've had this car for a little over a year at this point, with about 7000 miles, and the only thing I can say was any kind of issue was I got warning lights on my dash for the lane sensors, but they were just dirty and a quick wash fixed that problem. I can't say much for reliability just because the car is still so new. I have the leather trim upgrade that you can get with the trailhawk, but even with that the quality of the interior is lacking compared to other vehicle brands at the same price range and category, like the Crosstrek, but looking at Jeep's other vehicles like the Gladiator or Wrangler, it fits right in. Everything does feel high quality. I'm very picky about road noises and rattling panels or vibrations while driving, and I haven't had anything at all yet with this vehicle even when driving on rough roads or hitting bumps. The only reason why I gave this car a lower interior rating is just because of the excessive use of plastic. The exterior is very unique. At first I absolutely hated the blocky look of the renegade, but with all the iconic Jeep stying mixed in and the upgraded look of the trailhawk front bumper, I have grown to really love the way this little SUV looks. The blocky shape gives it extremely good headroom and gives it extra cargo space in the rear. The trailhawk model has armor on the underside to prevent damage by anything you're climbing over when going off road. There are some gaps in the armor that you can fill with available aftermarket parts. I will say that I think the cardboard box aerodynamics are the main reason why the gas mileage is so poor even with such a small engine. With about 55/45 split between in-town and highway driving respectively, on roads with large elevation changes, I do still get 24 mpg combined which is decent. The road handling is also great, the Renegade is a very light car, and even with being a little top heavy it zooms around corners almost like a small sports car. The 1.3l engine is surprisingly torque-y, it took me a little while to get used to being gentle on the throttle, the first few gears are very deep and the tiny turboed engine makes 210 foot pounds of torque so it will launch very quickly until it gets to 3rd/4th gear. The absolute worst and best thing about this car is it's transmission and the way it's programmed. In regular driving, it seems like the transmission has to stop and think about what gear to go to, so swapping gears is a little slow and not as smooth as other cars. At the same time, the transmission is the main reason why this car does extremely, unexpectedly well off road and in poor driving conditions. It will always keep power to wheels that have traction, and so gives impressive control. I have driven this up a mountain trail in the middle of a Montana winter and it felt like a leisurely drive, even purposely drove into tall snow drifts to give myself a challenge and plowed over them without any issue. When I got to the peak in my stock renegade trailhawk the only other vehicle on the peak was a modified, lifted Tacoma with large off road tires that had chains wrapped around them. I'm extremely impressed with how well this compact SUV really does off road. Overall I'm extremely happy with my renegade, and hope to have it for the next decade as a light trail/off road adventure car and daily driver.

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

Had a great experience with Berman Nissan, went in for oil and filter change and Antonio got me in right away. Had some problems with the turbo as well but was taken care of that same day. They were efficient, quick & kind. Would definitely recommend coming to this location

My only complaint are the front seats do not have enough cushion and the seatbelt latch pushes into your hip on the drivers side. and standard lumbar support on all models added

Our experience at Phillips has always been a great one. This is our second purchase with them and will likely come back for any future car purchases. I have had my 2022 Jeep Compass for 8 months now and no complaints. I can accelerate onto the fwy with no problems. I get the mileage they say. I do wish the storage was a tad bit larger and maybe more leg room in the back, but honestly I only travel with two dogs and rear air is good for them. Love the larger display screen and never a glare so I can’t see it as in some other cars I tried. My backup camera works fine at night. I have the 4X4, so I need to get more info on that. I know the 2023 has a turbo, but I don’t care about that.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

I bought a 2023 Jeep compass Latitude Lux. Wish they come with all the other specs in driver assists like wireless charging, power tailgate, dual zone AC control, adaptive cruise control etc.

A new 12 v battery for my electric Leaf. That battery lasted almost twice as long as accessory lead-acid batteries in my past gasoline cars. Five years until the first maintenance. The Nissan dealership is a comfortable place to wait for testing and replacement to be done. Staff are polite and straight talkers.

This is by far the best subcompact suv for the money. I absolutely love the 2024 taos se. It's loaded with awesome tech and has great acceleration.

Mazda is comfortable, I'm in my 70's Reliable, rides great, great on gas. Something that is great on the road, Able to handle, I've handle: M-6 sadan, SUV 5, big enough good room ,and M-cx30 and 3. All long distance traveling. And not high maintenance. Good for all season

Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. A lot of pros to this vehicle. The only thing I wished Nissan would make better is, the pickup when ya hit the gas pedal. It is sluggish for a split second, and boggs down some... however, it runs great and after the sluggishness, it goes. Great passing gear and so easy to drive. All the bells & whistles on it alert you of every and anything you can think of. I appreciate those features. Comfort is top tier for me, the seats hug you and easy to adjust. The sound system, Bose, is amazing. Just too many features to speak about. Does great in gas in the city, haven't had it on any road trips yet. The kicks rides well also. Plenty of room and can haul a lot of things in it, as the back seats fold down. Only thing I can say negative about the vehicle is how it's sluggish/boggs down some for a minute when ya press gas to go. Hopefully Nissan fixes that in their new models here in out.

This is my first kia. The fit and trim are solid. The car is sound all around. Great gas mileage between 46 in the very cold winter to 67 mpg. Depending on how you drive it. I.ve been dealing with a dealer in burlington massachusetts where I purchase the vehicle. Im not sure they pay attention to detail as the engine calls for a special motor oil, 0W16, And that was not reflected on the engine oil change receipt. When I approached them with a question about the Motor oil, i was told all the engines are the same, which is not true. Also they recommended a 4wheel alignment which i paid for but had problems down the road. The dealer was very unhappy when they had to Repeat the alignment again, and made sure I knew about it. At this time I am searching for another dealer.

This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

The service met what i needed. I was able to ensure that the price of the repairs that were needed were affordable and correct. I just wish some of the future repairs that are needed are more affordable and could be more explained by the customer service representative like the previous rep that I had at the previous visit. Overall, the facility was very clean and i was able to meet with one of the car/service representative. I was able to meet with a car dealer who was very friendly and ensure that I had his contact information, in the event I plan or may want to purchase a new vehicle in the near future, which i plan too.

I love the look of this body style, unfortunately they changed they body style so next time I buy a car it won’t be the HR-V with backseat handle that make the vehicle look like a sedan.

This dealership was great the hospitality was through the roof, though we didn't make a deal I would 100% comeback.
