I cannot say enough wonderful things about Karol Powers at Mercedes-Benz South Bay in Torrance. This is the second vehicle I have purchased with Karol, and once again, she exceeded every expectation. She truly listens to her customers and works to make the process smooth and stress-free. Unfortunately, I recently had to purchase another vehicle after being involved in a serious car accident. It was a very stressful and traumatic experience, but Mercedes-Benz made a difficult situation much easier. Within literally seconds of the accident, after both the upper and lower airbags deployed (I didn't even know my vehicle had a lower airbag), Mercedes-Benz contacted me through the SOS feature in the vehicle. The representative immediately checked on my well-being, asking if I was hurt, bleeding, breathing okay, and ensuring I was alert and responsive. They also informed me that emergency services had been dispatched. The speed, professionalism, and genuine concern they showed during such a frightening moment meant more to me than words can express. Experiences like that remind me why I continue to choose Mercedes-Benz. Knowing that the company genuinely cares about the safety and well-being of its customers provides a level of comfort and confidence that is priceless. Karol's extraordinary customer service is the reason I will continue returning to Mercedes-Benz South Bay for future vehicle purchases. I will also gladly refer my friends and family to her because I know they will be treated with the same respect, honesty, and care that I have received. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that I genuinely appreciated.
2021 Tesla Model Y review
One of the best cars I owned. With recent price reduction on Teslas, this car is excellent value. First of acceleration does not get old. Puts a smile on my face every time. One pedal driving is fantastic once you get used to it. So many different features and you get more with every update. This is so cool to own car for 6 month or longer and still get new features. I’m assuming they had some quality issue with early models. Mine is 2022 and fit and finish is excellent. All works as advertised. I was a bit skeptical about getting a Tesla myself due to so many negative comments. But my personal experience is excellent. No rattles. Love using my phone as a key. So convenient. Audio system is one of the best in business. Give Tesla a try and you will not be disappointed. Range is plenty for daily city driving. Saving ton of money on gas. Convenience of charging at home. No more Costco gas station lines. Time will tell, but as far as I understand this electric engines are much simpler and this more reliable in a long term.

2026 Tesla Model Y review

2023 Tesla Model X review
I recently purchased. a Model X Long Range to replace my 2021 Audi e-tron; I couldn’t be happier. The Tesla is faster, more efficient, and more fun to drive and the charging network is second to none. Interior quality and ride are comparable. My dogs love the extra room and Dog Mode in the Tesla. I have no regrets!

The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

the tesla model x is a ggreat ectric suv and it is way better than the bmw x6. the model x has a great and fair power. it for sure the most fastets suv in the world. it is for sure very nice shape and it also has a very nice interior. the interior might be the coolest thing ever. I also think the rpice could be the fine price. it could be worht since that it is a nice and has better technology. it also has better shape and better lights also. the lights also look cool and it they have a way better look that most cars. this cra is also fully elecitrc and also has great top speed. but it does not have thta much pick up. but the power is the only thing thta is strong.

2021 Tesla Model Y review
The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. We purchased a used car sight unseen from the internet. Chris gave us pictures of the minor cosmetic scratches prior to us committing to buy and confirmed vehicle was certified and in excellent condition otherwise. We flew in from out of town and were provided an Uber ride from the airport to the dealership. Service once there was 5 star. Very professional and personable staff. Only reason facilities got a 4 is because they were under construction... but temporary trailers and restrooms were well kept. Overall great experience!
2019 Tesla Model X review
Best car in its class. A lot of people who don’t know or never experienced a Tesla will create so many false narratives due to their own ignorance. Tesla are the safest cars hands down especially with autopilot engaged. They also have very little maintenance because they do not have all the traditional components as an ICE vehicle. Upfronted price is steep and the range of this vehicle especially can be further but I definitely recommend this car to anyone in the market.

2023 Tesla Model Y review
Everything positive other owners have said in the reviews is true about performance, easy to drive, comfort, etc, but I was very much impressed by the fit and finish of the vehicle. We all hear about panel gaps and misalignments and bad build quality from the "experts", but my car was on par or even better than the Lexus GS I traded in. I liked it so much my father also bought one based on my recommendation and again the vehicle was flawless. Maybe back in the day this was an issue when this model was first introduced, but certainly not anymore. Both times I was at the service center picking up the two vehicles, I looked at dozens of other new customer cars on the lot and none had any issues that I could see.

2022 Tesla Model Y review
This is the best car I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned many luxury cars and by far my Tesla Model Y is better than all of them. I have had the car for 2 years now and I never had any issues with the car. Very reliable, fast, and love the auto pilot. The handling is amazing and very quiet. Love the minimalistic interior. I don’t understand why other car maker put 100s of buttons in the dashboard. Love the screen and it’s user friendly.

2026 Tesla Model Y review
I just leased 2026 Model Y after drive a free Model Y for a few hours. This car is revolutionary compare with other cars, Chevy, BMW, Mercedes, Toyota, etc. To name a few, no key fob, no Start button, no gear stick, no knobs, no push buttons, no switches, FSD(full self driving), etc. I need to write a novel for this car. I love every aspects of this car., the ride, the drive, the controls, the entertainment, the audio, the huge display, the service, the online uniform price, vast super charging stations. etc. Go to a Tesla dealership and drive off a free test drive car to experience the differences. We made our decisions within hours after driving the car.
