Tremendous buying and servicing experience! Sent the dealership a bouquet of cookies as a thank you. Scott Jensen, new and used car sales person, and Luis Roman, service manager, teamed up to handle our trade in and purchase of a used CRV. Wonderful people and great quality car. At every step of the process, they understood our needs, worked with us and did what they said they would do.

Hoselton AutoMall review
I just worked with Gwen at Hoselton AutoMall. She was fantastic! Super nice and the process of selling my car was easy and completed in under 30 minutes. Everything - I walked out with a check that Gwen got me which was actually over KellyBlueBook! Amazing - I recommend Gwen and Hoselton for your car needs, especially selling back.

BMW of MobileReviews
BMW of Mobile review
A belt on my car broke approximately 20 miles from the dealership which caused a caution light to come on and my AC immediately stopped working. I was traveling from Birmingham to Mobile and this issue could have been so much worse. I?ve had my vehicle serviced at this location before when visiting Mobile and remembered my service representative?s name. And like last time she worked me right into the queue, had diagnostics performed with a service recommendation in less than 24 hours. All worked well and I was able to pick up my car, attend a board meeting and returning to Birmingham the following morning. Thanks Becky?

When I say this experience was a GREAT one, I mean just that. Mr. Joe Franklin was just AMAZING. He was very friendly from the time I walked into the door until I left. He has very good mannerism and took his time to explain how the process went. I was just looking for a vehicle to buy within the next month. I will definiely be back to see Joe Franklin. Awesome job Mr. Franklin

Wilde HondaReviews
Wilde Honda review
Dear James O'Brien and James Reifenrath, I want to give a huge thank‑you to the entire team at Wilde Honda for providing exceptional service during both of our recent vehicle purchases. Every staff member we worked with treated us with professionalism, kindness, and genuine respect. Temuulen Iderzul went above and beyond -- truly giving 110% -- to make sure we were taken care of. Tyler Zane made sure every step of the process was handled properly so we felt confident in our purchase. Allen May helped us with financing during our first visit and was extremely helpful and informative. Unfortunately, our first vehicle was totaled just three days after purchase. Because of the incredible service we received, we didn't hesitate to return to Wilde Honda for our second vehicle. This time, we worked with Malissa Logue in finance. She is smart, talented, and truly knows her job. She made the paperwork process smooth and stress‑free -- she is absolutely an asset to the dealership. Throughout both visits, we felt welcomed, valued, and respected. It's rare to find customer service of this caliber. The professionalism and dedication of the staff reflect the strong leadership and positive culture within this dealership. We highly recommend Wilde Honda to anyone in Wisconsin looking for a trustworthy, customer‑focused dealership. If you want a team that truly cares about Sincerely, Dr. Janice Pugh

Road Runner Auto Sales and ServiceReviews
Road Runner Auto Sales and Service review
Was very pleased with my experience here. They did not pressure me into buying a car and welcomed an inspection from my friend who is a mechanic. They stand by what they sell and they said if anything goes wrong with the car to bring it back and they will help to take care of it. Overall, they are very fair and honestly way nicer than what most car dealers are like and/or have the reputation of being. Once it is time for a new car I will definitely check Road Runner out first

KarGenie review
I've left prior reviews in a span of 4 days 1he 1st one was for what I thought was a great experience the 2nd was what to me had been a nightmare. I contacted the Manager Sal and he resolved my issue with no problem to my satisfaction. All I'm going to say is inspect what your purchasing get a clear understanding of your agreement totally. The staff members that assisted me today were helpful and pleasant.
