2019 Toyota Highlander review
I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

Upon first impression I wasn’t sure how this was going to go. There was no receptionist and there was no organization as to who to speak to once I got there. But once I was placed with my sales manager Alex, the experience became a different story. He was helpful, professional, but very real. He didn’t xxxxxxxx, lie, or act like he knew things he didn’t, which I appreciate! Even though I was liking at a used Ford he didn’t try to sell me in something I didn’t want. He just gave his honest opinions and knowledge to help me make my decision. I didn’t buy right away, which was actually encouraged by him, to see the other vehicle I had in mind. Even gave me tips on what to look for when seeing other used vehicles, which was welcomed. After viewing the other vehicle and having the exact opposite experience with a local Ford dealer, I chose to go with car at Toyota of Hackensack even without an CPO certification, simply because I just trusted them more, they were upfront with all the costs. Alex didn’t try to slip anything by me when we sat down for pricing. The price was exactly what I expected to pay given the sticker price. I was assisted with getting a great rate on insurance by the dealership, and the finance guy Steve was just as helpful and easy to work with. They matched a finance rate I was approved for by another bank. Steve didn’t hard sell me on an extended warranty, but explained everything pretty well and gave me time to think and research. Overall I came away with a very good experience and so far, a great car. I would definitely recommend dealing with Alex and Steve at Toyota of Hackensack!

2021 Toyota Highlander review
My 2021 highlander L I paid $27k @ 44k miles ih for it after 2 years taking it through ell & adding 50k miles (92k miles currently) im impressed by its 300 hp 3.4L engine but learned how important changing all fluild begor it starts to making noise and problems. I think as long as you change all fluids at by or before 90 k miles as milage it will continue to goFor 300,000 miles crossed finger . The dealer offered me 19k to trade in at this stage. 2022 Toyota Highlander review
I bought a brand new Toyota Highlander platinum hybrid, 2022. I’ve owned Mercedes and a whole bunch of other cars but the noise from this literally hurts my ears. Really sucks because I wanted to keep this car forever but now I wanna get rid of it because the low bassy vibration is absolutely terrible. I have seen some people talking about a foot to radiator seal, hoping that might help. I want to fix this but its some serious xxxxxxxx. I like bass but this suckd toyota… 😢

She seemed like she really interested in making her customer happy which is awesome. I haven't met with the service dept but the buying process went very smoothly. Have had 2 Toyota Rav Limiteds and they were great. Decided to go with something a little bigger this time so got a preowned 2023 Highlander Limited. Love the ride, quieter than the Rav 4 and definitely more room. It’s only 3 inches wider, but 10 inches longer. Seems like the front area is quite a bit bigger than the Rav. Great purchase!

The two of them hooked me up with an excellent EV6 Wind that was better than what I expected for a leasing price that was more than fair. I enjoyed working with both of them and appreciate the effort they put into the whole process. As the days go bye, my wife and I are liking the car more and more. It’s a fantastic vehicle and represents an excellent alternative to the Tesla Model 3 I was driving before. 2017 Toyota Highlander review
I've always loved the look and feel of a Toyota Highlander. But I never thought I could afford one. I found my Highlander at Alton Toyota, Alton, Il. and fell in love. I asked about the price and I couldn't believe it was right in my price range. I test drove it and it was love at first drive. Everyone from the Sales-person, finance and even the Technicians. were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. They even went above and beyond making sure I got the best loan that fit me. I love my highlander and just got back from Myrtle Beach SC, driving round trip. It is so fun to drive and all the room is unbelievable. I highly recommend both the highlander and Alton Toyota dealership!
