2023 Toyota Corolla review
I've owned several Corolla's before, and the 2023 XSE is the best one yet. The fit and finish of the exterior, and the design and materials of the interior are all high quality for a car in this price range. The overall drivability is excellent, and feels like a car that's much more expensive. I'm still not really a fan of the CVT transmission. When you go to accelerate quickly, the car seems to be sliding in between gears and never actually chooses one. But after reading the owners manual and learning to shift the gears manually, it allows the cars performance to really shine through. It has 10 gears in the Manual Mode, and it's actually pretty fun to shift with either the up & down shift paddles on the side of the steering wheel, or pushing the gear-select lever one at a time. Anyway - it was the only driving issue I had, and Toyota already had a solution. Overall, this new Corolla is the best value car I've ever owned.

This is the first time I buy a car from a Jack Taylor Toyota dealership, and I had the best experience. Ebo Grant was very professional, patient and thorough. I felt absolutely no pressure and he made sure I had everything, and it was set up before I left. I med was also very helpful in the finance department, and Mike the manager. My first Toyota and I loved handling the team at Jack Taylor in Alexandria first class. Thanks to everyone who helped me, I highly recommend them if you want to buy a car.

We had an excellent experience with Kevin and Pedro buying a very nice, very competitive priced and well maintained, Ford F-150. They got us a very low/fair good rate on credit, and they also were very friendly, professional, honest and quick with the process. There were no surprises or issues or switches. Very reputable and trustworthy dealership and I’m really glad I bought the truck! It’s running great

CarMax West BroadReviews
CarMax West Broad review
First time I went in, was just looking to see what was on the lot and was greeted, and after that, not another contact with anyone. When I came back to test drive a few vehicles, got a great sales guy. Overall selection of vehicles is quite nice, and most of the vehicles are almost new to very good condition. Though Carmax likes to display the image they sell cars that have or haven't had any issues, you'll find you'll need to look closer. Most are bought at auction after coming off lease or from being a fleet vehicle. Which is a good thing, as you the regular maintenance was done on them and often the vehicles have original warranties still in effect depending on what vehicle you are looking for and what year. The sales guy was low pressure, and when I came in the next day to buy, I was given another one since he was completing a sale on another customer. Wasn't an issue, as he or the guy that took over were truly "car" guys. The liked cars, had sales experience, but weren't "car" guys. The experience was good overall, but the highlight was completing the deal. Paperwork was done quickly (I had preapproval from my credit union with EFT) and finished the paperwork in about twenty minutes. Amazing, got the vehicle at just an average price, but go the mileage I wanted, with original warranty and extended warranty at the price I was willing to pay. SO overall, win for me, and though I was never a Carmax fan (still rubs me the wrong way their colors are almost best buy colors when their parent company was circuit city....). But I will say my mind was changed.

Group 1 Toyota BowieReviews
Group 1 Toyota Bowie review
I find it difficult to work with car sales people because generally they do not listen. It has been my experience that they tend to be pushy and condescending. This was not the case here. I had an amazing experience with sales professional Ramon Thompson. I originally visited to test drive a pre-owned Toyota Avalon (IMHO it should be sent to auction). My goal was to find a comfortable pre-owned luxury sedan at a good price. After listening to me, Ramon suggested I check out pre-owned Camry and Lexus sedans. I tried several with various levels of trim and liked a specific Lexus. Understand that I have been a loyal VW owner since my very first '71 Super Beetle. I drive VWs because they're fun. I always felt Toyota was boring. However, a GR Corolla Premium Plus caught my eye. That car spoke to me, fun like a VW but reliable like a Toyota. I did the research and sent Ramon a message and started the buying process for the GR. Ramon worked diligently to negotiate a price and also gave me the opportunity to reconsider the Lexus. I appreciated his patience throughout the entire process. His manner was respectful and never once did he act in the condescending manner I have encountered with so many other salespeople. I will be referring my friends to him because they will also appreciate him. Chuck in Finance closed out the deal. He, was respectful and initially talked a little fast. Once I mentioned this, he slowed down and was very good with answering my questions (and I had a lot!). If I were to make another purchase, I'd ask specifically for him to finalize the financial portion. The sales manager involved in the transaction, Lani, worked with Ramon to ensure I was satisfied. Thank you, Lani. Note management: It would be great if the salespeople had cubicles with walls high enough to ensure privacy.

Zarvo MotorsReviews
Zarvo Motors review
I recently purchased a Honda Accord from Zarvo Motors, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked into the dealership, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and entirely free of the high-pressure tactics you often find at other car lots. The facility was clean, organized, and filled with an impressive inventory of quality vehicles. It was clear right from the start that customer satisfaction is their top priority. A massive thank you goes out to Ali and Jason, who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions about the Honda Accord. Instead of just trying to make a quick sale, they listened to exactly what I was looking for and made sure the vehicle met all of my needs. Their professionalism and friendly attitudes made the entire buying process smooth and genuinely enjoyable. What really set this experience apart was how hard the team worked to secure the absolute best financing possible for me. Ali and Jason walked me through all of my options with complete transparency, ensuring I understood every detail of the agreement. They advocated on my behalf to get a fantastic interest rate and a monthly payment that fit perfectly within my budget. I felt completely supported and confident that I was getting the best deal available. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend visiting Zarvo Motors and asking for Ali and Jason. They turn what is usually a stressful process into an exciting and seamless celebration. Between the top-notch customer service, the incredible financing support, and my fantastic new Honda Accord, they have earned a customer for life
