2023 Mazda CX-5 review
I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio review
Bought a used 2018 loaded Lusso Ti for a good price coming off a lease, in late 2021, for all the luxury and performance, it was a great deal, have had no issues, car looks great, is comfortable, and I just use Apple car play, and prefer knobs to touch screens ( it was funny to watch my son try to use it as a touch screen) can get 30 MPG on the hwy easy, but it's easy to go faster and get less. the DNA is Dynamic, Normal and Anemic, you do have to get used to the car not taking off instantly, D is OK, A not good for folks taking lefts on flashing yellows. Great ride and comfort for longer trips. and the backup warning works great!

2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Keep up the great work Jamie and Bettenhausen!
2024 GMC Yukon review
Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024

2024 Jeep Wrangler review
2004 jeep wrangler sport s 2 door. So far it is wonderful. Bought it just as a fun beach jeep but it has turned into our daily driver. Only problem is my wife wants to drive it all the time. She has claimed it as HER car. Guess I will need to just buy MY jeep.

2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport review
Before I bought this I was driving a BMW 330i xdrive great car. But I wanted something which much more room and reliable. I had this car about 10 years ago and loved it. It’s great on gas drive smooth wish the engine would have a little more power. The interior is super comfy but feels a bit outdated. I feel like for a 28k car called sport it should be a little more sporty. Like electric seats fr example. But other than that interior is great heated seat are great ! Driving is alright and overall all I’ll give it a 4 out of 5 !

2023 Acura MDX review
Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

2023 Acura MDX review
It is a very nice vehicle… a few exceptions… no heated steering wheel, no remote start no foot controlled rear lift gate and a few other amenities that comes with many other comparable vehicles. The trim levels do not make a lot of sense like aspec is considerably more expensive but only a few amenities and the advanced is almost 20k more for a few options that are stock with Lexus and other high end suv…

On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. We originally intended on purchasing a Volkswagen Tiguan at a different dealership, and were mistreated and left. Our second option was to buy a Jeep Wrangler. Three people I had spoken with recommended that I have to visit a Salesman by the name of Hamzeh at Bettenhausen Jeep. On Wednesday, my Wife and I went in, and he introduced himself and asked what we were looking for, and explained the different trims. Right off the bat he found a few options for us. Called for someone to get it from their second location, and we waited until it came. We knew we were bound to find a Wrangler to fall in love with, because they have so many in stock, and that they have one for just about anyone. We drove it, and fell in love. Originally, I won’t lie, we were put off by the price at first, and had to sleep on it. We went home feeling great with our interaction there and knew that was the car we had wanted to take home. The next day on Thursday, I called Hamzeh and told him there was a different Wrangler with the exact same specs, just a darker color that we had wanted to see. An hour and half later we stopped by and they had the Jeeps side by side. We picked a color and went inside. We weren’t even planning on purchasing that soon, and we ended up with the paperwork and signing away all in less than 24 hours. He’s a family man, all around kind of guy, and selfless. Thoroughly explained everything, made sure we were comfortable, and honestly he was a great salesman. The best part is he took care of all of the paper work and financing. There was no sleazy finance manager to go to! We stayed with him from beginning to end and I loved that process more than anything. They owe us a second key, and he’s the one following up with me on it, not even the other way around!. He’s proactive about it, whereas for me, I’m patient not in a rush. We will definitely be returning customers. He definitely has earned our business and future business. If you want an honest person, who is a family guy, all around a great guy, go to him! We are happy Jeep Wrangler owners and we cannot wait to add all of the accessories to it! Thank you to the Bettenhausen team and Hamzeh!
2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
My Grand Cherokee Laredo E just turned 50,000 miles a few days ago. Other than routine maintenance, the only money that I have invested in it was for 4 tires last month. Extremely comfortable, capable and reliable. While not delivering Prius-like gas mileage, given the performance it provides in all types of weather.............NO COMPLAINTS !

2024 Mitsubishi Outlander review
Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

We got my wife a new elantra at Darcy and we got a reasonable trade in offer and the new car at a reasonable price and got a good loan. Jimmy was cool kept things relaxed. If i replace my car at some point I’ll probably come here. Only complaint was the detail the must have used a dirty or rough cloth hood may need a little buff.

2023 Volkswagen Atlas review
I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. 2022 INFINITI QX80 review
Interior is dated. Looks great from the outside, plenty of power. I did my homework and got a 1 owner lease return with 17k miles. The dealership clearance price was $52k. After a week of haggling I got it for $45k. Absolutely worth that! If I paid $80k I’d be disappointed. This is my 3rd Infiniti including a G35 a Q50. Ive had zero problems with any of the 3. If you get it for right price it’s well worth it!

Received an email about Subaru TradeUp program and made an appointment with Shawn to discuss the options of trading our 7 year old car for a new 2026. 2019 Lexus LX 570 review
This vehicle is extremely comfortable and easy to drive. Fuel mileage is not the best, but that was known on the front end. The purchase was simply a reward to self. You won’t be disappointed if you buy one, too.

2016 Land Rover LR4 review
Good car the ride is great not perfect had a few things go bad but was covered under dealer warranty its a 2016 lr4 hse..love this suv. Yes it eats lots of gas and tires. The air suspension is great...it's very fast..I love the heavy feel when u driving it..it's like a tank... just the dealership mechanics not that good and the service guy trying to sell u any service if u let them very pushy...u can get work done at other rover places. And oil changes at jiffy lube if they have the tools...just avoid the dealership unless u have to go and have any warranty that's best best way to go if not it will cost u 1 to 2 thousand every time t breaks down...
