It’s Not just the best car I’ve owned , it’s The best THING I’ve owned !
I should have made the purchase / transition to Tesla years ago....especially since I have solar, I’m charging at home and driving for free (Not counting Tesla’s 10,000 + free Superchargers across the US)
So consider the savings from :
1)Not purchasing gasoline/diesel/natural gas or propane or hydrogen.
2)Not paying for oil changes.
3)Not paying for cooling system / radiator antifreeze maintenance,
4)Not paying for smog checks and or smog related repairs .
5)Not paying for brakes, brake related expenses till way over 100,000 miles due to Tesla’s regenerative braking .
6)Not having to pay for motor/engine belts and hoses.
7)Not having to pay for Transmission oil/filter service or maintenance and repairs since Tesla’s do not have transmissions.
8)Not paying for fuel filters, DEF fluid (for new ’clean diesels) .
9)GREATLY diminished waste of time in traffic due to the ability to use the carpool/HOV lane while driving solo.
10) Tesla’s are the Safest vehicles made receiving the highest marks on crash tests.
I've had the best experience ever at a dealership. Sales and finance were very friendly, providing a world class customer service. Timing was beyond my expectations. From the test drive, to delivering my new vehicle, my day was still wide open in oppose to spending many hours wheeling and dealing with no results in my favor. Jim was straight forward, meeting my desired vehicle and financial/monthly payments goals in less that 20 min. We are really looking forward to going back to Stewart Chevy/Jeep/Dodge in 2 months, buying a new car for my husband as well. Made in America and sold at Stewart is the only way to go!

The car drives it'self. No kidding it really does and it's amazing. Smooth as silk and as beautiful as it gets. I think I will be a telsa owner my whole life.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

With what you get in performance and luxury, it's hard to believe it is a practical family sedan! The technology built into this vehicle is second to none, and as an electric vehicle, there is NO competition! I own 2 of them!
Although I havent bought the car from them but i liked the overall process and prompt reaponses from shift sf. They brought the veichle to my door but i could not able to meet due to an emergency. This was handled very politly by the driver and appreciate it. Thanks

I'm on the list for the Model 3, so I wanted to get an idea of what a Tesla electric is like. The Model S is quiet, elegant, and very powerful. On my test drive the company rep encouraged me to try autopilot. Very strange to take your hands off the wheel and let the car do the driving, but it appeared to perform flawlessly.
I would not recommend this car to a friend for the simple reason that it costs too much. But if you have an extra $80,000 or so available it is a very nice vehicle.
Shift helped me find a buyer for my 2014 BMW M5. They had my vehicle inspected, took care of the detailing, photos and delivery to the new buyer. After selling the BMW, Kevin and his team were able to find me a 2012 Bentley GT convertible with 5k miles and help me purchase below market value.
Kevin and his team communicated thought the whole process and was very helpful in selling and buying my new car.
I would strongly recommend Team Shift for anyone who is in the market for buying or selling.

This car is literally everything you want in a vehicle. Self-driving, requires no gas and is luxurious. The only thing I'd change is to increase the comfort of the seats, they seem a little stiff.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

Beautiful styling inside and out. Super comfortable a joy to drive. This car is super quick with instant response to the accelerator. Regenerative braking allows for one pedal driving at almost all times. New, software enabled features get pushed out via updates meaning the car has more features now than when I bought it.
Fantastic vehicle and ownership experience!
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Incredible technology. Rocket ship fast and powerful. The ONLY negative I can give it is that charging can be a pain but getting easier all the time (more chargers in more places than when I first bought it).
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

This is the absolute best car I've ever driven!!! Tesla Motors has introduced us to the future!! So glad I bought one!!!
The staff were all very helpful. I was planning on just staying there while they worked on my car, however they couldn't guarantee the time it would be complete so they offered for me to take a Lyft to my office and provided a link to use on the return. I had left something in my car that I needed and they were quick to retrieve it for me. I had bought a cell phone holder that needed installation on my dash vents and they were very helpful helping me to install it.

The car is everything I had ever hoped it would be, and more. I am not likely to buy any other brand ever again. It is awesome.
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

Good Value for money with state of the art technology. Hassle free buying experience . Most of enhanced options comes with the car .
Works great on highways, local roads . Very safe and reliable to drive .
Regenerative braking is good since it gives longer brake life .
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

Everything about this vehicle, is well planned and executed. Switching from my Mercedes-Benz to TESLA was like trading in my flip phone for an iPhone. Automotive Perfection!!
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
Nothing to break.The only downside is the charging

I love it. It is very fast and love the touch screen inside. Always had dreamed about a car with no physical buttons, but a touch screen. So it is a dream come true.
My service advisor recommended items for my living in Tahoe. He was pro active on communication and what I could expect and followed through on his commitments.

I usually have 5 or so cars at a time most are usually sports cars. My Tesla was fun, it’s a very disconnected drive. It’s very comfortable and worth it.
