The service manager and his team were excellent. Very professional and attentive to my car and myself . They communicated with me on everything that was wrong with my car. Tremendous buying and servicing experience! Sent the dealership a bouquet of cookies as a thank you. Scott Jensen, new and used car sales person, and Luis Roman, service manager, teamed up to handle our trade in and purchase of a used CRV. Wonderful people and great quality car. At every step of the process, they understood our needs, worked with us and did what they said they would do.

Great inventory and great prices, they work very well with all customers and take their time with you. Definitely recommend them to anyone in the market looking for a vehicle
2016 Toyota Highlander review
I don't know how many have got to enjoy a car for 300,000 miles without ever leaving you on the side of the road, but I have. My Toyota Venza was at 280,000 miles and still running strong when it was involved in an accident. The only things ever went bad was the radiator and a/c. Who can say that besides a Toyota owner? My 2016 Highlander XLE that I recently purchased is roomy, luxurious, and dependable. The size fits my family's needs. I can't wait to enjoy this vehicle over the next many years!

I can’t say enough about Joe and Mike at Crown Toyota! I thought I’d need a co-signer to buy my new Toyota Sienna, but Joe and Mike were able to get me approved without a co-signer and still get a very reasonable rate on my loan! They’re very personable, very professional and it was an absolute pleasure to work with them! Go see Joe Haskell at Crown Toyota in Decatur for your next vehicle purchase! They’ll go above and beyond to get you in the vehicle you want!

Marshall Dry Ridge ToyotaReviews
Marshall Dry Ridge Toyota review
We bought a brand new Venza 2 years ago. The purchase was good & zero problem with service. Do not fall for the scam with Marshall care. It’s not worth $3000. You have to go through sales to schedule and appointment, then service to get oil changed. And to make it even more of a hassle, the CUSTOMER has to do the coordination of the two. These two services don’t communicate with each other! Each time we have used it, It’s 3 plus hours ordeal, not to mention the time they “forgot” to detail it… or the the time they neglected to clean the interior… or the time the head guy was contacted… If you live close & can drop it off for the day it maybe beneficial. We could have bought a lifetime’s worth of cleaning at a fancy car wash & been in and out faster and with more reliable service.

West Kendall Toyota review
2/5/22 I was with my 2020 tacoma for installing 4 new tires. they told me to wait 2 hours to receive my car finished. About a little more than 2 hours they called me to pay for it and told me to go outside for my car. I had talking with the man at office # 4 who assisted me and told me that in 5 minutes my car will be with me. He told me that two times when I was to see him and half an hour later my car was there. The man who was driving told me that he could not find my car. This is second time that this happens to me with my cars and I think that this dealer has many very skilled mechanics an need to make some changes to improve the return of cars.

Titus-Will Toyota - TacomaReviews
Titus-Will Toyota - Tacoma review
Worked with Mike Carter in purchasing our new 2024 Grand Highlander. Mike worked tirelessly to find us the car we wanted, a storm cloud blue, with black wheels, fully loaded platinum with very rare and hard to find Portobello Brown Leather Interior. Mike pulled it off and found us one that was allocated at another dealership. He was able to make an inside trade and got that car coming here for us. He kept us updated throughout the entire build and delivery process. Now let me say, I visited a couple of dealerships before visiting Titus Will and was met with Pushy sales people. The other dealers were also trying to cram $500 3rd brake light pulse system (which is a $15 part on amazon and takes 10 mins to install) as well as clear door edge guards for $800 (which is about $20 on amazon and takes about 5 mins to install) It's absolutely ridiculous what the other dealerships were trying to pull off.... AND they would absolutely refuse to remove the option because "it was already installed on the vehicle" Now coming to Titus Will, the only thing they tried to add on was a SWAT GPS Tracker. Which of course, I didn't want and they had no issue removing that option. I was pleasantly surprised when they agreed to do that. I was able to negotiate a fair price for our trade-in and once that was all settled the paperwork process was very smooth. The Finance Manager was very pleasant, showed us all the options but was not pushy at all. The Dealership was very neat, clean and tidy and they had a very nice self serve espresso coffee bar. Our Vehicle was waiting in the covered, indoor delivery bay, freshly detailed and ready to go. All the employees we dealt with were very pleasant and professional. Overall, we were VERY pleased with our experience and highly recommend TITUS WILL TOYOTA OF TACOMA!

My 82 yr old mom was looking for a used car. They treated her with respect and helped her right away. Matt, our salesman, was very helpful with all the questions I had for him and they even delivered the car to her since I couldn't help. ( I live in Maine) I was VERY pleased with this dealership!!

I am very pleased with the entire process with Grahams Sales. The owner has been very easy to work with and has helped me through the process. I am buying the advertised auto from the dealership. I would recommend Grahams to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Rick Fairchild

So far this was my best experience buying a new car. No hassle, friendly sales person (Steve P.) and Manager as well (Carlos), I definitely recommend this dealer
2016 Toyota Highlander review
This car has met (most) of my expectations. I love all of the features, but I wish the speedometer was digital to see what speed I am going, and I wish I could see how many miles I have left to an empty tank. A couple other things I would have loved to have is a blind spot monitor, and remote start but these are all just luxuries and do not affect the cars driving abilities. Just my personal preferences! Overall very happy with my purchase and I hope this vehicle lasts me a long time!

I've left prior reviews in a span of 4 days 1he 1st one was for what I thought was a great experience the 2nd was what to me had been a nightmare. I contacted the Manager Sal and he resolved my issue with no problem to my satisfaction. All I'm going to say is inspect what your purchasing get a clear understanding of your agreement totally. The staff members that assisted me today were helpful and pleasant.

Dropped off my vehicle for its first routine oil change. Very friendly service staff greeted me with a smile. My service was completed in less time than expected. I wouldn't take my vehicle to any other dealership. The customer service was great and worth the drive.

Jay Kadlec was a great salesman in helping me get a Subaru Forester at a good price. Very responsive and down to earth. Not at all your typical car salesman. I felt very comfortable with him and the way the dealership is run.

Sid Dillon Buick of Lincoln review
The absolute best car buying experience we’ve ever had!! From the time we walked in the door until the time we walked out, we were given top notch service! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our sales rep, DaJuan, completely knocked it out of the park with his extreme knowledge of the vehicle, ability to answer all of our questions and patience! If I were you, , I’d ask for DaJuan to help with your vehicle needs! The entire team went above and beyond in every way to provide us with this great experience! Thank you, Sid Dillon!
